Definitions
- the invention relates to a decorative surface material with a lenticular film for production a decorative alternating image and / or animation effect.
- Lenticular sheets are used especially when the decorative is produced Effect should be designed lively, which is desirable, for example, with advertising labels becomes. This is achieved through the so-called lenticular effect, in which two- or Multi-image information is shown spatially separated from one another from an image become. This lenticular effect also becomes an alternating image or 3D or animation effect called.
- the print motif required for the print image becomes a mirror image, for example in the form of strips, attached to paper and the printed paper on the Fixed on the back of a transparent film. The fixation takes place precisely, for example how in a picture frame between two glass panes.
- printing paper is the use of this lenticular sheet exclusively for indoor use limited, since paper can also be used or coated with any coating or impregnation absorbs water from the surrounding area outdoors. Through water absorption the fixation of the printed image can be lost, so that the printed image for the viewer appears distorted.
- a decorative surface material with a lenticular film proposed for generating a decorative alternating image and / or animation effect, which is characterized in that the lenticular sheet is weather-resistant Plastic film is printed on the back with a print to create the decorative Alternating image and / or animation effect is provided.
- the invention further relates to a snow sports device, such as skis or snowboards, which the decorative surface material according to the invention at least in parts of it Surface.
- a snow sports device such as skis or snowboards
- the decorative surface material according to the invention at least in parts of it Surface.
- the use of the decorative surface material according to the invention is by no means on use in the manufacture of skis or snowboards restricted, but can be used for any type of outdoor use come.
- the invention therefore also relates to an advertising medium, which the inventive has decorative surface material at least in parts of its surface.
- FIGS. 1 to 2 in an exemplary manner 1, the principle of a lenticular sheet and FIG. 2 a lenticular sheet shows their use as surface material of a ski.
- Fig. 1 the lenticular sheet 1 is shown, which on one surface side A large number of surface-embossed lenses 2, for example cylindrical lenses.
- the motives for those to be generated Images vary depending on the format. For large format pictures there are 45 lenses per Inch, whereas for smaller images, for example in A4 format, 75 lenses per inch are provided.
- Thermoplastic films are used to produce the lenticular film (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) or TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) processed into foils.
- the film thickness is between approximately 0.4 to 12 mm depending on the set extruder die width.
- the thermoplastic film is a transparent thermoplastic film.
- the superficial Embossed lenses 2 are continuous during extrusion or after extrusion the thermoplastic film is generated by means of embossing rollers.
- thermoplastic film is pretreated electrically, for example by corona radiation, in order to print with the mirror-image strips 4, 5 of the print motif enable. Printing takes place directly, i.e. without additional printing paper, on which preferably pretreated film using conventional printing techniques such as thermal transfer, offset or Screen printing.
- the printing ink can advantageously on the film surface be fixed, so that this decorative surface material, due to the Use of a weather-resistant plastic film, also outdoors, for example can be used as an advertising medium, but also for ski and snowboard production.
- FIG. 2 An exemplary but not restrictive use of the invention decorative surface material for producing a shell ski 8 is FIG. 2 shown.
- the decorative ski according to the invention Surface material 1 glued to a shell material for skis 9.
- Towards the viewer are the surface embossed lenses 2 of the lenticular sheet in the surface material arranged.
- the lenticular sheet is printed and printed on the back as mentioned above fleece-coated, or provided with an adhesive to additionally connect to the To ensure shell material 9.
- the shell material covers not only the ski surface, but also the area the side cheeks 12.
- the underside of the shell material is with the upper or lower flange 10, 11 bonded. These form with the side walls 12 a torsion box for the ski core 13.
- Die Materials in the upper flange 10 or lower flange 11 and the side cheeks 12 are preferably made from discontinuously produced laminates, which are made from phenol, melamine, or mixed resins impregnated papers or glass fiber rovings to sheets of high strength, Toughness and elasticity were pressed, The high rigidity of the upper chord, lower chord and sidewall materials give the ski dynamic handling.
- the ski core, which is glued to the upper and lower flange 10, 11 by a force-fit connection, consists, as shown in the present case, of several layers of wood or other core materials, which are glued into blocks.
- the insert materials are on the side of the ski core 13 14, for example in the form of plates or strips. These are suitable itself as edge inserts for the steel edges 15.
- ski tread 16 On the side facing away from the ski surface is the ski tread 16, which preferably from a high molecular weight extruded polyethylene tread material is formed, which is glued to the insert material 14.
- a so-called Shell skis with satisfactory mechanical properties, such as high abrasion resistance and high torsional rigidity.
- this ski due to the lenticular sheet 1 used according to the invention has a vivid decorative image which corresponds to the Viewers either in the form of a two-dimensional alternating image or in the form of a three-dimensional, multi-layered motifs with a high animation effect appear.
- the use of lenticular film is also aimed at the production of snowboards transfer.
- the decorative surface material according to the invention which has a lenticular film made of weather-resistant plastic, those on the back with a print to create the decorative alternating image and / or Animation effect is provided for a number of applications, especially in the Outdoor area is suitable.
- the print image required for the lenticular effect direct, i.e. on the weatherproof without any help from printing papers
- Plastic film in particular by means of corona radiation, the print image is additionally fixed.
- Plastic films are not only weatherproof, but also mechanical abrasion-resistant plastic films, so that the decorative surface material according to the invention for example in the production of ski or snowboard surfaces, but also for Production of advertising media can be used for outdoor use.
