Definitions
- the invention relates to a multifunction watch with a movement and a display device for the time, a visual stimulator and an acoustic stimulator according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a cuckoo clock For a cuckoo clock, the time is indicated by a minute and hour hands, respectively, placed over a dial. Depending on the factory installed percussion, a cuckoo call will sound every hour on every full hour and every 15 minutes. The cuckoo call on the hour is coupled with a visual element. For example, a door opens in the case of the cuckoo clock and a cuckoo figure appears.
- cuckoo clocks are also known in which a mill wheel begins to turn on the hour or fawns begin to dance.
- the individual design of the cuckoo clock by the owner is not possible.
- the buyer depends on the creativity of the watchmaker and can not change the cuckoo clock after the purchase.
- the well-known cuckoo clocks address only a narrowly defined group of buyers.
- DE 201 11 408 U1 discloses a wristwatch with a reading device for portable storage media, the wristwatch having a housing with at least one narrow side.
- the housing is designed and the reading device is arranged in the housing so that a portable storage medium can be inserted at the narrow side into the housing and brought into contact with the reading device.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to develop the above-mentioned multifunction clock to the effect that an optimal adaptation to the needs of each user can be done.
- the object according to the invention thus has the significant advantage that the visual and acoustic stimulators can be exactly matched to one another.
- a given voice can be assigned an image of the person belonging to the voice as a visual stimulator or vice versa.
- the interchangeability of the stimulators, the representations can be changed arbitrarily, without a specific assignment of the various stimulators is abandoned.
- the assignment of two- or three-dimensional stimulators to, for example, a voice is possible.
- a special visual stimulation which is tuned to the acoustic stimulation, reachable.
- stimulators also fire or fluids, such as air, water or perfumed liquids can be used.
- a subject trained stimulator may be flowed, such. to be moved. In the simplest implementation, this is realized, for example, when the movable skirt of a female figure is supplied with a gas.
- Stimulators may also be specially designed surfaces of a screensaver of displays that may also be displayed on remote screens, e.g. wirelessly transmitted and can be selectively changed.
- the multifunction watch has a programmable memory unit on, by which at a user-defined time or at several user-defined times a visual and / or acoustic signal of the respective stimulator is releasable, wherein at least one stimulator is customizable and interchangeable.
- the multifunction watch on a programmable reminder function.
- the multifunction watch allows a user to wake up and / or remind of other important events of the day.
- a programming function may be provided which allows the user to be at regularly repeating intervals, e.g. hourly, daily, monthly or yearly reminded of something.
- the user selects individual appointments at arbitrary times in the future for the reminder function.
- wake-up or reminder sequences repeat at predetermined intervals until the user, z.b. by pressing a certain key, signaling that he has perceived the memory.
- the memory can be made by an acoustic signal. In this case a variety of acoustic signals are conceivable.
- a different acoustic signal is generated for each reminder time.
- a different acoustic signal is generated for each reminder time.
- the user is stimulated by the acoustic signal; For example, he can be awakened by his motto and start the day so positively.
- visual stimulation may be performed.
- a visual Stimulation it is conceivable that a figure appears in reference to the cuckoo clock.
- a display device on the multifunction watch so that, for example, a video clip is played or a picture previously selected by the user is displayed.
- the visual stimulation is generated by a two-dimensional signal.
- the display can be made for example via TFT or LCD screens (displays). It can also be realized by a picture behind a flap, which opens at the time of reminder, or by a treadmill with several pictures.
- the visual signal is not displayed directly on the clock, but is projected onto a wall or a screen.
- light effects and holographies are conceivable as visual stimulators.
- the visual and acoustic stimulators can also be triggered by the user independently of the reminder function, so that the multifunction watch also fulfills a game function.
- the stimulators are customizable, ie the user has a wide design and choice, through which acoustic and / or visual stimuli he wants to be reminded or stimulated.
- each stimulator such as an LCD display
- the user has several signals, such as video sequences available, from which he can select.
- the stimulators can also be replaced so that, for example, the LCD display can be replaced by various three-dimensional figures, such as Asterix or Marilyn Monroe.
- This interchangeability of both the visual and acoustic stimulators allows any combination of visual and acoustic signals to be generated.
- the Multifunction watch can therefore be completely adapted to the individual needs of a user.
- the multifunction watch can therefore fulfill a motivational function by stimulating the user positively.
- the display device for the time can be designed as an analog and / or digital display. A simple and quick detection of the time indicated by the multifunction clock is thereby ensured.
- a dial is provided, from which the pointers stand out.
- the display device is designed as a visual stimulator. It is e.g. it is conceivable that the time would be displayed on a display device, such as e.g. a TFT display. At a user-defined time, the time display may either disappear or fade into the background and a video clip may appear on the TFT display. The time could also be displayed on or through a transparent plate, the plate being coated so that it can be turned into a screen and an image or sequence of images displayed at a user-defined time.
- At least one memory unit is provided for storing acoustic and / or visual signals. This expands the user's ability to personalize the stimulators. For example, vacation impressions recorded with a digital camera can be stored in the memory and then displayed at certain times. The user can still save songs, or own voice sequences or those of friends and Record and save acquaintances so that they can be called up depending on the state of mind of the user. For example, it is conceivable that the user may be remembered for an appointment with a friend through the previously recorded and stored voice of that friend.
- CDs that can also be written on, chips and magnetic memories such as floppy disks or tapes come into question as memory. These memories are preferably connectable via simple plug-in connections to the multifunction watch.
- the connectors also allow easy replacement of memory.
- Corresponding interfaces for transferring externally recorded signals into the memory can be provided in exactly the same way as recording devices, eg microphones or cameras.
- the multifunction watch can also take over from a computer constantly or temporarily information, process this information and display it in the desired manner and there is also the possibility of mutual data exchange.
- the multifunction clock or its functions can be particularly easily customized.
- a remote control allows the multifunction watch to be programmed from a chair without the user having to go to the multifunction watch.
- At least one energy supply is provided. It is conceivable that all components of the multifunction watch, which require energy, are powered by a power supply. However, it is advantageous if at least the basic functions of the time display and the reminder function either have a separate power supply or an emergency power supply if the main power supply fails.
- different power supplies can be used.
- a stand, table or wall clock can be connected to the power supply.
- a battery or battery operation possibly supported by solar cells, is provided.
- the power supplies can be exchanged as required, so that the mains supply could be replaced by solar cells, for example.
- the power supply is to take into account the clockwork used, all commercially available movements in the multi-functional watch according to the invention can be used.
- the parts of the multifunction watch are housed in a housing, the user is added to another design element.
- the housing can be matched in color and shape to the rest of the multifunction watch.
- an adaptation to the device style of the user can be done.
- the housing is designed in several parts, there are even further design possibilities, since parts of the housing or different housings can be combined as desired.
- the multifunction watch has at least one dispenser for dispensable by the multifunction clock means.
- the dispenser may store fragrances dispensed by the multifunction watch at user-defined times or continuously.
- water is stored in a dispenser that sprays For example, to water plants during prolonged absence.
- the donor or donors release a flame of fire at certain times or on call.
- candies are distributed by the donor.
- Another use of the multifunction watch is that especially the elderly are reminded by the multifunction watch daily to take their medication, the multifunction watch the medication through one or more donors equal spends.
- the dispenser like all other components of the multifunctional clock, are interchangeable.
- the multi-functional clock is thus constructed modular, with the individual modules can be combined with each other according to a modular principle. However, it is conceivable that individual modules can be combined to form a functional unit and integrated. It is also conceivable that further sensory organs (for example the sense of touch) of the user than those stimulated by the previously mentioned stimulators are stimulated by suitable stimulators provided on the multifunction watch.
- the multi-function watch 1 shows a front view of a multifunction watch 1 .
- the basic function of the multifunction watch 1 , the display of the time, via an analog display device 2 , the hands 3,4 and a dial 5 includes.
