Claims (21)
- Ferrure de verrouillage pour ouvrant coulissant, comportant un boítier (2) sous forme de deux parois parallèles (3, 4) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'arrière d'une plaque de fixation (5) pourvue d'une ouverture (6) d'accès à un organe de manoeuvre (7) pour la commande en déplacement, entre une position de verrouillage et une position déverrouillée, d'au moins un coulisseau (8) monté mobile axialement dans ledit boítier (2) et prévu apte à agir au moins sur un porte-pêne (15), caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (8) est monté coulissant sensiblement en bordure d'extrémité (9, 10) et entre les parois parallèles (3, 4) du boítier (2) de manière à refermer au moins partiellement ce dernier en partie arrière et à délimiter, avec la plaque de fixation (5), un volume de réception d'organes de commande et/ou de sécurité.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait les parois parallèles 3, 4 comportent, au niveau de leur bordure d'extrémité (9, 10) et du côté interne au boítier (2), des rainures (11) pour la réception des bordures latérales (12, 13) du coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (8) comporte, à une extrémité (14), le porte-pêne (15) défini par des bandes latérales (20, 21) que délimitent des lignes de coupe (17, 18) par rapport à une bande médiane (19) contre-coudée à ses extrémités (25), de manière à s'étendre dans un plan décalé et définir, avec lesdites bandes latérales (20, 21), une lumière transversale (22) de passage de la queue (23) d'un pêne (24), en l'occurrence un pêne à crochet, lesdites bandes latérales (20, 21), la bande médiane (19) et au moins l'une (25) des extrémités contre-coudée (25) de ladite bande médiane (19) définissant trois points d'appui isostatiques, selon le cas, l'autre extrémité contre-coudée (25) de cette bande médiane (19) ou une vis pointeau (26), traversant une ouverture filetée (27) dans celle-ci de manière apte à coopérer avec ladite queue (23) du pêne (24), constituant un quatrième point isostatique.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le porte-pêne (15) s'étend de manière décalée vers l'intérieur du boítier (2) par rapport au plan général du coulisseau (8), le décalage résultant d'un double pliage (8A) en « S » imprimé à ce dernier.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'au niveau de chacune de ses parois parallèles (3, 4) le boítier (2) comporte une lumière oblongue (28) pour le passage de la queue (23) d'un pêne (24) de manière apte à permettre à ce dernier à coopérer avec le porte-pêne (15).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que dans le coulisseau (8) sont découpés et repliées plus ou moins à l'intérieur du boítier (2) une ou plusieurs languettes (29, 30, 31) susceptibles de définir, selon le cas :des doigts de commande pour assurer le déplacement de ce coulisseau (8), entre sa position de verrouillage et sa position déverrouillée ;et/ou des doigts de blocage prévus aptes, en coopération avec des plans butées (32, 33, 34) à constituer, selon le cas, un dispositif d'anti-effraction (35) et/ou un dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (36).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de manoeuvre (7) est conçu apte à se déplacer transversalement au boítier (2) dans l'ouverture (6), soit perpendiculairement au plan du coulisseau (8), tandis que des moyens (37) sont prévus pour transformer ce déplacement dudit organe de manoeuvre (7) en un déplacement axial et longitudinal de ce coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens (37) sont constitués par au moins une arête (43) que comporte l'organe de manoeuvre (7) de manière apte à prendre appui sur un plan incliné (45, 46) défini par une languette (29, 30) découpée dans le coulisseau (8), pour, sous l'effet d'une pression exercée sur ledit organe de manoeuvre (7), assurer un déplacement axial du coulisseau (8), notamment depuis sa position de verrouillage vers sa position déverrouillée, des moyens de rappel élastiques assurant le déplacement de ce coulisseau (8) en direction opposée.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques sont conçus aptes à agir sur le coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques sont conçus aptes à agir sur l'organe de manoeuvre (7) de manière apte à être mis sous contrainte sous l'effet d'une pression exercée sur ce dernier, celui-ci comportant, en combinaison, au moins une cale de relevage (47, 48) définie apte à s'étendre sous un plan incliné (45,46) constitués par une languette (29, 30) découpée dans le coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon les revendications 6 et 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins une languette (29, 30) correspondant à un plan incliné (45, 46) défini, au travers de son chant d'extrémité (49, 50) un doigt de blocage apte à coopérer avec un plan de butée (32, 33) constitué une arrête de retenue (47, 48) s'étendant sous l'organe de manoeuvre 7 pour définir ledit dispositif d'anti-effraction (35) et s'opposer, partant d'une position de verrouillage, à une commande de déverrouillage de la ferrure (1) par action directe sur le coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (36), défini apte à maintenir le coulisseau (8) dans sa position déverrouillée après ouverture de la porte ou fenêtre coulissante, est constitué par une languette (31) découpée axialement dans le coulisseau (8) et repoussé à l'intérieur du boítier (2) de manière à définir, au travers de son extrémité libre (53) formant redan, un doigt de blocage à même de coopérer, en position déverrouillée dudit coulisseau (8), avec un plan butée (34) disposé à l'intérieur du boítier (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (36) est complété par un organe de commande de déblocage (55) prévu apte à repousser élastiquement la languette (31) dans le plan du coulisseau (8) et assurer l'effacement de son extrémité libre (53) formant redan, devant le plan butée (34) pour autoriser le rappel élastique en position de verrouillage du coulisseau (8).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée par le fait que le plan butée (34) consiste en une cage de blocage (56) sous laquelle s'étend, au-dessus et transversalement à l'axe longitudinale (16) du coulisseau (8), un rebord de retenue (57), cette cage de blocage (56) étant monté avec une mobilité relative transversalement dans le boítier (2) et soumise à l'action de moyens de rappel élastiques définis aptes à la repousser en direction dudit coulisseau (8).

- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (8) est prolongée à l'une et/ou l'autre de ses extrémités (14, 66) par des moyens de jonction (67) définis aptes à coopérer avec des moyens de jonction complémentaires (68) associés à des tringles de manoeuvre (69) s'étendant au-dessus ou en-dessous du boítier (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (8) est cambré transversalement et vers l'arrière du boítier (2) de manière apte à augmenter le volume de ce dernier.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le coulisseau (8) résulte d'un plat métallique découpé et embouti.
