Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de jonction mécanique et de mise en contact électrique d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé (2) avec au moins deux conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b), comprenant une première unité enfichable (3) fixée à la plaquette de circuit imprimé (2), au moins deux premiers éléments de contact électriques (6a, 6b) associés à la première unité enfichable (3), lesquels sont connectés électriquement avec au moins un composant électrique (18) sur la plaquette (2), et une seconde unité enfichable (4) correspondant à la première unité enfichable (3), qui est connectée mécaniquement avec les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b), et au moins deux seconds éléments de contact (7a, 7b) correspondant aux premiers éléments de contact (6a, 6b) et qui sont connectés électriquement avec les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b). L'invention permet ainsi d'améliorer la jonction mécanique et la mise en contact électrique d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé avec au moins deux conducteurs électriques.

Claims (26)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour assurer une liaison mécanique et une mise en contact électrique d'une carte de circuits imprimés (2) avec au moins deux conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b),
    - avec un élément de connecteur (3) fixé sur la carte de circuits imprimés (2),
    - avec au moins deux premiers éléments de contact électrique (6a, 6b) qui sont attribués au premier élément de connecteur (3) et qui sont reliés de manière électroconductrice avec au moins un composant électrique (18) se trouvant sur la carte de circuits imprimés (2)
    - et avec un deuxième élément de connecteur (4) correspondant au premier élément de connecteur (3) qui est relié mécaniquement avec les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b) et qui comprend au moins deux deuxièmes éléments de contact (7a, 7b) qui correspondent aux premiers éléments de contact (6a, 6b) et qui sont reliés de manière électroconductrice avec les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b),
    caractérisé en ce que des contacts coupants et de serrage sont prévus l'un au dessous de l'autre pour mettre en contact entre eux les premiers et les deuxièmes éléments de contact (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, parmi les paires d'éléments de contact (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b), le premier élément de contact (6a ou 6b) ou le deuxième élément de contact (7a ou 7b) est formé par un élément de contact coupant et de serrage et que l'autre élément de contact est formé par une nervure de contact (14) ou que les deux éléments de contact agissent de concert, c'est-à-dire le premier élément de contact et le deuxième élément de contact (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b), sont formés respectivement par un élément de contact coupant et de serrage.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de contact et le deuxième élément de contact agissant de concert (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b) forment entre eux un angle pointu (W2) qui est d'environ 20° à 40°, de préférence d'environ 30°.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes éléments de contact (7a, 7b) sont respectivement disposés sur une partie d'élément de contact (17c) qui comprend un troisième élément de contact (17a, 17b) servant à assurer une liaison électroconductrice avec les conducteurs correspondants (5a, 5b).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les troisièmes éléments de contact (17a, 17b) sont respectivement formés par un élément de contact coupant et de serrage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de contact et le deuxième élément de contact (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) présentent entre eux un espacement s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale des conducteurs (5a, 5b).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en regardant dans le sens transversal par rapport à un plan comprenant les axes des conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b), l'axe des éléments de connecteur (3, 4) est disposé entre les conducteurs (5a, 5b).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, par rapport aux deuxièmes éléments de contact (7a, 7b), les troisièmes éléments de contact (17a, 17b) ont entre eux un espacement (a, b) orienté dans la direction longitudinale des conducteurs (5a, 5b) et/ou transversalement à celle-ci.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments de contact (6a, 6b) sont respectivement disposés sur une partie d'élément de contact (16c) qui comprend un quatrième élément de contact (16a, 16b) servant à assurer une liaison électroconductrice avec la carte de circuits imprimés (2).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les quatrièmes éléments de contact (16a, 16b) sont respectivement formés par une nervure de contact s'écartant transversalement du premier élément de contact (6a, 6b).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de connecteur (3) est fixé avec son côté arrière sur un côté large de la carte de circuits imprimés (2) et comprend de préférence sur le côté arrière des évidements (9c) servant à recevoir les quatrièmes éléments de contact (16a, 16b).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de contact (16a, 16b) forment avec les premiers éléments de contact correspondants (6a, 7a) un angle (W1) qui est un peu supérieur à 90°.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de connecteur, de préférence le premier élément de connecteur (3), est formé par un ergot à enficher (21a) et que l'autre élément de connecteur, de préférence le deuxième élément de connecteur (4), comprend un évidement d'enfichage (21b) servant à recevoir l'ergot à enficher (21a).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de connecteur (4) comprend quatre trous (22) pour les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b) qui s'étendent de préférence transversalement à l'ergot à enficher (21a) et qui sont en particulier disposés sur un plan commun s'étendant transversalement à l'ergot à enficher (21a).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de connecteur (4) est composé de deux demi-coquilles (4a, 4b), le joint de séparation (25) s'étendant transversalement à l'axe des éléments de connecteur (3, 4) et étant disposé de préférence au plan comprenant les axes médians des trous (22).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les demi-coquilles (4a, 4b) sont rendues étanches et sont de préférence soudées par ultrasons.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans leur position d'enfichage réciproque, le premier élément de connecteur (3) et le deuxième élément de connecteur (4) peuvent être respectivement fixés par crantage au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage et/ou de crantage (33).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de crantage (33) est formé par un taquet d'arrêt (34) qui est disposé sur la surface enveloppante extérieure de l'ergot à enficher (21a) ou sur la surface enveloppante intérieure de l'évidement d'enfichage (21b) et qui, dans la position d'assemblage, passe derrière un bord de crantage (35) se trouvant sur l'autre pièce respective.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 13 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la surface enveloppante de l'ergot à enficher (21a) et la surface enveloppante intérieure de l'évidement d'enfichage (21b) est disposé un joint annulaire (31) qui est formé de préférence par un bourrelet annulaire (32) se trouvant sur la surface circulaire extérieure de l'ergot à enficher (21a) ou qui est disposé sur la surface circulaire intérieure de l'évidement d'enfichage (21b) en étant appliqué sur la surface respectivement opposée de façon à assurer l'étanchéité.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de connecteur (3) et/ou le deuxième élément de connecteur (4) comprennent une couche isolante se composant par exemple d'un vernis.
  21. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes des éléments de connecteur (3, 4) s'étendent transversalement au plan incluant les axes (5c) des conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b).
  22. Connecteur pour assurer une liaison électrique de conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b)
    - avec un premier élément de connecteur (3),
    - avec au moins deux premiers éléments de contact électrique (6a, 6b) qui sont attribués au premier élément de connecteur (3)
    - et avec un deuxième élément de connecteur (4) correspondant au premier élément de connecteur (3) qui est relié mécaniquement avec des conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b) et qui comprend au moins deux deuxièmes éléments de contact (7a, 7b) qui correspondent aux premiers éléments de contact (6a, 6b) et qui sont reliés de manière électroconductrice avec les conducteurs électriques (5a, 5b),
    caractérisé en ce que des contacts coupants et de serrage sont prévus pour mettre en contact entre eux les premiers et les deuxièmes éléments de contact (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b).
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que, parmi les paires d'éléments de contact électrique (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b), le premier élément de contact (6a ou 6b) ou le deuxième élément de contact (7a ou 7b) est formé par un élément de contact coupant et de serrage et que l'autre élément de contact est formé par une nervure de contact (14) ou que les deux éléments de contact agissant de concert, c'est-à-dire le premier élément de contact et le deuxième élément de contact (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b), sont formés respectivement par un élément de contact coupant et de serrage.
  24. Dispositif selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de contact et le deuxième élément de contact agissant de concert (6a, 7a ou 6b, 7b) forment entre eux un angle pointu (W2) qui est d'environ 20° à 40°, de préférence d'environ 30°.
  25. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 23 ou 24, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de connecteur (4) est composé de deux demi-coquilles (4a, 4b), le joint de séparation (25) s'étendant transversalement à l'axe des éléments de connecteur (3, 4) et étant disposé de préférence au plan comprenant les axes médians des trous 22.
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que les demi-coquilles (4a, 4b) sont rendues étanches et sont de préférence soudées par ultrasons.
