Claims (10)

  1. Découpe (1) d'une seule pièce pour une boîte munie d'un couvercle articulé (21) sur l'un de ses côtés étroits (3), où
    - le côté supérieur (22) du couvercle articulé est relié à un premier côté large (4) par une rainure,
    - les surfaces frontale (18) et latérales (27, 28) du couvercle articulé sont divisées d'un premier côté étroit (3) et de deux côtés larges (2, 4) reliés latéralement au premier côté étroit, à savoir le premier côté large (4) et un deuxième côté large (2), caractérisée en ce que
    sur le haut du premier côté étroit, en prolongement du côté supérieur (22) du couvercle articulé, au moins une première patte de collage (16) est formée et sur le haut du deuxième côté large (2), en prolongement de la surface latérale (27) du couvercle articulé, au moins une deuxième (15) patte de collage est formée afin de pouvoir fixer le couvercle en collant ensemble les parties du couvercle (15-18, 27, 28) lors de l'assemblage de l'emballage.
  2. Découpe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une première et une deuxième patte de collage (16, 15) sont pourvues afin de pouvoir fermer le couvercle articulé du côté frontal et latéralement.
  3. Découpe selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que sur le haut de la surface frontale (18) du couvercle (21), une première coupure (17) préférablement essentiellement trapézoïdale est pourvue afin de former dans le côté intérieur du couvercle articulé l'évidement d'engagement pour une patte d'encliquetage (26).
  4. Découpe selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'arête supérieure de la première coupure (17) présente la même largeur que le premier côté étroit (3) et sépare ainsi la première patte de collage (16) de la surface frontale (18).
  5. Découpe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les parties latérales (27, 28) du couvercle articulé (21) sont séparées du côté large (2, 4) correspondant par une ligne de perforation (20), de sorte qu'une première ouverture de la boîte finie implique la déchirure des lignes de perforation.
  6. Découpe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que sur le haut du deuxième côté large (2), en face de la partie arrière (23) d'une patte (22, 23) dont la partie avant forme le côté supérieur (22) du couvercle et qui est agencée sur le haut du premier côté large (4), une patte (14) est agencée qui peut être rabattue lors de l'assemblage de l'emballage sur ladite partie arrière (23) de la patte et collée sur cette dernière afin d'assurer un meilleur ancrage du couvercle articulé.
  7. Découpe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la surface frontale (18) du couvercle articulé (21) et le restant du premier côté étroit (3) est agencé un dégagement dont l'un des côtés est essentiellement formé par la ligne de séparation entre la surface frontale (18) et le côté étroit (3), afin de former en dessous de la surface frontale (18) un évidement de préhension dans l'emballage.
  8. Découpe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un deuxième côté étroit (7) et des troisièmes côtés larges (6, 9) de part et d'autre du deuxième côté étroit sont agencés de manière à venir se poser intérieurement sur le premier côté étroit (3) et le premier (4) et le deuxième (2) côté large lorsque la découpe est pliée pour former l'emballage et obturent l'ouverture formée lorsque le couvercle (21) est détaché, le deuxième côté étroit (7) et/ou au moins l'un des troisièmes côtés larges présentant dans la zone pouvant être recouverte par le couvercle des coupures et/ou ouvertures (8) afin de former une ouverture de prélèvement.
  9. Découpe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la largeur des côtés étroits est au plus égale à celle des côtés larges, préférablement nettement inférieure et plus particulièrement au plus égale à la moitié de la largeur des côtés larges.
  10. Boîte pliante de forme essentiellement parallélépipédique, munie d'un couvercle articulé qui recouvre la partie du haut d'un côté étroit et des parties des côtés attenants, la largeur du côté étroit étant au plus égale à celle des côtés attenants, produite par pliage d'une découpe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 et liaison, plus particulièrement collage, des surfaces prévues à cette fin.
