Claims (11)

  1. Système pour le dosage de pigments colorés et pour les ajouter à une quantité prédéterminée d'un produit pour colorer, comprenant :
    un conteneur (5) avec un produit neutre devant être coloré, et
    un dispositif de mesure de pigments (100),
    ledit conteneur (5) comprenant un couvercle (50), et ledit dispositif de mesure de pigments (100) comprenant :
    une pluralité de buses de distribution (3), reliées à des réservoirs respectifs (1) contenant lesdits pigments colorés, avec des moyens d'ajustement d'écoulement (6), disposés entre lesdits réservoirs (1) et lesdites buses de distribution (3), lesdites buses de distribution s'ouvrant dans une chambre de coloration (4) ;
    des moyens de mesure de masse (8), situés dans ladite chambre de coloration (4), composés d'une machine de pesage qui est équipée d'une plaque (80) sur laquelle ledit conteneur (5) avec un produit neutre devant être coloré peut être positionné sans avoir été ouvert ;
    une unité de traitement (7), reliée auxdits moyens d'ajustement d'écoulement (6) pour actionner ces derniers sélectivement, de manière à ajuster l'écoulement desdits pigments colorés vers lesdites buses de distribution (3) en fonction de données, qui ont été précédemment stockées dans l'unité de traitement (7) ; et
    des moyens d'élévation (18) destinés à déplacer verticalement ladite machine de pesage (8), avec ladite plaque (80), sur laquelle plaque (80) est positionné le conteneur (5), entre deux positions extrêmes, respectivement une position abaissée (B), avec le dispositif de mesure de pigments (100) dans une configuration de repos, et une position élevée (A), avec le dispositif de mesure de pigments (100) dans une configuration de travail ;
    ledit système étant caractérisé en ce que le couvercle du conteneur comprend une fenêtre (15) réalisée à l'intérieur et fermée par une membrane (150) faite d'un matériau élastomère, en ce que le conteneur peut être positionné de sorte que ladite membrane (150) du couvercle (50) est située en dessous et est centrée par rapport aux buses de distribution (3), en ce que ladite pluralité de buses de distribution (3) est formées par une pluralité d'aiguilles creuses de distribution (3), qui sont agencées verticalement avec les extrémités tournées vers le bas, et en ce que ladite fenêtre (15) est appropriée pour être pénétrée par ladite pluralité d'aiguilles de distribution (3), de sorte que la membrane (150) peut être perforée par la pluralité d'aiguilles de distribution (3), quand la machine de pesage (8), avec la plaque (80) sur laquelle est positionné le conteneur (5), est déplacée de ladite position extrême abaissée (B) à ladite position élevée (A), de telle façon que les aiguilles de distribution (3) sont à l'intérieur du conteneur (5), afin de permettre la distribution d'une quantité prédéterminée de pigments colorés à l'intérieur du conteneur, pour obtenir ainsi le produit devant être coloré.
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (150) fournit une surface suffisamment plus grande par rapport à la surface de la pluralité d'aiguilles de distribution (3).
  3. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (80) possède des références graphiques, qui permettent de visualiser le positionnement correct dudit conteneur (5) dessus.
  4. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (80) possède une pluralité de sièges sensiblement concentriques de profondeurs et diamètres différents correspondant à ceux standardisé dudit conteneur (5).
  5. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'élévation (18) comprennent une plaque (180), associée sous lesdits moyens de mesure de masse (8) et la plaque (80), sur laquelle est placée le conteneur (5), est reliée à un actionneur (181), qui impose ledit mouvement vertical, conjointement à des pistons de guidage de coulissement (182).
  6. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également des moyens de désengagement (90), situés dans la partie supérieure de ladite chambre de coloration (4) et se déplaçant en relation étagée avec le fonctionnement desdits moyens d'élévation (18), dans une direction, dans laquelle ledit conteneur (5) s'éloigne desdites aiguilles de distribution (3), pour faciliter le départ desdites aiguilles de distribution après que les pigments colorés ont été distribués.
  7. Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de désengagement (90) comprennent une plaque sensiblement circulaire (91), et au moins un actionneur (92, 93), supportant ladite plaque (91) et destiné à l'extension et au retrait de cette dernière pour respectivement l'éloigner et la rapprocher desdites aiguilles de distribution (3).
  8. Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur comprend une pluralité de cylindres pneumatiques (92, 93), dont les pistons sont reliés à ladite plaque (91) avec leurs extrémités libres.
  9. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fenêtre (15) forme un épaulement de forme cylindrique (151), supportant la partie inférieure de ladite membrane (150), et en ce que la partie supérieure de cette dernière est fixée à une bague (152) ayant des dents (153), destinées à s'ajuster par encliquetage dans des évidements correspondants (154) réalisés dans le bord de la fenêtre (15).
  10. Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, en dehors de ladite membrane (150), au moins un film (155, 156) de matériau d'étanchéité est appliqué à ladite fenêtre (15).
  11. Système selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que deux films (155, 156) sont appliqués respectivement au côté intérieur et extérieur du couvercle (50), dans lequel est réalisé ladite fenêtre (15).
