Claims (4)

  1. Gutter element (1) for a drainage gutter for roads, consisting of a gutter body (2) which is made of thermoplastic material with a cross-section in the form of a "U", the horizontal upper ends of the branches (2a) of which are arranged to receive a metal rebate (3) for receipt and retention of a metal grid (4) which is secured to the gutter body (2) by securing means such as a screw (9)/ nut (10), the gutter body (2) having at least one bore (6) which is provided at the horizontal upper ends of its branches (2a) in order to be opposite complementary apertures (7, 8)which are provided respectively in the rebate (3) and in the grid (4), in order to receive, preferably with play, a screw (9) for securing of the grid (4), characterised in that the gutter body additionally has a receptacle which is provided in the said gutter body (2) below each bore (6) in order to receive a nut (10) which co-operates with a screw (9), whereas beneath the said receptacle there is provided another bore (11) with a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the screw (9), such as to create an anti-unscrewing threaded brake during assembly on the thermoplastic gutter body, as well as, at each of its upper ends of branches (2a), on the inner vertical surface of the latter, a groove (5) in the form of a "V" in the interior of the gutter body (2), which groove is provided substantially in its median area with at least one projection such as a stop (13) or a boss.
  2. Gutter element (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the rebate (3) is in the form of an "h", such that, obtained by bending of a metal sheet, the small branch (3a) of the "h" is short and is folded towards the interior.
  3. Gutter element (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the rebate (3) has at least one cut-out (14) in its median part, through which there can be engaged with play a projection (13) of the groove (5) in the form of a "V" of the gutter body.
  4. Method for assembly of a gutter element (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the gutter body (2) made of thermoplastic material is formed by injection, and has at each of its upper ends branches (2a) which in their inner vertical surface have a groove (5) in the form of a "V" in the interior of the gutter body, which groove is provided substantially in its median area with at least one projection (13), then, whilst hot from the press, there is put into place at each horizontal upper end of the branches (2a) of the gutter body (2) a metal rebate (3) which is provided with at least one cut-out (14) in its median part, through which a projection (13) of the gutter body (2) is engaged with play, then the metal grid (4) is installed, which is secured by means of screws (9) engaged respectively with play in apertures (8, 7) which are provided in the grid (4) and in the rebate (3) and in bores (6) which are provided in a corresponding position in the gutter body (2), and then co-operate with nuts (10) which are accommodated in the gutter body (2), before being engaged in bores (11) which are provided in the gutter body (2) below each nut (10), and have a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the screw (9), thus making it possible to recreate an anti-unscrewing threaded brake.
