Claims (10)

  1. Werkzeugverbindungsvorrichtung (1) zum Verbinden eines Werkzeugs (100) mit einer Halterung (101) und bei Gebrauch zum Übertragen von Kräften zwischen dem Werkzeug (100) und der Halterung (101) hauptsächlich in einer Hauptkraftrichtung (S), mit:
    - einem ersten an dem Werkzeug (100) befestigbaren Glied (2),
    - einem zweiten an dem Werkzeug (100) befestigbaren Glied (3),
    - Einrastmitteln (7) an dem zweiten Glied (3), die zum Gleiten mit Gleitmitteln (22) der Einrastmittel (7) relativ zu dem Glied (2, 3) in einer Gleitrichtung (D) eingespannt sind, die zu der Hauptkraftrichtung (S) geneigt ist, um das eine Glied an dem anderen Glied einzurasten,
    - wobei die Einrastmittel (7) zwischen einer Einrast- und einer Nichteinrastposition verschieblich sind,
    - einem Aufnahmemittel (9) an dem anderen Glied (2) zum Ineingriffbringen mit den Einrastmitteln (7) in der eingerasteten Position,
    - wobei das Einrastglied (7) eine keilförmige Fläche (10 umfasst, die zu der Gleitrichtung (D) geneigt ist und in der Eingriffsposition mit einer zweiten, ebenen Fläche (11) des Aufnahmemittels (9) zusammengreift,
    - die Einrastmittel (7) mit einem geformten hohlen, ausgeschnittenen Abschnitt (17) für ein Blockierungsmittel (18) versehen sind, das an dem zweiten Glied (3) angelenkt ist und sich zwischen zwei Extremzusdtänden der Blockierung des Einrastmittels (7) in Richtung nach innen (N) und nach außen (E) relativ zu dem zweiten Glied dreht; wobei die Vorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierungsmittel (18) hakenförmig ist, damit die Einrastmittel (7) nicht in Richtung zu der Innenseite der Vorrichtung (1) gleiten können, die mit einem geformten Vorsprung (19) des hohlen ausgeschnittenen Abschnitts (17) zusammengreift.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Einrastmittel mindestens eine Sicherheitsfläche (15) außerhalb der mindestens einen keilförmigen Fläche (10) und angrenzend an dieselbe aufweist, mit welcher sie einen anderen Winkel als Null bildet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Sicherheitsfläche (15) fast senkrecht zu der Festigkeitsrichtung (S) liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einrastmittel (7) annähernd eine abgeflachte, parallelepipedische Form mit einer ersten, fast ebenen Hauptfläche (13) aufweist und die gegenüberliegende, zweite Hauptfläche (14) nahe an einem ihrer quer zu der Gleitrichtung (D) verlaufenden Ränder die keilförmige Fläche (10) aufweist, die in Richtung zu der ersten Fläche (13) gekippt ist und die zweite Fläche (14) mit mindestens einer zu den Hauptflächen (13, 14) parallelen Sicherheitsfläche (15) verbindet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptflächen (13, 14) annähernd senkrecht zu der Festigkeitsrichtung (S) liegen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Sicherheitsfläche (15) gegenüber den Hauptflächen (13, 14) in Gegenrichtung zu der keilförmigen Fläche (10) etwas gekippt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Gruppe elastischer Mittel (16) zum Drücken des Gleitmittels (7) in der Gleitrichtung (D) in Richtung zu dem Aufnahmemittel (9) umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Betätigungsmittel (21) für das Blockierungsmittel (18) umfasst, um dieses letztere zu betätigen und es an dem zweiten Glied (3) anzulenken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Glied (2) mit einem Anschlagmittel (20) ausgestattet ist, das in Entsprechung zu dem Verbinden der Glieder (2, 3) der Vorrichtung (1) zum Teil in den hohlen, ausgeschnittenen Abschnitt (17) eingreifen kann, der mit dem Blockierungsmittel (18) zusammengreift und dessen Drehung aus dem Blockierungszustand in der Innenseite (N) in Richtung zu dem Blockierungszustand in der Außenseite bewirkt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagmittel (20) im Wesentlichen aus einem Drehzapfen mit einem abgeschrägten Kopf zum Zusammengreifen mit dem Blockierungsmittel (18) besteht.
