Claims (21)

  1. Verriegelungsbeschlag für Schiebeflügel, umfassend ein Gehäuse (2) in Form von zwei parallelen Wänden (3, 4), die sich rechtwinkelig hinter einer Befestigungsplatte (5) erstrecken, die mit einer Öffnung (6) versehen ist für den Zugang zu einem Betätigungsorgan (7) für die Betätigung der Verschiebung mindestens eines Schiebers (8) zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Entriegelungsstellung, der in axialer Richtung beweglich in dem Gehäuse (2) gelagert ist und dafür vorgesehen ist, mindestens einen Riegelträger (15) zu betätigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (8) im wesentlichen am Endrand (9, 10) verschiebbar und zwischen den parallelen Wänden (3, 4) des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, derart, dass er dieses an der Rückseite zumindest teilweise abschließt und zusammen mit der Befestigungsplatte (5) einen Raum für die Aufnahme von Betätigungs- und/oder Sicherheitsorganen begrenzt.
  2. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallelen Wände (3, 4) im Bereich ihres Endrands (9, 10) und an der Innenseite des Gehäuses (2) Nuten (11) aufweisen für die Aufnahme der seitlichen Ränder (12, 13) des Schiebers (8).
  3. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (8) an einem Ende (14) den Riegelträger (15) aufweist, der von seitlichen Streifen (20, 21) gebildet ist, die durch Schnittlinien (17, 18) relativ zu einem mittleren Streifen (19) begrenzt werden, der an seinen Enden (25) abgekröpft ist, derart, dass er in einer versetzten Ebene verläuft und mit den seitlichen Streifen (20, 21) einen Querschlitz (22) für den Durchtritt des Schafts (23) eines Riegels (24), gegebenenfalls eines Riegelhakens, bildet, wobei die seitlichen Streifen (20, 21), der mittlere Streifen (19) und mindestens eines (25) der abgekröpften Enden des mittleren Streifens (19) drei isostatische Abstützpunkte bilden, wobei entweder das andere abgekröpfte Ende (25) des mittleren Streifens (19) oder eine Spitzschraube (26), die eine Gewindeöffnung (27) in diesem durchsetzt, um mit dem Schaft (23) des Riegels (24) zusammenzuwirken, einen vierten isostatischen Punkt bildet.
  4. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegelträger (15) sich relativ zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Schiebers (8) versetzt in Richtung des Innern des Gehäuses (2) erstreckt, wobei sich der Versatz durch eine S-förmige doppelte Abbiegung (8A) des Schiebers ergibt.
  5. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) im Bereich jeder seiner parallelen Wände (3, 4) einen länglichen Schlitz (28) aufweist für den Durchtritt des Schafts (23) eines Riegels (24), derart, dass dieser mit dem Riegelträger (15) zusammenwirken kann.
  6. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schieber (8) mehr oder weniger im Innern des Gehäuses (2) eine oder mehrere Zungen (29, 30, 31) ausgeschnitten und umgebogen sind zur Bildung entweder
    von Betätigungsfingern, um die Bewegung des Schiebers (8) zwischen seiner Verriegelungs- und seiner Entriegelungsstellung sicherzustellen;
    und/oder von Blockierfingern, die dafür vorgesehen sind, in Zusammenwirkung mit Anschlagebenen (32, 33, 34) eine Einbruchsicherung (35) und/oder eine Fehlbedienungssperre (36) zu bilden.
  7. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (7) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass es sich in Querrichtung zu dem Gehäuse (2) in einer Öffnung (6), d.h. senkrecht zur Ebene des Schiebers (8), bewegen kann, während Mittel (37) dafür vorgesehen sind, die Bewegung des Betätigungsorgans (7) in eine axiale und längsgerichtete Bewegung des Schiebers (8) umzuwandeln.
  8. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (37) gebildet sind von mindestens einer Kante (43), die das Betätigungsorgan (7) aufweist, derart, dass es sich auf einer geneigten Ebene (45, 46) abstützen kann, die von einer aus dem Schieber (8) ausgeschnittenen Zunge (29, 30) gebildet ist, um unter der Einwirkung eines auf das Betätigungsorgan (7) ausgeübten Drucks eine axiale Bewegung des Schiebers (8) zu bewirken, insbesondere von seiner Verriegelungsstellung in seine Entriegelungsstellung, wobei Rückstellfedermittel die Bewegung des Schiebers (8) in der entgegengesetzten Richtung bewirken.
  9. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellfedermittel derart ausgestaltet sind, dass sie den Schieber (8) betätigen können.
  10. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellfedermittel derart ausgestaltet sind, dass sie auf das Betätigungsorgan (7) derart einwirken können, dass sie unter der Einwirkung eines auf dieses ausgeübten Drucks unter Spannung gebracht werden können; wobei dieses in Kombination mindestens einen Hebekeil (47, 48) aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, dass er sich unter einer geneigten Ebene (45,46) erstrecken kann, die von einer aus dem Schieber (8) ausgeschnittenen Zunge (29, 30) gebildet ist.
  11. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend den Ansprüchen 6 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Zunge (29, 30), die einer geneigten Ebene (45, 46) entspricht, über ihre Endkante (49, 50) einen Blockierfinger bildet, der mit einer Anschlagebene (32, 33) zusammenwirken kann, die von einer Rückhaltekante (47, 48) gebildet ist, die sich unter dem Betätigungsorgan (7) erstreckt, um die Einbruchsicherung (35) zu bilden und sich einer Betätigung der Entriegelung des Beschlags (1) aus einer Verriegelungsstellung durch direkte Einwirkung auf den Schieber (8) widersetzt.
  12. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fehlbedienungssperre (36), die dafür vorgesehen ist, den Schieber (8) nach dem Öffnen der Schiebetür oder des Schiebefensters in seiner Entriegelungsstellung zu halten, von einer Zunge (31) gebildet ist, die in axialer Richtung aus dem Schieber (8) ausgeschnitten und in das Innere des Gehäuses (2) gedrückt ist, derart, dass sie über ihr freies, eine Verankerung bildendes Ende (53) einen Blockierfinger bildet, der in der Entriegelungsstellung des Schiebers (8) mit einer Anschlagebene (34) zusammenwirken kann, die im Innern des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist.
  13. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fehlbedienungssperre (36) von einem Entsperrbetätigungsorgan (55) ergänzt wird, das dafür vorgesehen ist, die Zunge (31) elastisch in die Ebene des Schiebers (8) zu drücken und zu bewirken, dass sich ihr freies, eine Verankerung bildendes Ende (53) vor der Anschlagebene (34) des Schiebers (8) einzieht, um das Rückstellen des Schiebers (8) in die Verriegelungsstellung zu gestatten.
  14. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagebene (34) aus einem Blockierkäfig (56) besteht, unter dem sich oberhalb und quergerichtet zu der Längsachse (16) des Schiebers (8) eine Rückhalterippe (57) erstreckt, wobei der Blockierkäfig (56) mit einer relativen Mobilität quergerichtet in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist und der Einwirkung von Rückstellfedermitteln ausgesetzt ist, die derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie ihn in Richtung des Schiebers (8) drücken können.
  15. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (55) von einem Druckknopf (63) gebildet ist, unter dem sich ein Betätigungsfinger (64) erstreckt, der vorzugsweise den Blockierkäfig (56) durchsetzt, derart, dass er auf die einen Rückhaltefinger bildende Zunge (31) einwirken kann.
  16. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (63) Rückstellfedermitteln (58) in Ruhestellung ausgesetzt ist und mit einem Rückhalteanschlag (65) versehen ist, um zu verhindern, dass er unter der Einwirkung der Rückstellfedermittel aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausgezogen wird.
  17. Verriegelungsbeschlag entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (63) den Fortsatz des Betätigungsorgans (7) bildet und derart ausgebildet ist, dass er sich zwischen einem Ende dieses letzten und dem entsprechenden Ende der Öffnung (6) in der Befestigungsplatte (5) verkeilt.
  18. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (6) sich jenseits eines Endes des Betätigungsorgans (7) fortsetzt, um insbesondere in der Entriegelungsstellung des Schiebers (8) den Zugang zu der Klemmschraube (26) des Riegelträgers (15) zu ermöglichen.
  19. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (8) sich an dem einen und/oder dem anderen seiner Enden (14, 66) über Verbindungsmittel (67) fortsetzt, die dafür vorgesehen sind, mit komplementären Verbindungsmitteln (68) zusammenzuwirken, die Treibstangen (69) zugehörig sind, die sich oberhalb und/oder des Gehäuses (2) erstrecken.
  20. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (8) in Querrichtung und in Richtung der Rückseite des Gehäuses (2) gewölbt ist, derart, dass er dessen Volumen vergrößert.
  21. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (8) aus einem zugeschnittenen und tiefgezogenen Metallblech hergestellt ist.
