Claims (23)

  1. Procédé pour produire une analyse standardisée d'état de paramètres et/ou de conditions de fonctionnement influençant la qualité d'une bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer durant la fabrication d'une bande de matériau fibreux (5), notamment d'une bande de papier ou de carton, les paramètres et/ou conditions de fonctionnement individuels étant déterminés à l'aide de séquences standardisées et traités au moyen de méthodes d'analyse standardisées et les paramètres et/ou conditions de fonctionnement traités étant mémorisés dans une base de données (29) et mis en corrélation avec les paramètres de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer, notamment son grammage, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement sont majoritairement, de préférence totalement, déterminés simultanément sur la ligne de production, pendant un laps de temps déterminé,
    les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement d'au moins une suspension de matériau fibreux (12) utilisée pour la fabrication de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) et de son au moins un additif, et aussi les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement de la machine (1) étant déterminés pour fabriquer la bande de matériau fibreux (5) et la partie constante (24).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer sont de préférence déterminés au cours du processus de fabrication.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement sont déterminés à l'aide de fiches techniques standardisées.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des valeurs limites sont calculées et fixées de façon spécifique pour chaque plage de fréquences pour les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement traités à l'aide des méthodes d'analyse standardisées, sur la base d'au moins un paramètre calculé de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement de la partie constante (24) sont déterminés à l'aide des mesures de partie constante, notamment les mesures de pulsation, de variation d'épaisseur de matériau, de teneur en gaz, d'ondulation, de valeur de pH, de nombre de tours, de température et de débit.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement de la machine (1) sont déterminés à l'aide de mesures, réalisées de préférence dans la région superficielle du matériau et/ou dans la région de la partie tamisée, par le biais de mesures du vide ou de mesures de vitesse du faisceau ou d'étirements, notamment des tamis et feutres d'oscillation, en vue de fabriquer la bande de matériau fibreux (5).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement de la machine (1), notamment les réglages de la machine, les types de machines et d'appareils et les configurations de la machine sont déterminés en vue de fabriquer la bande de matériau fibreux (5), notamment en fonction de positions de détection fixes et selon les réglages de production déterminés.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement de la machine (1) sont déterminés à l'aide d'au moins un, de préférence plusieurs bilans de circuit de matière et d'eau en vue de fabriquer la bande de matériau fibreux (5) et/ou la partie constante (24).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les données nécessaires à la réalisation du bilan pour le circuit de matière et d'eau, notamment les épaisseurs de matière, le volume de débit, la rétention, le type/la quantité d'agent de rétention, le type/la quantité de démousseur, le type/la quantité d'aérateur, les valeurs de conductivité, les valeurs de besoin en cations, les valeurs du potentiel zêta, les valeurs de degré de trituration et les quantités ajoutées d'additif, sont déterminés, notamment en fonction des positions de détection déterminées et selon les réglages de production déterminés.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les possibles influences de l'automatisation de différents systèmes, notamment les circuits asservis oscillants, sont identifiées et que les systèmes inertes et/ou sensibles sont optimisés.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) à fabriquer sont déterminés à l'aide d'examens de qualité, telles par exemple les mesures réalisées sur la ligne de production de la bande de matériau fibreux (5) et les mesures sur échantillons réalisées hors ligne de la bande de matériau fibreux (5), notamment selon les méthodes de mesure de Tapio et/ou de Boyle.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres et/ou les conditions de fonctionnement sont représentés sous la forme de fonctions de la fréquence et que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont estimées en fonction de la plage de fréquences.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont filtrées au moyen de fréquences passe-bas, passe-haut ou de bande passante.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs déterminées des paramètres et/ou des conditions de fonctionnement sont comparées à des valeurs théoriques et que les éventuels écarts sont associés à des causes.
  15. Machine (1) de fabrication d'une bande de matériau fibreux (5), notamment d'une bande de papier ou de carton, comprenant des moyens de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
