Background of the invention
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to an anchoring apparatus used for a public work or construction work, and more particularly, to a tension member removable anchoring apparatus which is easy to install and has a structure that a tension member is removable after achieving a purpose thereof.
Description of Related Art
In conventional art, an anchor is one which supports an earth wall temporarily installed to prevent a ground subsidence when a basement facilities are constructed. The anchor is classified into a permanent ground anchor and a temporary ground anchor according to a use. The permanent ground anchor is installed to prevent a separation or transformation of construction or structure when the construction or structure is installed at like underground water exudation place or a gradient place. The temporary ground anchor is a fixing structure which is removed after a construction work is completed. In particular, in the case of the permanent ground anchor, a tension member remaining under the ground can be an underground obstacle and can cause a problem in construction work such as a right to be compensated for underground facilities.
Therefore, an installation and disassembly of the temporary ground anchor are current interest and are the main current of a technology development.
Hereinafter, anchor-related conventional technologies are described. A first conventional art (Korean Patent Publication No. 2001-11265) has an object to support a huge anchoring load by anchoring the much larger number of tension members than the number of wedge. The first conventional art provides an anchoring device for a permanent ground anchor which can stabilize a construction work requiring a huge load by minimum wedges receiving maximum tension members to use a compression intensity of tension member at maximum. The first conventional art is a permanent ground anchor in which in a body having a wedge groove corresponding to a wedge groove of a wedge trough ay locations where a tapered inner circumference surface is divided, a wedge trough having a wedge groove corresponding to the wedge groove in an outer circumference surface tapered in the same direction and a wedge groove corresponding to a wedge groove of a central wedge in an inner circumference surface tapered in the same direction is inserted, and in a wedge trough a central wedge having a wedge groove having a reversed cone shape tapered corresponding to an inner circumference surface thereof and corresponding to the wedge groove in an outer circumference surface, and a cover is arranged on an apex of the body.
A second conventional art (Korean Patent Publication No. 2001- 16726 has an object to easily remove an installed tension member by using a remove tension member, and relates to a temporary ground anchoring apparatus and a method of removing a tension member which complement a shortcoming which cannot be resolved by the first conventional art. A hanging wail is formed on an upper side of an inner circumference surface, and a central hole is formed in the middle of the upper side isolation hanging wall, and a plurality of outer holes are radially formed. The temporary ground anchoring apparatus includes a cylinder having a hanging projection on an inner circumference surface of the central hole, a plurality of straining wedge inserted in the central hole of the cylinder to couple the tension member, a central member inserted in the central hole of the cylinder, formed in a cylindrical form and having a taper-type inserting portion formed on an inner upper side and a guide portion formed an inner lower side, an anchor remove tension member wedge inserted in the taper-type inserting portion of the central member and having a tension inserting hole which the tension member is inserted in and coupled to and an anchor remove tension member wedge stopping member used to isolate the tension member from the tension wedge, a cylinder base defining a lower portion of the cylinder, allowing a path of the tension member and forming a projection on which an anchor remove tension member binding wedge member, a waterproof ring and a cap located on a waterproof ring placing projection of the cylinder base to prevent a water or a mortar infiltrating into an inner side of the cylinder from an external portion, and a fixer. The method of removing the tension member includes the central member suppressing a pressure generated in the anchor straining tension wedge by a repulsive force of the anchor remove tension member, fracturing the hanging projection and seceding from proper place thereof when the tension member is removed, and the tension member separating from the anchor remove tension member wedge after the anchor remove tension wedge of the central member contacts the anchor remove tension wedge stopping member.
A third conventional art (Korean Utility Model No. 163598) relates to an anchoring apparatus which can install and remove a tension member easily. The third conventional art has an object to provide a tension member removable anchoring member of a ground anchor in which a structure is simple, a manufacturing and assembly are improved due to a reduction of a part number, a weight is light, a reliability to remove the tension member is improved, and the tension member can be removed by hand without using a drawing machine. The tension member is removed by engaging at least two tension members put into a rear of a body by a wedge in the body and removing an engagement between the tension member and the wedge by a manipulation outside an anchor hole. A wedge trough support placing projection is formed in an inner circumference surface lower end of the body, a wire hole for wire penetration of a wedge trough support is punched on the projection, a donut-type wedge trough support that an electric heating element connected to a wire is buried in a thermal decomposition thermoplastic resin is located on the projection, a wedge trough in which wedge grooves of less than semicircle are formed at location where the circumference is divided in the taper hole is inserted into the body ad placed on the wedge trough support, a monolithic wedge in which the same number of wedge grooves as the wedge groove in the taper surface of an outer circumference are inserted in the wedge trough and placed on the wedge trough support, a cover is put on an apex of the body and fixed, a bolt is put into a bolt hole formed in a center of the cover and is coupled to an upper end of the wedge.
As described above, the anchor-related conventional technologies are inventions that are configured to remove a tension member after achieving an installation purpose of an anchor.
In the first conventional art (Korean Patent Publication No. 2001-11265), there is an advantage in that a huge anchoring load can be supported by anchoring the number of tension members much larger than the number of wedge, while there is a disadvantage in that the tension member cannot be removed later.
In the second conventional art (Korean Patent Publication No. 2001- 16726), this is to easily remove the installed tension member using a remove tension member. But, this has a disadvantage in that a structure of anchor is complicated, the number of component parts is many, a manufacturing cost is increased due to an addition of the remove tension member, and a work of the remove tension member is added. In particular, a shape is very complicated, and thus a processing and assembly are very difficult. This lowers a work efficiency. If a repulsive force is applied to the tension member when the remove tension member becomes loose by a manipulation mistake before the remove tension member is removed, the remove tension member can come out. As a result, the central member which should regress does not regress, so that the straining tension member wedge is not estranged and all tension members becomes unremovable. Therefore, the rest straining tension members cannot be removed.
In the third conventional art (Korean Utility Model No. 163598), this is simple in structure and easy to install. But, since an electric heating element connected to wire is buried in the thermal decomposition thermoplastic resin, an electric device is used to remove the tension member. Therefore, a process for removing the tension member is complicated. When the anchor is reused, the electrical heating member should be buried in the thermal decomposition thermoplastic resin.
In the case of the conventional anchoring apparatus, in order to remove the tension member after the tension member is installed, the tension member is covered with a coating, and the tension member temporarily installed in the ground is removed using like drawing machine. When the tension member is temporarily installed, a bending process is performed in order to prevent a separation and a transformation of the tension member. Therefore, a drawing work is difficult when the tension member is removed, and a huge power is required to remove the tension member, and the drawing work is dangerous as much.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To overcome the problems described above, preferred embodiments of the present invention provide a simplified installation work and an easy ordinary work by simplifying a structure of anchor to increase a mechanical reliability of anchor and using an anchoring apparatus including a tension member therein.
In order to achieve the above object, the preferred embodiments of the present invention provide a tension member removable anchoring apparatus, comprising: an elastic means for preventing a regress of a trichotomized wedge in an upper portion; a cap coupling to the elastic means; a cylinder coupled to the cap; an anchor inserted in a central hole of the cylinder and including the trichotomized wedge binding a single line of a tension member; a fixer made of a casting and having the tension member inserted therein; and a coupling means for coupling the anchor and the fixer.
The present invention further provides A method of removing a tension member, comprising: a repulsive greater than a conservative force of a trichotomized wedge support spring working on an anchor; the trichotomized wedge support spring compressed by the repulsive force of the tension member; the trichotomized wedge regressing to a space in a cylinder generated during compressing the spring; a play of the trichotomized wedge becoming open; a return of the regressed trichotomized wedge stopped by a detent of a stopping spring bolt supporting a return of the trichotomized wedge; separating the tension member from the trichotomized wedge whose fall is stopped in a state that a play is maintained; and removing the tension member by pulling the tension member after separating the anchor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFFERED EMBODIMENTS
Reference will now be made in detail to preferred embodiments of the present invention, example of which is illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Referring to FIG. 1 , an anchoring apparatus according to the present invention includes a tension member remove anchor 10, a fixer 60 made of a casting including a tension member therein, and a coupling nipple 20 and a socket 30 coupling the tension member remove anchor 10 and the fixer 60.
Referring to FIG. 2, the tension member remove anchor 10 includes a cylinder 70 and a trichotomized wedge 110 of FIG. 2, a cap 120 and a wedge support spring 130 of FIG. 3, and a stopping spring bolt 150 supporting a comeback of a wedge.
The cylinder 70 has stopping spring bolt perforations 80 formed at both sides thereof into which the stopping spring bolts 150 are inserted, and a coupling portion 100 formed in a lower end thereof which is coupled to the nipple 20, and a wedge support spring 130 and a spring cap which are mounted in an upper end of thereof. The wedge support spring 130 which is a part of the tension member remove anchor 10 is a spring manufactured by controlling an elastic coefficient to endure a predetermined load. The stopping spring bolt 150 includes a forward spring 140 and a detent 170 as shown in FIG. 3.
Referring to FIG. 4a, a coupling means for coupling the tension member remove anchor 10 and the fixer 60 is the nipple and the socket. FIG. 4 shows the fixer 60 and the nipple 20 and the socket 30. As shown in FIG. 4a, a coating 40 is inserted in a coupling means 180 including the nipple 20 and the socket 30 to the socket 30, and only the tension member is inserted after the nipple 20, and a tension member coating is caught by a projection of the nipple 20 in the socket 30.
Here, the tension member coating 40 is one which the tension member is covered with a coating and makes a drawing work performed by a human force without using a drawing machine.
Referring to FIG. 4b, a one-way nipple 200 has similar form and function to a coupling means including the nipple 20 and the socket 30. The one-way nipple 200 has a male screw at one end thereof and a catching projection in the middle thereof, so that the male screw is screwed to the tension member remove anchor 10.
Referring to FIG. 5, the coupling means 180 is inserted into the fixer 60 and located at an end of the fixer 60 to couple to a coupling portion 100 of the cylinder 70, so that the tension member remove anchor 10 is integrated with the fixer 60.
Referring to FIG. 6a, the tension member remove anchor 10 serves to maintain a tension member inserted therein. At this time, the taper type trichotomized wedge 110 is located to be inserted in a taper-type groove inside the cylinder 70 and coupled to the tension member 50 inserted in a tension member inserting hole 90 in the lower end of the cylinder 70. As a repulsive force is increased, an inside pressure of the cylinder 70 is increased. As a result, a play of the trichotmized wedge 110 becomes narrow and a horizontal pressure is increased, whereby a binding force to the tension member 50 is increased.
Referring to FIG. 6b, the tension member 50 installed in the tension member remove anchor 10 endures a support force of the support spring 130 by a repulsive force resulting from removing a tension force to push up the trichotomized wedge 110, so that a play of the trichotomized wedge 110 is increased and a horizontal pressure between the trichotomized wedge and the tension member is decreased, whereby a binding force disappears. At this time, the detent 160 of the stopping spring bolt 150 fixed by the trichotomized wedge moves forward to an inner portion of the cylinder 70 at the same time when a restriction of the forward spring 140 disappears, thereby preventing a comeback of the trichotomized wedge. After all, the trichotomized wedge is stopped by the detent, so that a horizontal pressure and a play of the trichotomized wedge are maintained and the tension member can be easily removed.
In particular, the support spring 130 of the trichotomized wedge is compressed when a load of more than predetermined amount is applied to allow the trichotomized wedge to regress, and so a regress of the trichotomized wedge due to a load of less than a predetermined amount, an external shock or a crack of the tension member grouting is prevented, thereby improving a mechanical reliability of the anchor. FIG. 6c shows a state that the tension member is completely removed, in which the trichotomized wedge is caught by the detent 160 of the spring bolt 150 so that a return of trichotomized wedge is prevented.
The fixer 60 of FIG. 5 has a tension member inserted in a center thereof. When the conventional fixer requires an external bending process when the fixer is mounted. But, the tension member is inserted in the fixer 60 of the present invention and does not require an additional bending process.
As shown in FIGs. 1 and 5, the tension member remove anchor has the coupling portion 100 coupled to the coupling means in the lower portion of the cylinder 70. Thus, the tension member remove anchor 10 and the fixer 60 including the tension member can be coupled by a simple manipulation, leading an excellent working performance and a mechanical stability.
As described above, the present invention is an anchor system including the tension member remove anchor for a single line of tension member, the fixe.- not requiring a bending process and made of a casting, and a coupling means coupling the tension member remove anchor and the fixer, and unlike the conventional anchor, it has a structure of a tension member of a single line and is simple in structure, has a low manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts of the anchor, has a significantly excellent working performance compared to the conventional anchor to thereby reduce a working time, and a reliability for a mechanical function of the anchor is very high since it has a simple structure.
The trichotomized wedge support spring is mounted inside the anchoring apparatus, so that a movement of the trichotomized wedge due to an external shock is prevented to maintain a force binding the tension member. Since it has a structure that the tension member is easily removed using a repulsive force resulting from a remove of the tension member unlike the conventional anchor, a working time to remove the tension member is shortened. It has a structure that the tension member is inserted the fixer made of a casting, and so a transformation and a twist of the tension member is prevented. Since the bending process is performed directly on the tension member, the tension member can be easily removed, and an installation work is also simple. Unlike the conventional U-turn anchor, a straight tension member is used, and so a separate fixer is not required in the grouting portion. In particular, a length of the tension member used in the drawing work is reduced in half, the tension member is easily removed, and the drawn tension member is reused and thus economical. While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and other changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
