- Un microcontrôleur 210 relié aux différents éléments de l'interface homme - machine, afficheur 202, touches 206, microphone 203, haut-parleur 207 à travers l'amplificateur 207 et au voyant 204.
- le conducteur est autorisé à utiliser son mobile et la fonction " mains libres " tant que la vitesse de son véhicule ne dépasse le seuil V3.
- le conducteur est autorisé à utiliser le téléphone mobile normalement (tenu à la main contre l'oreille) tant que la vitesse de son véhicule ne dépasse pas le seuil V2, V2 étant inférieur à V3.
- un réceptacle 400 pouvant contenir n'importe quel mobile,
- un système de recharge 410, 411 de la batterie du mobile, par induction (ou autre).
Claims (17)
- Dispositif de communication autonome, fixé en un emplacement déterminé notamment le long d'une route et apte à transmettre des messages comprenant une information liée à cet emplacement c'est-à-dire liée au lieu ou une information routière, à un dispositif récepteur entrant dans le périmètre d'action de ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de communication comprend :des moyens de détection de présence et/ou de sens de déplacement du dispositif récepteur, définissant une zone de détection ;des moyens de traitement des signaux de détection et de transmission de message, définissant une zone de diffusion, lesdits moyens étant aptes à diffuser des messages comprenant l'information liée à l'emplacement,
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux et les moyens de transmission des messages comprenant l'information liée à l'emplacement dudit dispositif constituent une borne de communication étanche à laquelle, sont reliés les moyens de détection fixés à proximité de cette borne.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comportent une boucle de détection ou un système équivalent placé au bord de la route et raccordé(e) à la borne de communication, ce système étant situé en avant de la borne et comprenant des capteurs notamment capteur de vitesse, de température.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux de détection et de transmission sont fixés à un panneau de signalisation routière ou à proximité d'un tel panneau, au bord des routes et autoroutes.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux de détection comportent un dispositif de mise en forme desdits signaux et un microcontrôleur pour piloter l'émission des messages comprenant l'information à diffuser.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux de détection et de transmission émettent des messages comprenant au moins le message d'éveil à destination des moyens de détection et, soit un message d'alerte à diffuser soit un code d'identification du message à diffuser, ces messages ou codes étant préenregistrés dans une mémoire de programme du microcontrôleur.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon les revendications 6 et 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux de détection et de transmission de messages sont aptes à choisir et à émettre un message par exemple sous la forme d'un deuxième code, lorsqu'un signal issu d'un capteur de vitesse et/ou de température des moyens de détection est reçu par le microcontrôleur du dispositif.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des signaux de détection et de transmission et les moyens de détection comportent chacun un émetteur-récepteur sans fil courte distance.
- Dispositif de communication autonome selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les émetteurs-récepteurs comportent une puce électronique de type Bluetooth.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un dispositif de communication autonome fixé sur des panneaux de signalisation ou à proximité de ces panneaux, apte à transmettre au moins une information liée à son emplacement, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et,un dispositif récepteur embarqué dans un véhicule qui, lorsqu'il est mis en éveil et entre dans le périmètre d'action du dispositif de communication, est apte à recevoir les informations émises par le dispositif de communication et à les diffuser au conducteur du véhicule.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif récepteur est réalisé sous forme d'un élément électronique autonome comportant des moyens de réception des informations, des moyens de traitement de ces informations et des moyens de diffusion des messages correspondant, à l'intérieur du véhicule.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement des informations comportent un microcontrôleur, et en ce que les moyens de diffusion des messages comportent un dispositif de diffusion sonore de type haut-parleur et un dispositif de diffusion visuelle de type afficheur et activé auparavant par un message d'éveil.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réception des informations et les moyens de transmission du dispositif de communication comportent un émetteur-récepteur courte distance de type puce de circuit intégré Bluetooth.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception et diffusion d'information comporte en outre des moyens de pilotage de l'utilisation en émission ou en réception, d'un téléphone mobile mis sous tension à l'intérieur du véhicule, en fonction de la vitesse dudit véhicule.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de pilotage comportent un circuit fournissant le signal de vitesse du véhicule relié au microcontrôleur.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception est réalisé par un téléphone mobile équipé d'un récepteur adapté aux moyens de transmission du dispositif de communication.
- Système de communication avec un véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs de communication sont fixés sur plusieurs panneaux de signalisation "sens interdit" pour transmettre des informations d'alerte successives jusqu'à une dernière information provoquant l'arrêt du moteur du véhicule, le dispositif de réception embarqué dans le véhicule étant apte à transmettre cette information à l'électronique de commande de la voiture.
