Claims (19)

  1. Verfahren zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Klebegutes oder ähnlicher Produkte, insbesondere Heißschmelzkleber, bei dem das flüssige Klebegut mit einer Schutzhülle aus einem nicht-klebrigem Material umhüllt wird,
    wobei das flüssige Klebegut durch einen Co-Extrudiervorgang in der Schutzhülle umhüllt wird und anschließend das so gebildete extrudierte Produkt aus Klebegut und Schutzhülle einem Verfestigungsvorgang zumindest für die Schutzhülle unterzogen wird, und
    der Verfestigungsvorgang aus einem Abkühlvorgang besteht, der durch Eintauchen des extrudierten Produktes (E) in ein Flüssigkeitsbad (62) ausgeführt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das extrudierte Produkt (E) in dem Flüssigkeitsbad (62) über die Länge der Abkühlstrecke zumindest abschnittsweise mittels Sprühdüsen (70) bewegt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte Produkt über die Abkühlstrecke, die aus einem Wasserbad besteht, mittels Wassersprühdüsen befördert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verfestigungsvorgang unmittelbar nach dem Co-Extrusionsvorgang ausgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Verlassen des für den Co-Extrusionsvorgang vorgesehenen Extrusionswerkzeugs das extrudierte Produkt unmittelbar in das Wasserbad eintritt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte Produkt nach dem Abkühlvorgang einem Trocknungsverfahren unterzogen wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem extrudierten Produkt nach dem Verfestigen einzelne Pakete abgetrennt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte Produkt nach dem Verlassen des für den Co-Extrudiervorgang vorgesehenen Extrudierwerkzeuges vor dem endgültigen Verfestigen in eine zusammenhängende Kette aus einzelnen Paketen unterteilt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Klebegutes oder ähnlicher Produkte, insbesondere Heißschmelzklebegut, das mit einer Schutzhülle aus einem nichtklebrigen Material umhüllbar ist, insbesondere zum Zwecke des Ausführens des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
    wobei ein Extrudierwerkzeug (32) vorgesehen ist, dem das Klebegut in einem flüssigen Zustand zuführbar ist und in dem das nichtklebrige Material für die Schutzhülle durch einen Co-Extrudiervorgang auf das flüssige Klebegut aufbringbar ist, um dieses zu umhüllen, und sich nach dem Extrudierwerkzeug (32) eine Verfestigungsstrecke (60) zum Verfestigen von zumindest der Schutzhülle anschließt und dass die Verfestigungsstrecke aus einer Abkühlstrecke (60) besteht, die aus einem Flüssigkeitsbad (62) besteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Vorrichtung Sprühdüsen (70) umfasst, mittels derer das extrudierte Produkt (E) in dem Flüssigkeitsbad (62) entlang der Abkühlstrecke (60) zumindest abschnittsweise bewegbar ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Verfestigungsstrecke (60) unmittelbar an den Ausgang (36) für das extrudierte Produkt des Extrudierwerkzeugs (32) anschließt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfestigungsstrecke (60) spiralförmig in einer Ebene verläuft.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8-10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgang (36) für das extrudierte Produkt des Extrudierwerkzeugs (32) direkt in das Wasserbad (62) mündet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8-11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Wasserbad (62) Rollen (68a, 68b) zum Abziehen des extrudierten Produkts (E) vorgesehen sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an das Wasserbad (62) eine Trocknungsstrecke (90) anschließt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verfestigungsstrecke (62) eine Einschnüreinrichtung (66) vorgesehen ist, um das aus dem Extrudierwerkzeug (32) austretende extrudierte Produkt (E) in eine Kette aus einzelnen, aneinanderhängenden Paketen (EP) zu formen, die bevorzugt zwischen dem Ausgang (36) des extrudierten Produkts des Extrudierwerkzeugs (32) und den Abzugsrollen (68a, 68b) in dem Wasserbad (62) angeordnet ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Abkühlstrecke (60) eine Abtrenneinrichtung (100) anschließt, die einzelne Pakete (EP) von dem extrudierten Produkt (E) abtrennt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8-15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Extrudierwerkzeug (32) einen Klebeguteinlass (34) und einen Auslass (36) für das extrudierte Produkt aufweist, die zumindest annähernd koaxial miteinander verbunden sind, und einen zwischen dem Einlass (34) und dem Auslass (36) angeordneten, ringförmigen Auslass (42) für das die Schutzhülle bildende, nichtklebrige Material aufweist.
  17. Verpacktes Klebegut, insbesondere Heißschmelzklebegut, welches mit einer nichtklebrigen Schutzhülle unter Verwendung eines Co-Extrudierverfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7 umhüllt wurde und sich dabei zumindest während dieses Stadiums in einem flüssigen Zustand befindet.
  18. Verpacktes Klebegut nach Anspruch 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nichtklebrige Material für die Schutzhülle gegenüber dem Klebegut chemisch kompatibel ist.
  19. Verpacktes Klebegut nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzhülle ca. 1 bis 5 % bezogen auf das Gewicht des Klebeguts ausmacht.
