Die Führungseinrichtungen mit einem selbständigen Träger erfordern wegen dessen Raumbedarf eine Anordnung mit mehr oder weniger großem Abstand vor und hinter dem jeweiligen Walzgerüst und bei Vertikalwalzgerüsten eine besondere Steuerung, die die jeweilige Position der Führungseinrichtung der Vertikalwalzen dieses Walzgerüstes abstimmt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Führungseinrichtung zu schaffen, die solche Abstände und die Notwendigkeit einer ständigen Abstimmung der Positionen von Vertikalwalzen und Führungselementen zueinander vermeidet. Ausgehend von der bekannten Ausbildung einer Führungseinrichtung für das Walzen von Walzbändern (JP4333304) bei der die Bandränder von den mit den Lagerträgern der mit den Vertikalwalzen verbundenen Führungselementen seitlich unterfaßt und seitlich bewegungsbegrenzt werden, wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Träger der Führungsplatte rückseitig mit dem Linear-Stellglied einer mechanisch oder hydraulisch angetriebenen, fest an dem Lagerkörper der Vertikalwalze angeordneten Verschiebeeinrichtung verbunden ist, wobei der Träger in einer, oberhalb des Rollgangs, parallel zu dessen Rollen auskragenden, fest mit dem Walzgerüst verbundenen Führungskulisse tragend geführt wird. Der Träger der Führungsplatte kann dabei, wie die Erfindung weiter vorsieht, als vertikal aufstehender Steg und in Richtung auf die Verschiebeeinrichtung verjüngt verlaufenden Flanschen ausgebildet sein, auf dessen oberen Flansch mittig eine Tragscheibe aufsteht, die in die Führungskulisse ragt und deren oberer Rand von dieser Führungskulisse getragene, gleitgeführte Ansätze aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß kann dabei die Verschiebeeinrichtung aus einer, in einem fest mit dem Lagerkörper der Vertikalwalze verbunden Tragkörper angeordneten Gewindehülse bestehen, in der eine Kopf-Spindel geführt ist, deren Kopfende mit dem Träger der Führungsplatte drehverbunden und deren anderes Ende als Mehrkant für den Ansatz von Stellelementen ausgebildet sind.The guide devices with an independent support require an arrangement with a more or less large distance in front of and behind the respective roll stand and in the case of vertical roll stands, because of its space requirement, a special control which adjusts the respective position of the guide device of the vertical rolls of this roll stand. Wie aus Fig. 1 zu ersehen, besteht der Träger TR der Führungsplatte FP aus einem T-Profil mit vertikal aufstehendem Steg ST und Flanschen FL1 und FL2, die sich , von der Führungsplatte weg, verjüngen. Auf dem oberen Flansch FL1 (Fig. 3 und Fig. 4) steht eine Tragscheibe TS, deren freier seitlicher, mit Gleit-Blöcken GB versehener, oberer Rand in einer horizontal verlaufenden Führungskulisse FK hängend geführt wird. Diese Führungskulisse FK (vgl. Fig.3) ist fest mit dem Walzgerüst WG verbunden und kragt über die Rollgangsrollen RR hinaus. Wie aus Fig. 2 weiter hervorgeht, ist mit dem anstellbewegbaren Lagerkörper LK der Vertikalwalze der Tragkörper TK einer Gewindehülse GW verbunden, in der eine Kopf-Spindel KS geführt wird, deren Kopf KO in einem Kuppeltopf KT lagert, der fest mit dem Träger TR der Führungsplatte FP verbunden ist. Das dem Kopf KO der Kopfspindel KS abgewandte Ende der Spindel weist hier einen Vierkant VK für den Ansatz eines, nicht dargestellten, Stellschlüssels auf. Für den Walzbetrieb werden die den beiden Vertikalwalzen VW zugeordneten Führungsplatten FP mit Hilfe eines Stellschlüssels in die, der Breite des zu walzenden Walzgutes entsprechenden, Positionen eingebracht und führen dieses bei seinem Eintritt in den Walzspalt und anschließend beim weiteren Durchlauf. Etwaigen Stell-Änderungen des Walzspaltes während des Durchlaufs des Walzgutes folgen beide Führungsplatten FP automatisch, da ihre Träger TK fest mit dem Lagerkörper LK der Vertikalwalzen VW verbunden sind. Führungseinrichtung an Vertikalwalzgerüsten (WG) mit beiderseits des Vertikalwalzenpaares (VW), oberhalb der Rollen (RR), des Walzgut heran bzw. abführenden Rollgangs angeordneten, quer zur Walzrichtung verschieb-, einstell- und festlegbaren Trägern (TR) von vertikalen Führungsplatten (FP) für das Walzgut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (TR) der Führungsplatten (FP) rückseitig mit dem Linear- Stellglied einer mechanisch oder hydraulisch angetriebenen, fest an dem Lagerkörper (LK) der Vertikalwalze angeordneten Verschiebeeinrichtung verbunden ist, wobei der Träger (TR) in einer, oberhalb des Rollgangs, parallel zu dessen Rollenachsen auskragenden, fest mit dem Walzgerüst verbundenen Führungskulisse (FK) kragend geführt wird.1.
