Claims (14)

  1. Schale aus blattartigem Papiermaterial, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln, umfassend:
    - einen Boden (2);
    - eine durch gerade Abschnitte (4) und gekrümmte Abschnitte (5) festgelegte Seitenwand, die sich vom Boden erhebt, wobei die Seitenwand in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Boden selbst einen Aufnahmeraum (6) festlegt, der unter Benutzungsbedingungen der Schale nach oben gerichtet ist; wobei mindestens ein gerader Abschnitt (4) der Seitenwand (3) einen oberen Bereich aufweist, der eine erste nach oben gerichtete, ebene Fläche (7) umfasst, wobei mindestens ein gekrümmter Abschnitt (5) der Seitenwand einen oberen Bereich aufweist, der eine nach oben gerichtete ebene Fläche (9) umfasst, wobei mindestens ein gerader Abschnitt (4) und ein gekrümmter Abschnitt (5) der Seitenwand (3) jeweilige Verstärkungsränder (10) aufweisen, die quer zu den oberen die ebenen Flächen (7, 9) umfassenden Bereiche gefaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein gerader Bereich (4) der Seitenwand (3) unter Zusammenbaubedingungen der Schale eine Verstärkungszunge (8) besitzt, die mit dem entsprechenden oberen Bereich vereint ist, und dadurch, dass der Boden (2) der Seitenwand (3) die geraden Abschnitte (4), die gekrümmten Abschnitte (5), Oberbereiche, ebene Flächen (7, 9), Zungen und Verstärkungsränder (8, 10) durch dasselbe Blatt aus Papiermaterial festgelegt sind.
  2. Schale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geraden und gekrümmten Abschnitte (4, 5) der Seitenwand (3) eine innere, ununterbrochene Aufnahmefläche (11) festlegen.
  3. Schale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (2) im wesentlichen rechteckig mit den miteinander durch gekrümmte Abschnitte ineinandergehenden Seiten ausgebildet ist.
  4. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen, die gekrümmte Fläche (7) mindestens eines geraden Abschnittes (4) umfassenden Bereich die Verstärkungszunge (8) umgefaltet ist.
  5. Schale nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die von den größeren Seiten des Bodens (2) aufstehenden, geraden Abschnitte (4) und bevorzugter Weise alle geraden Abschnitte (4) die nach oben gerichtete erste, ebene Fläche (7) und die der ersten ebenen Fläche (7) unter Zusammenbaubedingungen der Schale zugeordnete Verstärkungszungen (8) umfassen.
  6. Schale nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmten Abschnitte, die sich von den gekrümmten Abschnitten des Bodens (2) erheben, die nach oben gerichtete ebene Fläche (9) umfassen.
  7. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene Fläche (7) und die Verstärkungszunge (8) eines jeden geraden Abschnittes (4) ununterbrochen vereint sind.
  8. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstärkungsrand (10) längs des gesamten oberen Umfangs der Schale festgelegt ist und sich ununterbrochen längs der ganzen Abwicklung zeigt.
  9. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstärkungsrand (10) im Bereich des geraden Abschnittes (4) eine Doppelwand besitzt.
  10. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie vollständig ausgehend von einem einzelnen Blatt aus Papiermaterial hergestellt ist.
  11. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie keine weiteren Elemente aus Papiermaterial aufweisen, die über Kleben, Klammern und ähnliche aufgetragen sind, um den Aufbau oder die strukturellen Festigkeitsmerkmale der Schale festzulegen.
  12. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungszunge (8) Endabschnitte (8A) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, gegen die untere Seite der ebenen Flächen (9) der gekrümmten Abschnitte (5) anzustoßen.
  13. Verfahren zur Ausführung einer Schale aus blattförmigen Papiermaterial, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Lebensmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines ebenen Blattes aus Papiermaterial;
    - Tiefziehen des Blattes zur Festlegung eines Bodens (2) und einer Seitenwand (3), die durch gerade Abschnitte (4) und gekrümmte Abschnitte (5) festgelegt ist und sich vom Boden erhebt, um unter Zusammenwirkung mit dem Boden selbst einen Aufnahmeraum (6) zu begrenzen, der unter Benutzungsbedingungen der Schale nach oben gerichtet ist;
    - Falten zur Festlegung einer ebenen Fläche (7, 9) die nach oben in einem oberen Bereich der Seitenwand (3) gerichtet ist;
    - Umfalten einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von Verstärkungszungen (8) im Bereich der ebenen Fläche (7) der geraden Abschnitte (4); und
    - Falten in einem oberen Bereich der Seitenwand, um einen Verstärkungsrand (10) zu erhalten, der zu den ebenen Flächen (7, 9) am gesamten Umfang der Seitenwand (3) querliegt.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es überdies den Schritt zum Verkleben der Verstärkungszungen (8) gegen die untere Seite der ebenen Flächen (7) umfasst.
