Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Zubereiten und Konditionieren von Nahrungsmittel-Produkten und/oder Zubereitungen, bestehend darin,- daß solche verschiedenen Produkte in weiche, relativ undurchlässige Taschen (12, 13, 14) eingepackt, und- mehrere welche Taschen mit verschiedenen Inhalten in einer starren Überverpackung (16, suremballage) einschlossen werden,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in eventuell spezifischen Konditionen zumindest gewisse der genannten Nahrungsmittelprodukte in deren weichen Taschen gekocht und/oder sterilisiert werden und
daß die Überverpackung mit den genannten weichen Taschen so geschlossen werden, daß sie hermetisch dicht und innen frei von so gut wie jeder Spur von Sauerstoff sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannten weichen Taschen in einer im wesentlichen metallischen Überverpackung eingeschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß in der genannten Überverpackung ein Unterdruck hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannten weichen Taschen unter einer Neutralgas-Atmosphere in die genannte Überverpackung gelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß zumindest gewiße Nahrungsmittelprodukte oder -Zubereitungen in deren weichen Taschen bei Mikrowelle-Behandlung sterilisiert werden.
- Verpackung von Nahrungsmittelprodukten und/oder Zubereitungen mit mehreren weichen Taschen (12, 13, 14), die verhältnismäßig undurchlässig sind und verschiedene Produkte beinhalten, sowie mit einer starren Überverpackung, welche die weichen Taschen umschließt, gekennzeichnet dadurch,
daß gewisse weiche Taschen zumindest vorgekochte und/oder in situ sterilisierte Nahrungsmittelprodukte enthalten und
daß die Überverpackung (16) hermetisch dicht und innen frei von so gut wie jeder Spur von Sauerstoff ist. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannte Überverpackung ziemlich luftfrei ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannte Überverpackung mit einem Neutralgas ausgefüllt ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannte Überverpackung (16) im wesentlichen metallisch ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannte Überverpackung mit einem an die Peripherie ihrer Öffnung angebrachten, z.B. heißgesiegelten biegsamen Deckel versehen ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6, 7 oder 9,
gekennzeichnet dadurch,
daß die genannte Überverpackung mit einem festen Deckel, z.B. metallisch, versehen ist, eine Dichtung sich entlang der Peripherie des Deckels erstreckt und das Halten des genannten Deckels im wesentlichen durch die Präsenz eines Unterdruckes in der genannten Überverpackung gewährleistet ist. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sie ein Mittel zum Unterbrechen des genannten Unterdruckes, z.B. eine haftende oder heißgesiegelte Lasche, enthält, welche ein Loch der genannten Überverpackung überdeckt.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannten weichen Taschen (12, 13, 14) aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff hergestellt sind, der zumindest beständig für eine Warm-Sterilisierungsbehandlung ist.
