Claims (11)

  1. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) des Typs, der je nach Art des herzustellenden Profils mit verschiedenen Sätzen von Paaren von Profilierköpfen (P1i, P2i) arbeiten kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfpaare (P1i, P2i) auf Schlitten (Ci) angebracht sind, welche in beide Richtungssinne einer zu der Profilierlinie quer verlaufenden Richtung (T) derart gleiten können, dass ein Satz mit einem Minimum an Handhabung durch einen anderen Satz ersetzbar ist.
  2. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Schlitten (Ci) aufweist, welche mehrere Profilierkopfpaare (P1i, P2i) tragen, die zu unterschiedlichen Sätzen gehören.
  3. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie unterschiedliche Gruppen (C2p, C2p+1) von Schlitten (Ci) umfasst, welche zu unterschiedlichen Sätzen gehörenden Profilierkopfpaare tragen,

Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einerseits erste und zweite Sätze von Profilierkopfpaaren, die nebeneinander auf einer ersten Gruppe (C2p) von Schlitten (Ci) angebracht sind, und andererseits dritte und vierte Sätze von Profilierkopfpaaren aufweist, die nebeneinander auf einer zweiten, von der ersten Gruppe unabhängigen Gruppe (C2p+1) von Schlitten (Ci) angebracht sind.
  5. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen doppeltwirkenden Zylinder (V1i, V2i) zum Bewegen jedes der Schlitten (Ci) aufweist.
  6. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei doppeltwirkende Zylinder (V1i, V2i) aufweist, die einander entgegengesetzt angebracht sind, um jeden der Schlitten (Ci) derart zu bewegen, dass die Schlitten der ersten Gruppe (C2p) selektiv in eine der folgenden drei Positionen verbracht werden: Köpfe inaktiv, erster Kopfsatz aktiv, zweiter Kopfsatz aktiv, und dass die Schlitten der zweiten Gruppe (C2p+1) selektiv in eine der folgenden drei Positionen verbracht werden: Köpfe inaktiv, dritter Kopfsatz aktiv, vierter Kopfsatz aktiv.
  7. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer (V1i) der beiden Zylinder länger ist als der andere (V2i), um den Platzbedarf eines Antriebsmotors (Mi) der von dem entsprechenden Schlitten (Ci) gestützten Profilierkopfpaare (P1i, P2i) zu berücksichtigen.
  8. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Einrichtungen (TRi, RL, CP) zum Verhindern des Verfahrens der Vorrichtung solange die Schlitten (Ci) keine Ausrichtung erreicht haben, die das Verwenden eines der Sätze ermöglicht, enthält.
  9. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen mehrere Löcher (TRi), welche in den Schlitten (Ci) ausgebildet und derart angeordnet sind, dass sie bei Erreichen der Ausrichtung miteinander fluchten, und einen Laserstrahl (RL) umfassen, der derart angeordnet ist, dass er sämtliche Löcher (TRi) passiert, wenn die Ausrichtung erreicht ist.
  10. Profilherstellungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitten (Ci) auf Laufrollen (Ri) montiert sind, welche auf Schienen (RAi) rollen, und dass die Schienen (RAi) Vertiefungen (CRi) aufweisen, die derart angeordnet sind, dass sie die der Verwendung jedes der Sätze entsprechenden Positionen der Schlitten (Ci) anzeigen.
  11. Profiliervorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Rahmen (Π1, Π2) aufweist, welche mit Keilen (CAi) versehen sind, welche die Schlitten (Ci) stützen, wenn sich die Laufrollen (Ri) in den Vertiefungen (CRi) befinden.
