Claims (18)

  1. Konservierungsverfahren für in einem Behälter (1) angeordnete verderbliche Produkte (10), umfassend einen Befestigungsschritt eines flexiblen Mantels (2), mit einer Mehrzahl von hervorragenden Laschen (5, 5', 5'' und 6) an mindestens einem Teil der Enden des besagten Behälters zur Ausbildung einer gegen Medien dichten Aufnahme (8) der besagten Produkte, mit den folgenden Schritten, um das in der besagten Aufnahme (8) vorhandene Medium, beispielsweise Umgebungsluft, zu entfernen:
    a) einem Ausdehnungsschritt, der darin besteht, zumindest eine der besagten Laschen (5, 5' oder 5'') derart auszudehnen, dass eine zeitweilige Passage zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der besagten Aufnahme (8) entsteht,
    b) einem Kompressions- oder Andrückschritt des flexiblen Mantels (2) gegen die Produkte und/oder den Behälter (1), so dass das in der oben genannten Aufnahme (8) enthaltene Medium über die oben genannte zeitweilige Passage austreten kann,
    c) einem Verschlussschritt der oben genannten Passage,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ebenfalls einen Einfügungsschritt zumindest einer der Laschen (6) in die Aufnahme (8) umfasst, um zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der besagten Aufnahme (8) einen Kommunikationskanal zu bilden.
  2. Konservierungsverfahren für verderbliche Produkte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen vorherigen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, den flexiblen Mantel (2) so auszudehnen, dass er sich den Enden des Behälters (1) perfekt anpasst.
  3. Konservierungsverfahren für verderbliche Produkte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nach dem Einfügungsschritt mindestens einer Lasche (6) in die Aufnahme (8) einen Erwärmungs- und/oder Brennschritt des oder der in der Aufnahme (8) angeordneten Produkte (10) anhand einer Mikrowellenvorrichtung oder einer gleichwertigen Einrichtung umfasst.
  4. Konservierungsverfahren für verderbliche Produkte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Beschriftungsschritt einer der Seiten des Mantels (2) umfasst, beispielsweise um das oder die in der Aufnahme (8) angeordneten Produkte zu identifizieren.
  5. Konservierungsverfahren für verderbliche Produkte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Befestigungsschritt, beispielsweise durch Kleben, eines zum Beispiel eine Werbung, eine Warnung bezüglich der Produkte und/oder einen allgemeinen Hinweis aufweisenden Trägers auf einer der Seiten des Mantels (2) umfasst.
  6. Konservierungsverfahren für verderbliche Produkte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Befestigungsschritt mindestens eines zweiten Mantels (2') an einem ersten Mantel (2) und/oder am Behälter (1) umfasst, wobei der zweite Mantel (2') beispielsweise Eiswürfel (9) oder ein wärmedämmendes Produkt enthält, um die Temperatur der zu konservierenden verderblichen Produkte (10) zu senken und/oder aufrecht zu erhalten.
  7. Konservierungsvorrichtung für die Umsetzung des Konservierungsverfahrens für in einem Behälter angeordnete verderbliche Produkte, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: einen Befestigungsschritt eines flexiblen Mantels (2) mit einer Mehrzahl von hervorragenden Laschen (5, 5', 5'' und 6) an mindestens einem Teil der Enden des besagten Behälters zur Ausbildung einer gegen Medien dichten Aufnahme (8) der besagten Produkte, einen Ausdehnungsschritt, der darin besteht, zumindest eine der besagten Laschen (5, 5' oder 5'') derart auszudehnen, dass eine zeitweilige Passage zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der besagten Aufnahme (8) entsteht, einen Kompressions- oder Andrückschritt des flexiblen Mantels (2) gegen die Produkte und/oder den Behälter (1), so dass das in der oben genannten Aufnahme (8) enthaltene Medium, beispielsweise Umgebungsluft, über die oben genannte zeitweilige Passage austreten kann, und einen Verschlussschritt der oben genannten Passage, wobei die Vorrichtung einen elastisch verformbaren Mantel (2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der hervorragenden Laschen (6) länger ist als die anderen Laschen (5, 5' und 5''), um in das Innere der Aufnahme eingefügt werden zu können, um zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der Aufnahme einen Kommunikationskanal zu bilden.
  8. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) eine ebene etwa kreisrunde Fläche (3) aufweist, an deren Ende sich lotrecht ein etwa zylinderförmiger Abschnitt (4) erstreckt.
  9. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die hervorragenden Laschen (5, 5', 5'' und 6) in einer Ebene erstrecken, die parallel zu der von der ebenen Fläche (3) des Mantels (2) definierten Ebene verläuft.
  10. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hervorragenden Laschen (5, 5', 5'' und 6) etwa an den Enden des zylindrischen Abschnitts (4) vorgesehen sind.
  11. Konservierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hervorragenden Laschen (5' und 5'') einander paarweise gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  12. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  13. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) aus herkömmlichem Elastomer wie beispielsweise Silicon besteht.
  14. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (12) der ebenen Fläche (2) und der zylindrische Abschnitt (4) eine größere Dicke aufweisen als der Rest der ebenen Fläche (2).
  15. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die größere Dicke in der Art einer eine Sinusform beschreibenden Rille verwirklicht ist.
  16. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene Fläche (2) eine Dicke von 0,44 Millimetern ± 0,05 mm aufweist, ihr Ende sowie der zylindrische Abschnitt eine Dicke zwischen 0,44 mm ± 0,05 mm am Boden der sinusförmigen Rille und 1,44 mm ± 0,05 mm am Gipfel der sinusförmigen Rille.
  17. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben genannte Abschnitt (4) eine Mehrzahl schräger elastischer Elemente (13) aufweist, die eine perfekte Dichtung der oben genannten Aufnahme (8) gewährleisten können.
  18. Konservierungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannten schrägen Elemente (13) auf der Innenfläche des zylindrischen Abschnitts (4), angeordnet sind, d.h. dass die schrägen Elemente (13) mit den Wänden des Behälters (1) in Kontakt stehen.
