Claims (11)

  1. System zum Dosieren farbiger Pigmente und zum Hinzufügen von diesen zu einer vorgegebenen Menge eines zu färbenden Produkts, umfassend:
    einen Behälter (5) mit einem neutralen zu färbenden Produkt und
    eine Pigmentzumessvorrichtung (100), während
    der Behälter (5) eine Abdeckung (50) umfasst und die Pigmentzumessvorrichtung (100) aufweist:
    eine Mehrzahl an Zuführdüsen (3), die mit entsprechenden Tanks (1) verbunden sind, die die farbigen Pigmente enthalten, während Flusseinstellmittel (6) zwischen den Tanks (1) und den Zuführdüsen (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Zuführdüsen in eine Färbekammer (4) öffnen,
    ein Massenmessmittel (8), das in der Färbekammer (4) angeordnet ist und aus einer Waage zusammengesetzt ist, die mit einer Platte (80) ausgestattet ist, auf der der Behälter (5) mit einem neutralen zu färbenden Produkt positionierbar ist, ohne geöffnet zu werden, eine Verarbeitungseinheit (7), die mit den Flusseinstellmitteln (6) zum selektiven Betreiben der Letzteren verbunden ist, um so den Fluss der farbigen Pigmente in Richtung der Zuführdüsen (3) in Relation zu Daten einzustellen, die vorher in der Verarbeitungseinheit (7) gespeichert wurden, und
    Hebemittel (18), die darauf zielen, die Waage (8) mit der Platte (80), auf der der Behälter (5) positioniert ist, zwischen zwei Extrempositionen vertikal zu bewegen, entsprechend einer abgesenkten (B), mit der Pigmentzumessvorrichtung (100) in einer Ruhekonfiguration, und einer gehobenen (A), mit der Pigmentzumessvorrichtung (100) in einer Arbeitskonfiguration,
    das System ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung des Behälters ein Fenster (15) umfasst, das darin hergestellt ist und durch eine Membran (150) aus elastomerem Material geschlossen ist, sowie dadurch, dass der Behälter positionierbar ist, so dass die Membran (150) der Abdeckung (50) unterhalb und mittig im Bezug auf die Zuführdüsen (3) angeordnet ist, sowie dadurch, dass die Mehrzahl an Zuführdüsen (3) gebildet ist durch eine Mehrzahl an hohlen Zuführnadeln (3), die vertikal mit den Spitzen nach unten gedreht angeordnet sind, sowie dadurch, dass das Fenster (15) geeignet ist, um durch die Mehrzahl von Zuführnadeln (3) durchdrungen zu werden, so dass die Membran (150) von der Mehrzahl der Zuführnadeln (3) derart durchbohrt werden kann, wenn die Waage (8) mit der Platte (80), auf der der Behälter (5) angeordnet ist, von der abgesenkten Extremposition (B) zu der gehobenen (A) bewegt wird, dass die Zuführnadeln (3) innerhalb des Behälters (5) sind, um das Zuführen einer vorbestimmten Menge der farbigen Pigmente in den Behälter zu gestatten, um so das zu färbende Produkt zu erhalten.
  2. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (150) einen Bereich bereitstellt, der geeigneterweise größer im Bezug auf einen Bereich der Mehrzahl an Zuführnadeln (3) ist.
  3. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (80) grafische Hinweise aufweist, die das richtige Positionieren des Behälters (5) darauf anzeigt.
  4. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (80) eine Mehrzahl von im Wesentlichen konzentrischen Sitzen unterschiedlicher Tiefen und Durchmesser aufweist, die den standardisierten Tiefen und Durchmessern des Behälters (5) entsprechen.
  5. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebemittel (18) eine Platte (180) umfassen, die unter dem Massenmessmittel (8) und der Platte (80) angeordnet ist, auf der der Behälter (5) angeordnet ist, und die mit einem Stellglied (181), das die vertikale Bewegung durchführt, zusammen mit gleitenden Führungszylindern (182) verbunden ist.
  6. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ebenso Mittel (90) zum aus dem Eingriff bringen umfasst, die in dem oberen Teil der Färbekammer (4) angeordnet sind und sich in Schrittrelation mit dem Betrieb der Hebemittel (18) in einer Richtung bewegen, in der der Behälter (5) sich weg von den Zuführnadeln (3) bewegt, um die Zuführnadeln beim Verlassen nach dem Zuführen der farbigen Pigmente zu unterstützen.
  7. System gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (90) zum aus dem Eingriff bringen eine im Wesentlichen ringähnliche Platte (91) und mindestens ein Stellglied (92, 93) aufweisen, das die Platte (91) unterstützt und darauf zielt, die Letztere auszustrecken und zurückzuziehen, um sie entsprechend weg und in Richtung der Zuführnadeln (3) zu bringen.
  8. System gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied eine Mehrzahl an pneumatischen Zylindern (92, 93) aufweist, deren Kolben mit der Platte (91) an ihren freien Enden verbunden sind.
  9. System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fenster (15) eine ringähnliche Schulter (151) bildet, die den unteren Teil der Membran (150) unterstützt, sowie dadurch, dass der obere Teil des Letzteren an einem Ring (152) mit Zähnen (153) befestigt ist, die darauf zielen, in einer Schnappverbindung in einer entsprechenden Aussparung (154) zu sitzen, die in dem Rand des Fensters (15) hergestellt ist.
  10. System gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben der Membran (150) mindestens ein Film (155, 156) an dichtendem Material auf das Fenster (15) aufgebracht ist.
  11. System gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Filme (155, 156) entsprechend auf der inneren und äußeren Seite der Abdeckung (50) aufgebracht sind, in der das Fenster (15) hergestellt ist.
