Der z.B. bei nach innen eingeklappten Stirnwänden auf die aufgerichteten Längswände aufgesetzte Abschlußrahmen, der dort vorzugsweise über Formschlußverbindungen, wozu nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung die Kopfflächen der Kastenwände hochstehende Hammerköpfe aufweisen, denen an der Unterseite des Abschlußrahmens komplementär konische Rastausnehmungen zugeordnet sind, auf den Kastenwänden befestigt ist, taucht mit seinen Zapfen automatisch in die Bohrungen der Hohlkammerprofile ein, wenn die Stirnwände aufgerichtet werden. Ein in Fig. 1 in seiner Gesamtheit dargestellter Lager- und Transportbehälter bzw. -kasten 1 - im folgenden Kasten genannt - besteht aus einem Boden 2, Stirnwänden 3 sowie Längswänden 4 und einem ihn verschließenden Deckel 5. Die Stirn-und Längswände 3, 4 sind gelenkig in Scharnieren 6 bzw. 7 eines Rahmens 8 des Bodens 2 befestigt (vgl. auch die Fig. 2 bis 6). Die Längswände 4 des Kastens 1 setzen sich aus zwei Einzelplatten 4a, 4b zusammen, die sich über die gesamte Kastenlänge erstrecken und in der Mitte, bezogen auf die Wandhöhe, eine gelenkige Trennebene 9 bilden, so daß sie sich in Längsrichtung zueinander nach innen drehend durch Schwenken zum Zusammenklappen des Kastens 1 in das Kasteninnere umklappen lassen (vg. Wie sich im einzelnen der Fig. 3 entnehmen läßt, sind zur Formschlußverbindung auf den Kopfflächen 11 der Längswände 4 bzw. 4a, 4b hochstehende Hammerköpfe 12 vorgesehen, denen an der Unterseite des Abschlußrahmens 10 komplementär konische Rastausnehmungen 13 zugeordnet sind. Es liegen damit schwalbenschwanzartige Aufrastführungen vor. Bei nach innen umgeklappten Stirnwänden 3 läßt sich der Behälter 1 über die in Fig. 5 dargestellte Zwischenposition mit aufgesetztem Abschlußrahmen 10 in die völlig zusammengefaltene Lage nach Fig. 6 klappen, in der die Einzelplatten 4a, 4b der Längswände 4 auf den eingeklappten Stirnwänden 3 liegen.In the erected position of the front and longitudinal walls 3 and 4, respectively, the end walls are locked to a closure frame 10 (see Fig. 9), which also serves to lock the lid 5 at the same time. Zum Aufrichten des Kastens 1 in seine Gebrauchsposition mit aufgerichteten Wänden braucht lediglich der Abschlußrahmen 10 aus der Position nach Fig. 6 angehoben zu werden, wobei er über die Zwischenposition der Fig. 6 in die Position nach Fig. 4 mit den dort aufgerichteten Längswänden 4 bzw. 4a, 4b gelangt. Wenn dann die Stirnwände 3 durch Umklappen über ihre Scharniere 6 am Boden 2 von innen nach außen aufgerichtet werden, verriegeln sie sich selbsttätig mit formkonturierte Kopfflächen besitzenden Stegen 17 a bzw. automatisch mit dem Abschlußrahmen 10 und bringen den Kasten 1 in seine stabilisierte Gebrauchslage. Der Abschlußrahmen 10 besitzt zu diesem Zweck Verriegelungsmittel 14, die hier als zum Behälterinneren offene Taschen 15 und einen jeweils in deren Bereich angeordnetem Hohldorn-Zapfen 16 ausgeführt sind (vgl. die Fig. 10 und 11). Die Formschlußverbindungen 14 des Abschlußrahmens 10 wirken mit Hohlkammerprofilen 17 zusammen, die im Ausführungsbeispiel an den oberen Enden der dort doppelwandigen Stirnwände 3 als zum Behälterinneren offene, im wesentlichen U-förmige Profile (vgl. Fig. 8) ausgebildet sind. Diese besitzen kastenwandaußenseitig Aufnahmeöffnungen 18 in Form von Bohrungen, in die die Zapfen 16 der Formschlußverbindungen 14 des Abschlußrahmens 10 beim Aufrichten der Stirnwände 3 eintauchen. Das Einfädeln der Zapfen 16 wird durch Einführzentrierungen 19 der Aufnahmeöffnungen 18 unterstützt. In der in Fig. 11 gezeigten Verriegelungsposition der Stirnwand 3 mit dem Abschlußrahmen 10 werden die Hohlkammerprofile 17 von den Taschen 15 eingekammert, womit ein selbsttätiges Umklappen der Stirnwände ebenso verhindert wird, wie ein Abheben des Abschlußrahmens 10. Der auf den Oberrand 21 des Abschlußrahmens 10 abgesenkte Deckel 5 taucht mit seinen Hakennasen 22 in die Schlitzausnehmungen 20 ein und wird dann in Längsrichtung des Kastens 1 verschoben, so daß die Hakennasen 22 den Oberrand 21 untergreifen. Die Hakennasen 22 sind mit einer Sollbruchstelle 23 ausgebildet und machen damit einen unberechtigten Manipuliereingriff erkennbar, weil die bewußte Schwächung zu einem Abbrechen führt.The end frame 10 is also formed at the same time for locking with a lid 5 closing the box 1 (see Fig. 1). Claims (7)

  1. A storage and transport container or box (1), especially a folding box, comprising front and/or longitudinal walls (3; 4) which are disposed so that they can pivot in hinges (6, 7) and which can be locked in an upright position, and which are enclosed by a terminating frame (10), which is constructed with locking means (14; 15; 17) for the front and/or longitudinal walls (3; 4),
    characterised in
    that the front walls (3) or the longitudinal walls (4) are provided with vertically projecting hollow chamber profiles (17) spaced apart from one another, which have a receiving opening (18), preferably a hole, on the outside of the box wall into which pins (16) provided for locking to the terminating frame (10) can engage.
  2. The box according to claim 1,
    characterised in
    that the terminating frame (10) is provided with receiving openings for pins (16) provided on the front and/or longitudinal walls (3, 4).
  3. The box according to claim 2,
    characterised in
    that the receiving openings (18) are provided with a guide-in centring (19) for the pins (16).
  4. The box according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterised in
    that the pins (16) are disposed in the area of pockets (15) which are open on the inside and at the bottom, which are formed in the terminating frame (10), and which enclose the hollow chamber profile (17) when the terminating frame (10) is placed thereon.
  5. The box according to claim 4,
    characterised in
    that the pins (16) are executed as hollow mandrels.
  6. The box according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in
    that the terminating frame (10) is affixed to the box walls (3; 4) by means of positive connections.
  7. The box according to claim 6,
    characterised in
    that the head faces (11) of the box longitudinal walls (4) comprise protruding hammer heads (12) which have associated complementary conical locating recesses (13) on the underside of the terminating frame (10).
