Eine solche Türverriegelung ist aus der DE 42 16 581 A1 bekannt. Dabei kann der geräteseitige Verschluss unzulässig hoch belastet werden. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Grifftaste der WS 5080 mit einer Sollbruchstelle versehen, welche bei einer Kraft von mehr als 300 N zu einem Abreißen der Grifftaste führte. Hierdurch erfolgte eine Beschädigung des Geräts, welche eine Reparatur erforderlich machte und deshalb beim Kunden Unzufriedenheit auslöste.Such a door lock is known from DE 42 16 581 A1. Deshalb ist in nachfolgenden Generationen eine Sicherheitskupplung als Überreißsicherung eingesetzt worden. Bei dieser Sicherheitskupplung wird in das Oberteil der Grifftaste eine Tasche eingesetzt, welche einen seitlich bewegbaren Rastschieber aufnimmt. Dieser Rastschieber steht unter Vorspannung, welche durch ein Federelement zwischen dem Schieber und der Seitenwand der Tasche erzeugt wird. Die dem Federelement gegenüberliegende Seite des Rastschiebers ist als dreieckige Nase ausgebildet, deren oberer Schenkel sich an einer Anlaufschräge am Lagerteil abstützt und so eine reib-/formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Grifftastenoberteil und Lagerteil herstellt. Treten an der Grifftaste unzulässig hohe Zugkräfte auf, so verschiebt sich die Nase entlang der Anlaufschräge. Dabei wird das Federelement komprimiert und letztendlich die Verbindung zwischen Nase und Anlaufschräge gelöst. Hierdurch werden Grifftastenoberteil und Lagerteil entkoppelt. Bei dieser Sicherheitskupplung besteht der Nachteil, dass die durch das Federelement bewirkte Gegenkraft mit der Anzahl der Betätigungen sehr stark nachlässt. Dies hat seine Ursachen im Verschleiß der Nase und der Anlaufschräge und in der Alterung des Federelements. Außerdem ist durch die eingesetzten Reibpaarungen ein sehr großes Toleranzfenster für die Auslösekraft gegeben.
