The tight contact between the different materials and the high thermal conductivity of the metallic jacket ensure an intensive heat transfer from the cast iron body to the cooling pipe.

Claims (7)
- Kühlplatte (10) für einen metallurgischen Ofen, umfassend:einen gegossenen Kühlplattenkörper (12), der aus einem Eisenmetall hergestellt ist; undmindestens ein Stahlkühlrohr (20), das in den Kühlplattenkörper (12) eingegossen ist;gekennzeichnet durch:einen metallischen Mantel (26) mit einer Dicke im Millimeterbereich von mindestens 2 mm und höchstens 20 mm an der äußeren Oberfläche des Stahlkühlrohres (20) in dem Kühlplattenkörper (12), wobei der metallische Mantel (26) aus einem Metall hergestellt ist, welches aus der Gruppe umfassend Kupfer, Kupferlegierungen, Nickel und Nickellegierungen ausgewählt wird.
- Kühlplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Mantel (26) eine Dicke in Bereich zwischen 5 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise von etwa 7 mm, aufweist
- Kühlplatte nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlplattenkörper (12) aus einem Eisenmetall hergestellt ist, welches aus der Gruppe umfassend Gusseisen, duktiles Gusseisen, Schmiedeeisen und Stahl ausgewählt wird
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Kühlplatte für einen metallurgischen Ofen, umfassend folgende Schritte:Bereitstellen von mindestens einem Stahlkühlrohr (20);Bereitstellen einer Form zum Gießen eines Kühlplattenkörpers (12);Anordnen des mindestens einen Kühlrohres (20) in der Form; undGießen eines flüssigen Eisenmetalls in die Form rund um das mindestens eine Kühlrohr (20);dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas mindestens eine Stahlkühlrohr (20) an seiner äußeren Oberfläche einen metallischen Mantel aufweist, der eine Dicke im Millimeterbereich von mindestens 2 mm und höchstens 20 mm aufweist und aus einem Metall hergestellt ist, welches aus der Gruppe umfassend Kupfer, Kupferlegierungen, Nickel und Nickellegierungen ausgewählt wird
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Mantel (26) eine Dicke in Bereich zwischen 5 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise von etwa 7 mm, aufweist
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Eisenmetall aus der Gruppe umfassend Gusseisen, duktiles Gusseisen, Schmiedeeisen und Stahl ausgewählt wird
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der metallische Mantel (26) auf dem Stahlkühlrohr (20) durch Gießen vorgesehen wird
