Claims (10)

  1. Cylindre pour une machine à imprimer comportant au moins deux zones partielles (25, 33) en rotation autour de l'axe central du cylindre et constituées d'un matériau absorbant l'encre, et au moins une zone partielle rotative (23, 34) constituée d'un matériau repoussant l'encre, ladite au moins une zone partielle étant agencée entre les au moins deux zones partielles rotatives (25, 33) constituées d'un matériau absorbant l'encre, dans lequel les zones partielles (25, 33) tournant autour de l'axe central du cylindre et constituées d'un matériau absorbant l'encre et la au moins une zone partielle annulaire (23, 34) constituée d'un matériau repoussant l'encre présentent le même diamètre.

  5. Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une zone partielle rotative constituée d'un matériau absorbant l'encre a de 0,1 à 0,5 mm d'épaisseur et/ou de 25 à 35 cm de largeur.
  6. Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une zone partielle rotative constituée d'un matériau repoussant l'encre a de 0,01 à 0,10 mm d'épaisseur et de 18 à 26 mm de largeur.
  7. Dispositif de mouillage comportant au moins un cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  8. Procédé pour fabriquer un cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comportant les étapes consistant à former sur un corps brut de cylindre (20, 30) au moins deux structures annulaires (25, 33) constituées d'un matériau absorbant l'encre et au moins une structure annulaire (23, 34) constituée d'un matériau repoussant l'encre et située entre ces structures annulaires (25, 33), et meuler ensuite ou faire tourner la totalité du corps brut de cylindre (20, 30).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel les structures annulaires (23, 25, 33, 34) sont appliquées par soudage, chromage ou dépôt de plasma.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une zone de bord d'une structure annulaire (23, 25, 33,34) est soudée pour réaliser l'étanchéité.
