Claims (11)
- Spulenanordnung für elektrische oder elektronische Kleinstgeräte, wie insbesondere für den Gebrauch in Akustik und/oder im Medizinalbereich aufweisend mindestens eine Kleinstspule, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenanschlüsse (5, 7, 25, 27) direkt an der Spule (1, 21) über eine Komponente (9, 29) eine Baugruppe und/oder eine Schaltung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenanschlüsse (5, 7, 25, 27) direkt an oder auf der Spule (1) auf sogenannten Anschlusspads (6, 8) angeordnet über eine Komponente (9) und/oder eine Schaltung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulenanschlüsse (5, 7, 25, 27) auf einem oder mehrerer an oder auf der Spule angeordneten Folien oder Plättchen aufweisend sogenannten Pads (6, 8) fest angeordnet sind, welche Anschlüsse mittels eines Kondensators bzw. einer Kapazität (9, 29) miteinander verbunden sind und an welchen Pads externe Anschlüsse (11, 13, 31, 33) zum externen Verbinden der Spule zugeführt sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass direkt an oder auf der Spule (1, 21) im Bereich der Anschlüsse (5, 7, 25, 27) eine Folie oder ein Plättchen (4, 34) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise bestehend aus einem polymeren Werkstoff, auf welchem Plättchen, auf der der Spule abgewandten Seite, sogenannte Anschlusspads (6, 8, 26, 28), vorzugsweise aus einem metallenen Werkstoff, wie insbesondere einem elektrisch gut leitenden Metall, angeordnet sind, die Anschlüsse (5, 7, 25, 27) der Spule auf diese Pads geführt und auf diesen aufgelötet sind, und mittels eines Kondensators bzw. einer Kapazität (9, 29) miteinander verbunden sind, und an welchen Pads externe Anschlüsse (11, 13, 31, 33) zum externen Verbinden der Spule zugeführt sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Kleinstspule eine zylinderförmige Spule ist, mit an einer Stirnseite (42) angeordneten Anschlüssen (5, 7), welche Anschlüsse verbunden sind über eine Komponente, wie über einen Kondensator bzw. einer Kapazität (9).
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kleinstspule eine ringförmige Spule bzw. eine sogenannte Toroidspule ist, wobei die beiden Anschlüsse der mindestens einen Spule (25) nahe beieinander an der ringförmigen Spule angeordnet sind, derart, dass deren Abstand ausreichend ist um eine Komponente bzw. eine Schaltung oder Baugruppe, die beiden Anschlüsse verbindend, angeordnet werden kann.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwischen den Anschlüssen angeordnete Komponente eine Kapazität bzw. ein Kondensator ist, geeignet zur Erniedrigung der Frequenz der von der Spule aufgenommenen Fernbedienungssignale.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einem Spulenkörper (2,22,63,73) zwei oder mehr Spulen (1,21,61,71) angeordnet sind, wobei von mindestens einer Spule die Spulenanschlüsse (5,7,25,27,65,67,75,77) direkt an der Spule über eine Komponente, eine Baugruppe und/oder eine Schaltung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst die Anschlüsse der mindestens einen Kleinstspule weitgehendst nahe beieinander auf sogenannte Anschlusspads, angeordnet auf oder an Spule zugeführt werden, anschliessend die beiden Anschlüsse auf den Anschlusspads mittels einer Komponente oder einer Schaltung miteinander verbunden werden, und schliesslich von extern zugeführte Anschlüsse, wie Drähte oder Litzen, mit den Spulenanschlüssen auf den Pads verbunden werden, wie beispielsweise mittels Löten.
- Verwendung der Spulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 für die Aufnahme von induktiven Signalen oder von Hochfrequenzsignalen in Hörgeräten oder Geräten für die Übertragung von Fernmeldesignalen.
- Verwendung der Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wie Fernbedienungsgeräten für die Steuerung von Hörgeräten oder Geräten im Medizinalbereich.
