Claims (13)
- Hydraulische Antriebsvorrichtung (10) mit einem mit einem Bearbeitungswerkzeug koppelbaren Arbeitszylinder (12), der einen zwischen einem unteren Todpunkt (UT) und einem oberen Todpunkt (OT) bewegbaren, eine Kolbenstange (16) umfassenden Arbeitskolben (14) aufweist, mit einem Messsystem (38) zur Bestimmung der Position des Arbeitskolbens (14), wobei der Arbeitskolben (14, 16) über eine Rückmeldung (18) ein den Arbeitszylinder (12) ansteuerbares Arbeitsventil (20) betätigt, und wobei die Rückmeldung (18) ein in einem Pilotzylinder (24) geführten, das Arbeitsventil (20) betätigenden Pilotkolben (26, 28) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Positionsabfrage (42) zur Bestimmung der Position des Pilotkolbens (26, 28) vorgesehen ist und dass ein in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) und der Position des Pilotkolbens (26, 28) betätigbares, den Pilotkolben (26, 28) ansteuerbares Pilotventil (44) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsventil (20) ausschließlich vom Pilotkolben (26, 28) betätigt wird.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messsystem (38) die Position des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) unmittelbar über die Position der Kolbenstange (16) bestimmt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messsystem (38) die Position des Arbeitskolbens (14) mittelbar über die Position des Arbeitsventils (20) und die Position des Pilotkolbens (26) bestimmt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pilotzylinder (24) mit dem Arbeitskolben (14, 16) in beide Bewegungsrichtungen des Arbeitskolben starr gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pilotkolben (26, 28) mit dem Arbeitsventil (20) in beide Bewegungsrichtungen des Pilotkolben (26) starr gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pilotkolben (26, 28) zur Bestätigung des Arbeitsventils (20) wenigstens einseitig druckbeaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit dem Messsystem (38) und der Positionsabfrage (42) verbundenes Regel-/Steuergerät (40) vorgesehen ist, welches das Pilotventil (44) in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) und der Position des Pilotkobens (26, 28) ansteuert.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Regel-/Steuergerät (40) das Pilotventil (24) so ansteuert, dass ein vorauseilendes, frühes Betätigen des Arbeitsventils (20) zur Kompensation von Reaktionszeiten erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer hydraulischen Antriebsvorrichtung (10), nach insbesondere einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, für einen mit einem Bearbeitungswerkzeug koppelbaren Arbeitszylinder (12), der einen zwischen einem unteren Todpunkt (UT) und einem oberen Todpunkt (OT) bewegbaren, eine Kolbenstange (16) umfassenden Arbeitskolben (14) aufweist, wobei die Position des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) bestimmt wird und der Arbeitskolben (14, 16) über eine Rückkopplung (18) ein den Arbeitszylinder (12) ansteuerndes Arbeitsventil (20) betätigt, und wobei die Rückkopplung (18) einen in einem Pilotzylinder (24) geführten Pilotkolben (26, 289 umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Pilotkolbens (26, 28) bestimmt wird und dass ein den Pilotkolben (26, 28) ansteuerndes Pilotventil (44) in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) und des Pilotkolbens (26, 28) betätigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vorauseilendes, frühes Betätigen des Arbeitsventils (20) zur Kompensation von Reaktionszeiten erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Pilotkolbens (26, 28) (Istwert 46) mit einem Sollwert (48) verglichen wird und dass das Differenzsignal als Führungsgröße (50) für die Betätigung des Pilotventils (44) herangezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollwert (48) abhängig von der Position (52) des Arbeitskolbens (14, 16) ist.
