Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum beidseitigen Streichen einer sich bewegenden Papier- oder Kartonbahn (W), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) Aufbringen einer Streichmasse auf eine erste Fläche (SA) der Bahn (W) mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft als ein frei fallender Vorhang oder Schauer,
    b) Drehen der Wegrichtung der Bahn (W) um 120 - 200°, und
    c) Aufbringen einer Streichmasse auf eine zweite Fläche (SB) der Bahn (W) mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft als ein frei fallender Vorhang oder Schauer,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    d) gleichzeitiges Trocknen beider Seiten (SA, SB) der gestrichenen Bahn.
  2. Streichverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Schritt c) die Wegrichtung der Bahn ein zweites Mal um 120 - 200° gedreht wird.
  3. Streichverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die Wegrichtung der Bahn gedreht wird, gleichzeitig die Bahn (W) berührungsfrei getrocknet wird.
  4. Streichverfahren nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vorhangstreichbalken (11, 16) verwendet wird, um die Streichmasse auf die Bahnfläche (SA, SB) aufzubringen.
  5. Streichverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Aufbringen der Streichmasse auf die Bahnfläche (SA, SB) ein Aufbringungsbalken verwendet wird, der oberhalb der Bahn (W) angeordnet ist und aus dessen Löchern die Streichmasse auf die zu streichende Fläche (SA, SB) ausgestoßen wird.
  6. Anlage zum Streichen einer sich bewegenden Papier-oder Kartonbahn (W), wobei die Anlage Vorrichtungen (11) zum Aufbringen einer Streichmasse auf eine erste Fläche (SA) der Bahn (W), Vorrichtungen (16) zum Aufbringen einer Streichmasse auf eine zweite Fläche (SB) der Bahn (W) sowie Vorrichtungen (13, 14) zum Trocknen der Bahn (W) aufweist, wobei
    - die Vorrichtungen (11) zum Aufbringen der Streichmasse auf die erste Fläche (SA) der Bahn (W) einen Aufbringungsbalken (11) aufweisen, der oberhalb der Bahn (W) angeordnet ist und der einen Zufuhrspalt oder Zufuhrlöcher zum Ausstoßen der Streichmasse mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft als ein frei fallender Vorhang oder Schauer auf die zu streichende Fläche (SA) hat,
    - die Vorrichtungen (16) zum Aufbringen der Streichmasse auf die zweite Fläche (SB) der Bahn (W) einen Aufbringungsbalken (16) aufweisen, der oberhalb der Bahn (W) angeordnet ist und der einen Zufuhrspalt oder Zufuhrlöcher zum Ausstoßen der Streichmasse mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft als ein frei fallender Vorhang oder Schauer auf die zu streichende Fläche (SB) hat, und
    - in dem Verlauf der Bahn (W) zwischen den Aufbringungsbalken (11, 16) Wendevorrichtungen (22) vorhanden sind, um die Wegrichtung der Bahn (W) um 120 - 200° zu verändern, nachdem die Streichmasse auf die erste Fläche (SA) der Bahn (W) aufgebracht wurde,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Vorrichtungen (13, 14) zum Trocknen der Bahn (W) in Bezug auf die Vorrichtungen (11, 16) zum Aufbringen der Streichmassen auf beide Seiten der Bahn (W) in der Wegrichtung der Bahn (W) bahnabwärtig angeordnet sind, um beide Seiten (SA, SB) der gestrichenen Bahn (W) gleichzeitig zu trocknen.
  7. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage ferner Vorrichtungen (23, 24) zum Verändern der Wegrichtung der Bahn (W) um 120 - 200° aufweist, nachdem die Streichmasse auch auf die zweite Fläche (SB) der Bahn (W) aufgebracht wurde.
  8. Anlage nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen (23, 24), die die Wegrichtung der Bahn (W) verändern, mit Trocknungsvorrichtungen (25, 26) kombiniert sind, um ein berührungsloses Trocknen von einer oder von beiden gestrichenen Flächen (SA, SB) der Bahn (W) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen (11, 16) zum Aufbringen der Streichmasse auf die Bahnfläche (SA, SB) einen Vorhangstreichbalken (11, 16) aufweisen.
