Claims (12)
- Reflektor für eine elektrische Lampe, wobei der Reflektor einen Reflektorkörper (10) mit einer lichtreflektierend ausgebildeten Innenseite (11) und einer Außenseite (12) sowie mindestens einen Durchbruch (13) für die Lampe (2) oder für ein Lampenteil aufweist, und an der Außenseite (12) des Reflektorkörpers (10) mindestens ein metallisches Kontaktelement befestigt ist, das als abgewinkelte Kontaktfahne (5, 6) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Reflektorkörper (10) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Kunststoff besteht und die mindestens eine Kontaktfahne (5, 6) an mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Orten des Reflektorkörpers (10) mit Hilfe von Krallen oder Widerhaken (522, 530), die an die mindestens eine Kontaktfahne (5, 6) angeformt sind, fixiert ist. - Reflektor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektorkörper (10) mindestens einen an die Außenseite (12) des Reflektorkörpers (10) angeformten Zapfen (17, 18) besitzt, und ein erster Schenkel (51) der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) einen Durchbruch (53, 63) aufweist, in dem der mindestens eine Zapfen (17, 18) mit Klemmsitz angeordnet ist, wobei der Rand des Durchbruchs (53, 63) mit den Krallen oder Widerhaken (530) versehen ist.
- Reflektor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektorkörper (10) an seiner Außenseite (12) mindestens eine Vertiefung (15, 16) besitzt, in der ein sich quer zu einem ersten Schenkel (51) der mindestens einen metallischen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) erstreckender Teil (521) der Kontaktfahne (5, 6) angeordnet ist, wobei der sich quer zum ersten Schenkel (51) erstreckende Teil (521) der mindestens einen metallischen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) mit den Krallen oder Widerhaken (522) versehen ist.
- Reflektor nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine abgewinkelte Kontaktfahne (5, 6) einen zweiten Schenkel (52) besitzt, der von dem ersten Schenkel (51) abgewinkelt ist, und wobei der sich quer zum ersten Schenkel (51) erstreckende Teil (521) der Kontaktfahne (5, 6) als Bestandteil des zweiten Schenkels (52) ausgebildet ist.
- Reflektor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt (520) des zweiten Schenkels (52) zweilagig ausgebildet ist.
- Reflektorlampe mit einem Reflektor (1) und einer im Reflektor (1) angeordneten elektrischen Lampe (2), wobeidadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie elektrische Lampe (2) mindestens eine aus einem Lampengefäß herausragende Stromzuführung (21, 22) für ein in dem Lampengefäß eingeschlossenes Leuchtmittel aufweist,der Reflektor (1) einen Reflektorkörper (10) mit einer lichtreflektierend ausgebildeten Innenseite (11) und einer Außenseite (12) aufweist, wobeider Reflektorkörper (10) mindestens einen Durchbruch (13), durch den die mindestens eine Stromzuführung (21, 22) hindurchgeführt ist, und mindestens ein an seiner Außenseite (12) befestigtes, metallisches Kontaktelement aufweist, das mit der mindestens einen Stromzuführung (21, 22) verbunden ist und das als abgewinkelte Kontaktfahne (5, 6) ausgebildet ist,
der Reflektorkörper (10) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Kunststoff besteht und die mindestens eine Kontaktfahne (5, 6) an mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Orten des Reflektorkörpers (10) mit Hilfe von Krallen oder Widerhaken (522, 530), die an der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) angeformt sind, fixiert ist. - Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektorkörper (10) mindestens einen an die Außenseite (12) des Reflektorkörpers (10) angeformten Zapfen (17, 18) besitzt, und ein erster Schenkel (51) der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) einen Durchbruch (53) aufweist, in dem der mindestens eine Zapfen (17, 18) mit Klemmsitz angeordnet ist, wobei der Rand des Durchbruchs (53) mit den Krallen oder Widerhaken (522, 530) versehen ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reflektorkörper (10) an seiner Außenseite (12) mindestens eine Vertiefung () besitzt, in der ein sich quer zu einem ersten Schenkel (51) der mindestens einen metallischen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) erstreckender Teil (521) der Kontaktfahne (5, 6) angeordnet ist, wobei der sich quer zum ersten Schenkel (51) erstreckende Teil (521) der mindestens einen metallischen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) mit den Krallen oder Widerhaken (522, 530) versehen ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine abgewinkelte Kontaktfahne (5, 6) einen zweiten Schenkel (52) besitzt, der von dem ersten Schenkel (51) abgewinkelt ist, und wobei der sich quer zum ersten Schenkel (51) erstreckende Teil (521) der Kontaktfahne (5, 6) als Bestandteil des zweiten Schenkels (52) ausgebildet ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt (520) des zweiten Schenkels (52) zweilagig ausgebildet ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) einen weiteren Durchbruch (50) besitzt, in dem die mindestens eine Stromzuführung (5, 6) angeordnet ist.
- Reflektorlampe nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der mindestens einen Stromzuführung (21, 22) und der mindestens einen Kontaktfahne (5, 6) eine Schweißverbindung besteht.
