Claims (6)
- Feinstimmwirbel für Saiteninstrumente, mit einem leicht konisch sich verjüngend verlaufenden Wirbelschaft, mit einem zum Wirbelschaft einseitig angeordneten handlichen Wirbelohr (1), mit einem senkrecht zur Wirbelschaftachse (3) verlaufend vorgesehenen Saitenloch (4) und mit einem koaxial im Wirbelschaft wirksam angeordneten selbsthemmenden Untersetzungsgetriebe, bestehend aus zwei koaxial zueinander eng benachbart angeordneten, jeweils einseitig gelagerten Innenverzahnungen, deren Durchmesser gleich sind, und daß ein exzentrisch umlaufender, vom Wirbelohr (1) betätigbarer Zahnkranz mit den beiden Innenverzahnungen in Eingriff steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wirbelschaft in seinem axialen Verlauf aus zwei koaxial zueinander verlaufend angeordneten Wirbelschaftteilen (2.1 und 2.2) gebildet ist, die durch ein, zwischen den beiden Wirbelschaftteilen (2.1 und 2.2) koaxial angeordnetes, gegenüber den Wirbelschaftteilen (2.1 und 2.2) verdrehbar gelagertes, Wirbelschaftmittelteil (5) stufenlos voneinander getrennt gelagert ist, daß im Wirbelschaftmittelteil (5), senkrecht zur Wirbelschaftachse (3) das Saitenloch (4) vorgesehen ist, und daß zwischen den Wirbelschaftteilen (2.1 und 2.2) und dem Wirbelschaftmittelteil (5) jeweils ein, über das Wirbelohr (1) manuell betätigbares, Übersetzungsgetriebe (6) wirksam angeordnet ist.
- Feinstimmwirbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich beider axialen Stoßstellen (8) der Wirbelschäfte (2.1 und 2.2) mit dem Wirbelschaftmittelteil (5) je ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (6) wirksam angeordnet ist, und daß beide Untersetzungsgetriebe (6) gemeinsam vom Wirbelohr (1) über die Wirbelschaftwelle (10) manuell betätigbar sind.
- Feinstimmwirbel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehsinn des Wirbelohrs (1) gleichsinnig dem Drehsinn des Wirbelschaftmittelteils (5) ist.
- Feinstimmwirbel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untersetzungsgetriebe (6) als Spannungswellengetriebe bzw. als harmonischer Zahnradantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Feinstimmwirbel nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wirbelschaftteile (2.1 und 2.2) auf der Wirbelschaftwelle (10) drehbar aber axial unverschieblich montiert sind.
- Feinstimmwirbel nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Umfangsflächen (7.1) der beiden Wirbelschaftteile (2.1 und 2.2) Nasen oder Nocken (11), zur Umfangsfläche (7.1) leicht erhaben ausgebildet und koaxial, jeweils von den Stoßstellen (8) ausgehend, verlaufend angeordnet sind, für den Eingriff in die hölzernen Lagerwangen (19) eines Wirbelkastens (12).
