- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les données nécessaires à la réalisation du bilan pour le circuit de matière et d'eau, notamment les épaisseurs de matière, le volume de débit, la rétention, le type/la quantité d'agent de rétention, le type/la quantité de démousseur, le type/la quantité d'aérateur, les valeurs de conductivité, les valeurs de besoin en cations, les valeurs du potentiel zêta, les valeurs de degré de trituration et les quantités ajoutées d'additif, sont déterminés, notamment en fonction des positions de détection déterminées et selon les réglages de production déterminés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les possibles influences de l'automatisation de différents systèmes, notamment les circuits asservis oscillants, sont identifiées et que les systèmes inertes et/ou sensibles sont optimisés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer sont déterminés à l'aide d'examens de qualité, telles par exemple les mesures réalisées sur la ligne de production de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) et les mesures sur échantillons réalisées hors ligne de la bande de matériau fibreux (5), notamment selon les méthodes de mesure de Tapio et/ou de Boyle.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement sont représentés sous la forme de fonctions de la fréquence et que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont estimées en fonction de la plage de fréquences.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont filtrées au moyen de fréquences passe-bas, passe-haut ou de bande passante.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont comparées à des valeurs théoriques et que les éventuels écarts sont associés à des causes.
