Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Gruppe mobiler Gegenstände, wobei mittels eines, insbesondere tragbaren, der Gruppe zugeordneten Endgerätes elektromagnetische Signale empfangen werden, die von einem der Gruppe zugehörigen Gegenstand ausgesendet werden, wobei das Endgerät und die Gegenstände in unmittelbarem Funkkontakt stehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signale eine Kennung aufweisen, die jeweils den einzelnen Gegenstand und/oder die Gruppe identifizieren,
dass die Kennungen der einzelnen Gegenstände und/oder die Kennung der Gruppe in einem Speicher des Endgerätes als Inventarliste hinterlegt sind,
dass das Endgerät anhand des empfangenen Signals die Zugehörigkeit eines Gegenstandes zur Gruppe feststellt,
dass eine Eigenschaft des Signals, insbesondere die Signalstärke, vom Endgerät überprüft wird, wobei aus der Eigenschaft der Abstand zwischen dem Gegenstand und dem Endgerät ermittelt wird, und
dass ein für einen Nutzer vernehmbarer Hinweis ausgegeben wird, sobald der Gegenstand einen vorgebbaren zulässigen Abstand zum Endgerät überschreitet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom Endgerät ein Signal ausgesendet wird, das durch einen am Gegenstand befindlichen Transponder modifiziert und reflektiert wird, bevor es vom Endgerät empfangen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Signal von einem am Gegenstand befindlichen Sender abgestrahlt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vermittels des Endgerätes in periodischen Abständen das Vorhandensein der Gegenstände innerhalb eines Überwachungsradius, nämlich des zugelassenen Abstands zum Endgerät, überprüft wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseinaußerhalbdes Überwachungsradius befindlicher verlorener Gegenstand mit einem Peilsender geortet wird, wobei der Peilsender insbesondere Teil des Empfangsgerätes ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die individuelle Kennung des verlorenen Gegenstandes an ein weiteres externes Endgerät übermittelt wird, wobei mit diesem eine Kontaktaufnahme zu dem verlorenen Gegenstand versucht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassbeigelungener Kontaktaufnahme durch das externe Endgerät dem zugeordneten Endgerät eine Nachricht über den Verbleib des verlorenen Gegenstandes übermittelt wird. - System, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, aufweisend ein Endgerät und mindestens einen dem Endgerät zugeordneten mobilen Gegenstand, wobei Mittel vorhanden sind, die zwischen dem Endgerät und dem Gegenstand einen unmittelbaren drahtlosen Austausch von Signalen ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endgerät eine Empfangseinheit mit Identifikationsmodul aufweist, die den Gegenstand anhand seiner von ihm ausgehenden spezifischen Signale als zugeordneten Gegenstand erkennt,
dass das Endgerät eine Analyseeinheit aufweist, die anhand einer Eigenschaft des Signals, insbesondere der Signalstärke, die Entfernung zum Gegenstand ermittelt und mit einem vorgegebenen Grenzwert vergleicht, wobei der Grenzwert den Überwachungsradius definiert,
dass das Endgerät eine Alarmeinheit aufweist, die einen für einen Nutzer vernehmbaren Hinweis ausgibt, sobald der Gegenstand aus dem Überwachungsradius gelangt. - System nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endgerät ein Mobiltelephon oder ein PDA mit einer Sendeeinheit für Nahfunk, insbesondere nach dem Bluetooth Standard, ist.
