Claims (16)

  1. Bande adhésive pour le changement de bobine à la volée comprenant une première face (2) et une seconde face (1) située à l'opposé de la première face, comportant un bord avant (4) et un bord arrière (5) et constituée par des première et seconde parties (7, 8), qui, en étant voisines l'une de l'autre, sont séparées par une ligne de fonctionnement qui s'étend parallèlement aux bords (4, 5), dans laquelle
    • la ligne de fonctionnement est conçue sous la forme d'une ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6), et
    • la distance entre le bord avant (4) et la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) de la première partie ainsi limitée (7) est choisie inférieure à la distance entre le bord arrière (5) et la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) de la seconde partie ainsi limitée (8),

    dans laquelle
    • la première partie (7) possède, exclusivement sur la première face (2), une bande formant couche adhésive (9) qui s'étend parallèlement aux bords (4, 5),

    caractérisée en ce que
    • la seconde partie (8) comporte, exclusivement sur la première face (2), deux bandes formant couches adhésives (11, 12) qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre par la bande intercalaire non recouverte d'adhésif et s'étendent parallèlement aux bords (4, 5).
  2. Bande adhésive selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bandes formant couches adhésives (11, 12) recouvrent au moins 75 % de la première face (2) de la partie (8).
  3. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les bandes formées de couches adhésives (11, 12) recouvrent au moins 90 % de la première face (2) de la partie (8).
  4. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (9) recouvre complètement la première partie (7) située entre le bord avant (4) et la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6).
  5. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les bandes formées de couches adhésives (11, 12) sont séparées par une bande intercalaire (13) réalisée de manière à être non adhésive, la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (11) étant disposée au voisinage de ou séparément au voisinage de la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6), et la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (12) étant disposée au voisinage de ou séparément au voisinage du bord arrière (5).
  6. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) de la bande adhésive (1, 1a) est divisée dans le rapport 1/3 pour la première partie (16) et dans le rapport 2/3 pour la seconde partie (8).
  7. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (9) n'est pas recouverte par une feuille de protection détachable.
  8. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (11) est recouverte par une couche de protection détachable (14).
  9. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (12) est recouverte par une couche de protection détachable (15).
  10. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) est agencée sous la forme de perforations.
  11. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) est agencée sous la forme d'une ligne de pliage.
  12. Bande adhésive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) est agencée sous la forme d'une ligne d'entailles rectilignes distantes les unes des autres.
  13. Procédé pour le changement de bobine à la volée moyennant l'utilisation d'une bande adhésive (1, 1a) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    • former une amorce rectiligne de rouleau (17) qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du nouveau rouleau (16),
    • coller des bandes formées de couches adhésives (9) parallèlement au voisinage de l'amorce de rouleau (17) sur toute la largeur du nouveau rouleau (16), dans sa position la plus élevée de telle sorte que
    - la première partie (7) de la bande adhésive (1, 1a) est orientée en direction de l'amorce (17) du rouleau, vue à partir de la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6), et
    - la distance entre l'amorce (17) du rouleau et le bord avant (4) de la bande adhésive (1, 1a) est presque égale à zéro,
    • rabattre la seconde partie (8), non collée sur le rouleau, le long de la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6) en direction de l'amorce (17) du nouveau rouleau (16),
    • retirer la feuille de protection (15) - dans la mesure où elle est présente,
    • coller la face inférieure (22) de l'amorce (17) du nouveau rouleau (16) sur la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (12) qui est voisine ou est voisine séparément du bord arrière (5), sans coller la section située au voisinage de la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6), pour fixer l'amorce (17) du rouleau,
    • retirer la feuille de protection (14) - dans la mesure où elle est présente,
    • accélérer le nouveau rouleau (16) en l'amenant à une vitesse circonférentielle qui correspond à la vitesse de la bande de papier (18), qui se déroule, de l'ancien rouleau (19),
    • déplacer ou faire pivoter le cylindre d'encollage (20) en direction du nouveau rouleau (16) pour coller, moyennant l'application d'une pression, la bande de papier (18), qui se déroule, de l'ancien rouleau (19) sur la bande formée d'une couche adhésive (11) voisine ou séparément voisine de la ligne d'arrachement de consigne (6),
    • dans la mesure où cela est nécessaire - retirer la bande de papier (18), qui se déroule encore, de l'ancien rouleau (19) à l'aide d'un couteau de sectionnement (21).
  14. Procédé pour le changement de rouleau à la volée selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'amorce (17) du nouveau rouleau (16) fait avec la verticale (23) dans la direction de déroulement, un angle α, avec -90° < α < +90°.
  15. Procédé pour le changement de rouleau à la volée selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que l'amorce (17) du nouveau rouleau (16) fait avec la verticale (23), dans la direction de déroulement, un angle α, avec -45° < α ≤ +45°.
  16. Utilisation d'une bande adhésive (1, 1a) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, pour le changement de rouleau à la volée.
