From the document GB 2 122 578 A gegenüßer which claim 1 is delimited, a device for tablet removal with the following structure is known:
  • several narrow or small containers containing the prescribed drugs are arranged in a container surrounding these small container so that only one container can be removed through a suitable opening. For this purpose, the containers are stacked in the container in the desired order and after removal of the lowermost container - through the vertical container located in the lower side wall opening - slides, driven by gravity, the next container after.
  • This removal of the individual containers is realized in a preferred embodiment via a spring element with connected and thus movable bottom part. Due to the spring force effect, the following individual container is moved to the Aussparbereich after removal of a container.

The object of the invention is to develop a new memory device, whose containers are designed and arranged so that a simple Inspection, filling and removal for a Tageszeiten-, Tages-, and Weekly provision can be made.

An inventive solution to this problem is in claim 1, specified. Further developments of the invention are in the subclaims characterized.

According to the concept of the invention, the new storage device consists of a Wochendosierer having a extending in the xy plane flat housing and engaging openings on both end faces, wherein in the interior along the engagement openings more of a bottom part and a lid part constructed daily dosing in obliquely positioned position lying side by side, and in each case a daily dosing device can be removed via an engagement opening.
The housing of the Wochososierers - also referred to as container A - has a bottom and an upper wall, which are interconnected by side walls, wherein the upper wall rests on the extending in the y-direction side walls and thereby at least partially interlocking removable or non-removable is executed. Between the front obliquely set frontal plane and the beginning of the upper wall remains a free space over which the respective forward daily dosing - also referred to as container B - can be engaged behind for easier removal. The approximately half-height side wall at the rear end side of the Wochendosierers has a semi-oblique position of the daily dosing ensuring curvature, which is capable of curvature of a respective adjacent bottom part of the daily dosing.

The amount of inclination of the daily dosing device corresponds to the slanted frontal plane of the weekly dosing device.
The approximately conformal inclination of the two front side planes points away from the front end side.
By this inclination of the current content of all containers B in the stacked storage position in the container A by the user without further action at any time manageable.

Die Behältnisse B sind die Tagesdosierer oder Tageszeitendosierer.
In jedem Wochendosierer (Behälter A) befinden sich 7 Tagesdosierer.
Containers B are the daily dosers or daytime dosers.
There are 7 daily dosing units in each weekly dosing unit (container A). The stocked for example with tablets daily dosing (containers B) can forward, that is taken out through the front end of the weekly dosing and put back in and are plugged after consumption of the content on the back end side like a magazine again in the weekly dosing.

For easier filling of the weekly dosing with daily dosing for each a weekly rhythm, the on the side walls of the container A be carried out resting upper wall removable. In doing so a preferred embodiment, the side edges of the upper wall and the adjacent longitudinal edges of the side walls into one another, that the upper Wall only by pushing inward of the side walls and thus in empty state of the weekly meter can be removed.

Between the front end or front side level of the weekly meter and the beginning of the upper wall, a free space is provided. This Freiraum allows behind from the top taking place behind each of the removal side of the first daily dosing and thus its easier removal and the easier re-insertion of the first daily dosing.

In a preferred embodiment, the free space at the beginning of the upper wall of the Wochendosierers is limited to the central region and on both the middle region adjoining edge sides of the upper wall is extended in the form of a flexible web or a tongue-like spring element to the front end. These flexible webs are spring-loaded from above on the upper longitudinal edge of the respective first daily dosing device and ensure sufficient locking of the front daily dosing device ready for removal from the magazine.
In this case, the flexible webs to support the locking function in the front region have a bead whose resistance must be overcome when removing or covering the daily dosing.

At the rear end of the Woch Dosierers is an approximately half height Dropside available, at the back of each day dosing with his Floor part abuts.

The daily feeders are designed in their geometry so that they are adapted in their length to the width of the weekly feeder, so that the "Aufmagazinieren" is done by stacking the transverse daily dosing in the weekly dosing.
Each daily dosing device consists of a bottom part and a preferably transparent cover part; which is removable from the bottom part or longitudinally displaceable on the bottom part. When joining both parts, the lid part engages with its side longitudinal edges on the body wall of the bottom part.
The bottom part of the daily dosing is designed with a curved wall and in the bottom part dividers are inserted to form separate storage spaces.
By means of this introduced transversely to the longitudinal axis of the bottom part dividers each daily dosing is divided into at least 5 subjects, so that, for example, tablets for "morning", "noon", "evening", "night" and "needs" can be inserted. An appropriate label can be applied to the lid part.

Furthermore, the daily dosing device distributes on the outside of the floor area arranged pimples on which a better pad of the daily dosing, before especially on smooth shelves.

The main advantage of the present invention is that the Tagesdosierer magazine-like in a half-oblique position, parallel to the Frontal planes on their longitudinal narrow sides on the container bottom of the Week doser are arranged lying on.

Fig. 1 zeigt den Wochendosierer 1 in einer Gesamtansicht.
Fig. 2, durch den Patienten offen ausgeführt.
1 shows the weekly dispenser 1 in an overall view. According to the basic structure of the weekly feeder consists of a bottom part 3 with perpendicularly connected side walls 5, a not removable by the user upper wall 4 and the two inclined end planes 2. For mounting the upper wall 4 on the side walls 5 are located on the upper wall 4 two Claws 4.1 and on the side walls two associated recesses 5.2 with recesses. The claws engage from the inside and / or outside in the associated, adapted to the shape recesses and lead to a snap-in connection.
The front end is for better handling the removal and reinstallation of the filled daily dosing 7, s. Fig. 2, executed by the patient open. At the rear end side, an approximately half-height, outwardly curved side wall 2.1 is provided, at which the last daily dosing device 7 is supported with its adapted curved bottom part 8, cf. also Fig. 2.

The upper wall 4 of the weekly feeder 1 is compared to the length of Sidewalls 5 shortened executed so that at the two end faces 2 of the each outside daily dosing 7 also seized from above and after pulled out from the front (front open front side) or inserted from above (rear face with side wall 2.1) can be.

On the removal side, this free space of the upper wall 4 is limited by two laterally arranged tongue-like spring elements 6. These spring elements 6 extend in extension of the upper wall 4 in the direction of the front end plane 2 and lie on the respective front daily dosing device 7. A bead 6.1, which can be provided in the front region of the spring elements 6 on its underside, supplements the measures for locking the respective front daily dosing device 7.
The force of these spring elements 6 must be overcome when removing the daily dosing device 7 forward or when inserting a daily dosing device 7 from the front.

For analogous locking of the last daily dosing device 7 on the rear side of the weekly dosing device 1, a clamping element 5.1 is introduced in each of the two side walls 5, which acts via its clamping action on the two end faces of the daily dosing device positioned here, s. also Fig.2. These clamping elements 5.1 can be designed as a clamping bead, clamping wedge or clamping web.
Both component pairs 5.1, 6 ensure that no daily dosing device 7 can slip out of the end faces 2 in any position of the weekly dosing device 1.

FIG. 2 illustrates a weekly dispenser 1 "stacked on it by stacking seven daily doses 7".
The seven-day feeders 7 are in a semi-oblique position, approximately parallel to the front side planes 2 by means of their longitudinal narrow side 7.1 on the bottom 3 of the weekly meter 1.

Each day meter 7 consists of a bottom part 8 and a lid part 9, s. Also, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. When joining the two parts 8, 9 engages the cover part 9 with its side edges 9.1 on the Korpuswandung the bottom part 8. By this structure with external guide of the cover part 9 is a fast Decketentfernung by simply clicking and subsequent (renewed ) Filling of the daily dosing possible.
By means of the introduced into the bottom part 8 dividers 8.1 creates the desired number of storage compartments of the daily meter 7. By appropriate displacement of the cover part 9 on the bottom part 8, the storage chambers are released in the intended order.
Distributed via the outer wall of the bottom part 8 arranged studs 7.2 ensure a better circulation of the daily doser. 7
