Auf dem Förderweg zu einem nachgeschalteten Zwischenförderer 6 werden die Druckprodukte resp. das Druckerzeugnis 2 durch eine Leitvorrichtung 7 von den seitlichen Flächen der Auflage 4 abgehoben und danach über eine angetriebene Stützscheibe 8 geleitet, welche die Druckerzeugnisse 2 im Uebergangsbereich zwischen Fördervorrichtung 3 und Zwischenförderer 6 begleitet. Das Druckerzeugnis 2 wird durch den Mitnehmer 5 in den Förderbereich des Zwischenförderers 6 transportiert, bevor er durch den weiteren Verlauf der Fördervorrichtung 3 die Bahn des Druckerzeugnisses 2 nach unten verlässt.

Auf dem weiteren Weg nach dem Uebergangsbereich werden die Druckerzeugnisse 2 durch beidseits der Führungsschiene 11 angeordnete Spreizkeile 13 weiter geöffnet, um eine unerwünschte Verformung der Druckerzeugnisse 2 am hinteren Ende durch die Mitnehmer 5 der Fördervorrichtung 3 und die Förderzinken 10 des Zwischenförderers 6 bei der Uebernahme verhindern zu können.
Die Stützscheibe 8 ist von geringer Dicke und steif ausgebildet, sodass zwischen der Auflage 4 und ihrer Oberfläche, die vorzugsweise eben und glatt ausgebildet ist, eine unerhebliche Höhendifferenz vorliegt.
Am Umfang weist die Stützscheibe 8 zwei sich gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen 14 auf, in die jeweils ein Mitnehmer 5 der Fördervorrichtung 3 eintaucht, d.h. die Teilung der Ausnehmungen am Umfang der Stützscheibe 8 entspricht dem Abstand zweier Mitnehmer 5 der Fördervorrichtung 3. Hierzu weist ein Umlenkrad 17 der Fördervorrichtung 3 eine Riemenscheibe 18 eines ersten Vorgeleges 15 auf, dessen angetriebene Umlenkrolle 19 mit einer Antriebsrolle 20 des zweiten Riemenvorgeleges 16 antriebsverbunden ist. Der Zahnriemen 25 des ersten Riemenvorgeleges 15 wird durch eine Spannrolle 26 gestreckt.

However, this does not disturb because the circumference of the support disk 8 exerts no conveying action, but merely a supporting or guiding action. As shown in FIG. 2, the support disk 8 on a hub be fixed and the recesses 14 may have a different shape than shown due to different drivers 5. Of course, the drive of the support disk 8 can take place via a separate angle-controlled electric motor (not shown) or, as illustrated, by two belt drives 15, 16. For this purpose, a guide wheel 17 of the conveyor device 3, a pulley 18 of a first countershaft 15, the driven pulley 19 is drive-connected to a drive roller 20 of the second Riemenvorgeleges 16. The second Riemenvorgelege 16 has a right-angled arrangement of the circulating toothed belt 2, which extends around the axis of rotation of the guide roller 19 and drives a connected to the support plate 8 Antriebspulley 22. Between these, a deflection wheel 23 is provided on the working strand of the toothed belt 21 and opposite a tension roller 24 acts on the toothed belt 21 a. The toothed belt 25 of the first Riemenvorgeleges 15 is stretched by a tension roller 26.
Fig. 1 shows a printed product 2, the legs are raised by a guide device 7, so that the support disk 8 dips to the inner folded edge in the printed product 2, while being transported by the driver 5 in the effective range of the intermediate conveyor 6. The latter detects the printed product 2 by a respective conveyor tines 10 in the region of the rear folded edge, whereas the driver 5 moves downwards and leaves the conveying path of the printed product 2. The expanding wedge 13 laterally of the guide rail 11 spreads when hitting the printed product 2 whose legs in addition, so that the printed product 2 is transported free of carrier 5. The guide 7 may be as shown a twice folded sheet to form a flat step; it could also be a deformed ledge for the same purpose. In Fig. 1, the guide device 7 is not illustrated in the interest of illustrating the drive of the support plate 8.

Claims (10)

  1. Device (1) for producing a bound printed product (2) from at least one printed product fed in the astride position for stitching by means of stitching hooks, consisting of a conveyor device (3) with a support (4) formed from individual elements and dropping obliquely to the side, and with carriers (5) for transferring the printed products in a machine cycle to an intermediate conveyor (6) connected in series to a stitching section, characterised in that the transfer region of the conveyor device (3) and the intermediate conveyor (6) is formed by a cycle driven lateral supporting disc (8) exhibiting on the periphery at least one recess (14) associated with the carriers (5) for their immersion.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the supporting disc (8) exhibits a flat surface which is arranged to the side of the falling support (4) of the conveyor device (3).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the supporting disc (8) is connected in series to a guiding device raising the legs of the printed products (2) on the lateral supports (4), viewed in the direction of conveying (F) of the printed products (2).
  4. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the supporting disc (8) is driven by a gear connected to a deflector wheel (17) of the conveying device (3).
  5. Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the gear is formed by two drive-connected toothed belt primary transmissions (15, 16).
  6. Device according to any of Claims 4 to 5, characterised in that the supporting disc (8) is secured detachably to a hub connected to the gear.
  7. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the actively supporting periphery of the supporting disc (8) is arranged roughly tangentially to the path of conveyance of the printed products (2).
  8. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 7, with a guide rail (11) provided in the area of action of the intermediate conveyor (6) for the straddling support of the printed products (2), characterised in that the surface of the supporting disc (8) is actively arranged to the side of the guide rail (11).
  9. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that opposing supporting discs (8) are arranged on both sides of the conveying device (3).
  10. Device according to any of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that expanding wedges (13) spreading the printed products (2) are arranged underneath the intermediate conveyor (6).
