Definitions
- Stirring devices are used to homogenize the slurry used with some efforts to contain the Problems of floating blankets on the manure.
- One attempt at a solution is based on so-called wing agitators.
- Here come along a drive shaft e.g. on freely movable agitator blade for use, the is firmly connected to a swimmer.
- the stirring speed results in Stirrer position along the drive shaft.
- These are stirrers however, an existing one is not or only insufficiently suitable Eliminate floating blanket.
- Speeds and large propeller diameters e.g. over 2 m, These stirrers tend to get themselves out of the field of Moving manure out or into the manure in deeper layers decrease. In both cases, the floating blanket will not effectively destroyed.
- Stirrers with propeller diameters over 2 m are in slurry channels with a channel depth of less than one meter or channel width of less than 2 m.
- an effective floating blanket stirrer especially at higher speeds of approx. 400 to 1000 Revolutions per minute, approx. 20 to 60 cm below the Work the floating blanket in the manure.
- the floating blanket will effectively combated by tearing them open, sucked in and down to the pressure-building propeller is pushed away. As a result, more will follow Floating blanket areas brought up to the stirrer, whereby gradually after the entire floating blanket is mixed into the manure.
- the object of the invention is a device or a Provide system, which eliminates the manure collected is economically advantageous and the above Disadvantages are avoided.
- one is said to be good mixed slurry without significant surface near Floating layers can be guaranteed particularly effectively.
- the object is achieved in that that the first stirring means on the device is appropriate that it is immersed in the manure Position from outside the manure in relation to the drive shaft in the axial direction from one position to another Position can be brought and fixed there.
- the first stirring means in particular to avoid and Removal of floating blankets is provided hereinafter also referred to as floating ceiling propellers.
- the Floating ceiling propeller can be used according to the invention
- Corresponding attachment means to be operated from the outside easily and quickly in an almost optimal working position brought, effectively dissolving the floating blanket or new formation is prevented.
- the must Device especially not from its immersion position in the manure for adjusting the floating ceiling propeller be taken out and relatively complex work steps and an at least partial cleaning of the slurry homogenizer are avoided.
- Attachment means equipped so that the first Mixing agents from the outside, i.e. optionally 1 to 2 m from Mixing agent removed, adjusted by an operator to let.
- the first stirring means by means of a snap mechanism the drive shaft arranged so that it from a Snap position in one of several predetermined others Snap positions can be brought.
- a snap mechanism for example a spring loaded bolt, e.g. Round pin on Provide stirring element, which in a suitable hole in the e.g. Snap the profiled or grooved drive shaft into place can.
- the floating ceiling propeller can simply and reliably secured to the drive shaft, however can also be adjusted.
- a feather can permanently existing locking force are applied, the while adjusting the floating ceiling propeller must be overcome.
- An unintentional sympathetic sounding out of Floating blanket propellers are replaced by a corresponding dimensioned spring avoided. Only through a targeted Intervention will overcome the spring force. As soon as that of adjustment force no longer acts on the outside, it can again for a safe engagement of the floating blanket propeller come through the latching force. Lots Snap-in positions promote quick snap-in of the disengaged floating blanket propeller.
- the floating blanket propeller can be integrated into one from several working positions over almost the entire immersed portion of the device.
- the floating ceiling propeller can also be positioned in deeper layers of the manure, e.g. deeper than 60 cm below the slurry surface. This is particularly advantageous if the mixing in the lower slurry layers, e.g. if that second stirring means this is not sufficiently guaranteed.
- the floating blanket propeller in relation to the immersion depth in the desired position on the drive shaft.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that at least approximately parallel to the drive shaft guided frame part for stabilization in the area of the first and second stirring means is provided.
- a proposed one Frame part serves to stabilize the device e.g. against mechanical stress such as torsion and / or Bending stress. So can be advantageous especially at larger dimensions of the device along the drive shaft from e.g. a twisting and bending of these over 2 m, especially at high speeds of the drive shaft or Mixing agents can be prevented.
- the subject of the invention is the drive shaft as a profiled, in particular square drive shaft.
- the square drive shaft can do the stirring means particularly well non-rotatably and robustly attached to the drive shaft become. Due to the square shape of the drive shaft and one attached to the hub of the propeller accordingly adapted inner square, the floating ceiling propeller easily and safely guided along the Drive shaft to be moved.
- the first stirring means with a Spindle can be moved from one position to another and can be determined there.
- the spindle or Threaded rod can be housed in the drive shaft.
- the first stirring means is attached to the lower end of the spindle, why the drive shaft e.g. partially slotted is.
- the spindle can be internally threaded in the upper area of the liquid manure homogenizer be stored, thereby at Turning the spindle by hand or motor the first Stirring means moved up and down along the drive shaft becomes.
- one can be particularly compact Infinitely adjustable position of the first mixing device on the Drive shaft can be realized.
- a tool for adjusting a Stirring device of a liquid manure homogenizer in one position immersed in the manure, at which the Mixing means on the device via a snap mechanism is attached and locked, with a Rod arrangement and a receptacle in the end area of the Rod assembly for engaging the snap mechanism proposed.
- the recording is arranged in such a way that Raising and lowering the aid is also possible Example while performing a swivel movement lowers and a snap mechanism can be operated.
- the recording is in a particularly simple embodiment preferably fork-shaped.
- the tool is said to be one Adjustment of an agitator from outside the manure in the immersed state of the homogenizer enable.
- a floating ceiling propeller can be adjusted without the Double propeller stirrers can be removed from the manure must what, especially with larger dimensions of the Double propeller stirrer from e.g. several meters relative is complex. It also makes a possible more direct one Contact of people with the slurry through e.g. at least partially remove the double propeller stirrer from the Slurry largely avoided, which among other things under hygienic Point of view is advantageous.
- An embodiment variant of the aid according to the invention for adjusting a stirring means is characterized by that for lifting and lowering the intake Rod arrangement in its end area a storage unit for Supporting on the drive shaft includes. So that can Aids and thus the inclusion in a defined and held firmly supported position on the drive shaft become.
- the tool is countered by the storage unit e.g. slipping or tilting out of the correct position secured and by the weight of the Supported rod arrangement.
- the rod arrangement can be very simple in its end region e.g. by corresponding to the contour of the drive shaft adapted shape, e.g. Recesses, put on securely or raised and lowered.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the adjustment aid is characterized by cutting agents in the end area the rod assembly to remove blockages on the Drive shaft in the area of the first stirring means.
- solids content in the manure especially in the area of Floating blanket can be favored by fibrous Components such as Bedding or feed residues on the Drive shaft or on the stirring means over time build-up attachments arise. These attachments are undesirable as it affects the agitation of the manure homogenizer adversely affect.
- Around A cutting unit can counteract these deposits e.g. provided at a front end region of the aid become.
- Advantageously, when adjusting the Floating ceiling propellers e.g. by raising and lowering of the aid at the same time a partial elimination of Braids are done.
- the adjustment can also easier and the snap mechanism can be safer work because there are no tangles or deposits Interfering with the snap mechanism.
- Fig. 1 is a working in the manure according to the invention Slurry stirring system 1 with a double propeller stirrer 2 and shown an inclination adjustment.
- a Drive shaft 4 of the double propeller stirrer 2 is from outside, e.g. driven by a tractor.
- a floating ceiling propeller 5 is arranged at the Double propeller stirrer 2 at the Double propeller stirrer 2 at the Double propeller stirrer 2 .
- a pressure propeller 6 is arranged at the bottom of the Drive shaft 4, a pressure propeller 6 is arranged.
- the Flow conditions in the manure with rotating propellers 5, 6 are indicated schematically with arrows P.
- the 2 is on an electric motor 8 at the upper end of the double propeller stirrer 2 positioned with housing.
- a pipe section 9 in which e.g. one from a pipe surrounding connecting shaft (not visible) between Electric motor 8 and drive shaft 4 is housed.
- An on the pipe section 9 connecting central bearing 10 is used for upper bearing of the drive shaft designed as a square 4.
- the drive shaft 4 in one lower bracket 11 held.
- the two propellers 5, 6 are attached to the drive shaft 4.
- a nozzle arrangement 12 is also formed.
- a frame part 13 essentially serves for stabilization of the double propeller stirrer 2.
- the two propellers 5 and 6 are designed with three blade surfaces as an example. It but are also a number of other forms of propeller or Mixing agents can be used.
- FIG. 2 The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is like this formed that when the drive shaft 4 is at a standstill Floating ceiling propeller 5 with the help of an adjustment rod 3 can be adjusted.
- Drive shaft 4 In the rotating state Drive shaft 4 must ensure that this Adjustment linkage 3 not with rotating parts of the Double propeller stirrer 2 can come into contact, e.g. by doing the adjustment rod 3 entirely from the double propeller stirrer 2 Will get removed.
- the adjustment linkage has one Rod 17 on the rear end near the Electric motor 8 along the pipe section 9 to the Area of the drive shaft 4 runs. At its rear end is the adjustment linkage 3 on the double propeller stirrer 2 in held on a first support profile 14 and can in this in the longitudinal direction of the double propeller stirrer 2 partially postponed.

- the adjustment rod 3 is usually from Hand operated and can in a second support profile 15 a predetermined angle to the axis of the drive shaft 4 are filed.
- the first and second support profiles 14, 15 is attached to a support 16 which is connected to the pipe section 9 is mounted.
- the floating blanket propeller 5 is on one with inner square hub 18 formed on which the Propeller 5 secured against rotation on the square Drive shaft 4 is mounted. Along a square surface 22 the drive shaft 4 are in this openings, e.g. as Snap holes 21 (see Fig. 2, 4) at regular intervals educated.
- the hub 18 is through a hub extension 19 extended upwards in the drive direction.
- On the Hub extension 19 is to form a Snap mechanism 23 a spring 24 guided attached in the radial direction to the longitudinal axis of the Drive shaft 4 is designed to be movable.
- the spring bolt 24 is spring loaded through a hole 20 in the hub extension 19 pressed against the square surface 22.
- the floating ceiling propeller 5 is like shown by the snap mechanism 23 in a secured detent or working position positioned on the drive shaft 4.
- the floating ceiling propeller can 5 can be adjusted from the secured position.
- the adjustment linkage 3 is attached to the drive shaft 4 introduced and first in the dashed lines in Figure 4 shown engagement position, in which the Adjustment linkage 3 in relation to the drive shaft 4 e.g. one Includes an angle of approx. 10 °.
- the adjustment rod 3 near its front end on the Square surface 22 overlying face plate 30 and here a side guide 32 as an example.
- the Adjustment linkage 3 By lifting, i.e. Angling the Adjustment linkage 3 comes a fork-tilt element 28 that is formed on the end face on the end plate 30, in the appropriate Engagement position with the spring pin 24 engaged (Dashed representation in Fig. 4).
- the open front e.g. approximately U-shaped or V-shaped fork-tilting element 28 formed by two straight prongs that are slightly oblique directed below to the edge section 27 of the end plate 30 are.
- the fork-tilt element 28 acts with the spring bolt 24 together in such a way that, for example, under a Perforated disk 29 on spring pin 24 partially engages around this.
- the adjustment linkage 3 in the direction of arrow P1 in FIG. 4 lowered and almost parallel to the drive shaft 4 brought, the fork-tilt element 28 presses the perforated disc 29th and thus the spring bolt 24 from the locked position in Direction of arrow P2 (see FIG. 4) and spring bolts 24 is moved out of the snap hole 21.
- a tilt axis A around which the adjustment linkage 3 is securely tilted can be.
- the floating ceiling propeller 5 is now on the drive shaft 4 freely movable.
- the adjustment linkage 3 can be up to one brought almost parallel alignment to the drive shaft 4 become.
- a lower end of a web element 31 stands here of the adjustment linkage 3, which is somewhat removed from this front end is attached to the hub extension 19th on and adjoins the chamfer 25, the Adjustment linkage 3 against slipping off the Hub extension 19 secured in the direction of the drive 4 is. In this position you can pull or push on the Adjustment rod 3 with this from the floating ceiling propeller the rest position and along the drive shaft 4 in the direction of arrows P3 to be moved.
- Adjustment linkage 3 lie in the lower first support profile 14. After moving the floating ceiling propeller 5 in the It must be close to the desired new resting position Adjustment linkage 3 raised again, i.e. be angled and be placed in the upper second support profile 15 so the spring bolt 24 is spring-loaded against the square surface 22 can press. Only in very few cases is the Spring bolts 24 exactly hit a snap hole 21 and there engage. As a rule, the floating ceiling propeller 5 move a little further along the drive shaft 4 until the spring bolt 24 into the next positioned snap hole 21 can snap into place. This can advantageously be done with the angled adjustment linkage 3, which at Move forward with either the face plate 30 on the Sleeve 26 or otherwise with the edge portion 27 on the Chamfer 25 is pending.
- the push rod 3 can also be entirely from the Drive shaft 4 are removed and the floating blanket propeller 3 is weight loaded or under the action of a subsequent rotational movement along the drive shaft 4 slide until the spring bolt 24 in one of the locking holes 21 snaps.
- V-belt pulley marking can be stopped when a V-belt drive are checked whether the drive shaft 4 in the appropriate position, snap mechanism 23 upwards showing is. If necessary, the drive shaft 4 in the suitable position for attaching the adjustment linkage 3 to be brought.
