Description
La figure 2 est une vue schématique plus précise du chariot portant les guides-fils des fils de trame conforme à l'invention, muni de son levier, agissant au niveau desdits guides-fils.
La figure 3 est une représentation schématique des moyens assurant la rotation simultanée des guide-fils.
La figure 4 est une vue schématique du principe de fonctionnement du chariot de l'art antérieur.
La figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 4, représentant le même principe, conforme à l'invention.
La figure 6 est une représentation schématique, illustrant le trajet d'un guide-fil au niveau de l'une des extrémités de translation du chariot.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile comportant en fils de trame (3) des bandelettes ou des mèches plates, mis en oeuvre au sein d'un métier à tricoter à mailles jetées à insertion frontale de trame (1), dans lequel lesdits fils de trame (3) sont insérés au moyen d'un chariot (2) effectuant des va et vient selon une direction perpendiculaire aux fils de chaíne, ledit chariot portant une pluralité de guides-fils (4) guidant lesdits fils de trame, caractérisé en ce que les guides-fils (4) ne sont pas montés fixes sur le chariot (2), mais sont susceptibles de subir une rotation par rapport à l'axe de fixation (11) sur ledit chariot.
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la valeur angulaire de la rotation des guide-fils est de 180°.
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au niveau des deux extrémités de translation du chariot (2) des moyens pour faire subir aux guides-fils (4) cette rotation.
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les guides-fils (4) sont reliés mécaniquement entre eux, de sorte que la rotation des guides-fils intervient simultanément.
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la liaison mécanique des guides-files (4) entre eux est réalisée au moyen d'une crémaillère (6), au niveau de laquelle engrènent des pignons (7), solidarisés à l'extrémité supérieure de l'axe de fixation (11) des guide-fils (4) sur le chariot (2).
- Dispositif pour la réalisation d'une structure textile selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen destiné à assurer la rotation des guides fils (4) est constitué d'un levier (8), coopérant avec les moyens situés aux deux extrémités de translation du chariot (2), ledit levier (8) étant articulé (12) sur la chariot (2), et dont l'une des extrémités est solidarisée à la crémaillère (6).
