Es handelt sich um ein auf drahtloser Identifikation basierendes Frühwarnsystem, mittels welchem einerseits dem Verkehrsteilnehmer (14+15), jederzeit und überall, auf Land und/oder zu Wasser und/oder in der Luft, eine ihm innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Aktionsradius (21) unmittelbar bevorstehende Gefahrensituation, welche ein mit dringlichem Dienstauftrag herannahendes Einsatzfahrzeug (12) von beispielsweise Polizei, Sanität, Notarzt, Feuerwehr, Zivilschutz oder Militär bzw. eine stationär markierte Gefahrenzone (13) wie beispielsweise Bahnübergang, Baustelle, Verkehrsstau, Signalisationsänderung, Unfall- oder Katastrophenereignis darstellt, frühzeitig mittels einem bestimmten akustischen und/oder optischen Warnsignal (18) anzeigt und anderseits gerade dadurch gewährleistet wird, dass ein solches mit dringlichem Dienstauftrag herannahendes Einsatzfahrzeug (12), bzw. eine stationär markierte Gefahrenzone (13) vom Verkehrsteilnehmer (14+15) frühzeitig als eine ihm unmittelbar bevorstehende Gefahrensituation wahrzunehmen ist.
