Claims (9)
- Treibfähiges Trag- bzw. Zugmittel mit mindestens einer Lage von Litzen aus synthetischem Fasermaterial und einem Aussenmantel der die Litzen umhüllt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schmiermittel einem Imprägniermittel der Litzen beigemischt ist
und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel einem Material des Aussenmantels beigemischt ist
und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel auf mindestens eine Aussenfläche der Litzen aufgebracht ist und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel einem Material eines Zwischenmantels beigemischt ist
und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel auf einen Zwischenmantel aufgebracht ist. - Treibfähiges Trag- bzw. Zugmittel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmiermittel ein Trocken-Schmiermittel und/oder ein Nass-Schmiermittel ist.
- Treibfähiges Trag- bzw. Zugmittel gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erste Kontaktbereiche zwischen dem Aussenmantel und den Litzen über Schmiermittel geschmiert eine feste Verbindung bilden
und/oder
dass zweite Kontaktbereiche zwischen Litzen mit einem den Reibwert erniedrigenden Schmiermittel versehen sind
und/oder
dass dritte Kontaktbereiche zwischen dem Zwischenmantel und einer äusseren Litzenlage mit einem den Reibwert erhöhenden Schmiermittel versehen sind
und/oder
dass vierte Kontaktbereiche zwischen dem Zwischenmantel und einer inneren Litzenlage mit einem den Reibwert erhöhenden Schmiermittel versehen sind
und/oder
dass vierte Kontaktbereiche zwischen dem Zwischenmantel und einer innern Litzenlage über Schmiermittel geschmiert eine feste Verbindung bilden. - Treibfähiges Trag- bzw. Zugmittel gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenmantel und die Litzen in ersten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise miteinander verschmolzen sind
und/oder
dass der Zwischenmantel und die Litzen in vierten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise miteinander verschmolzen sind
und/oder
dass Matrixmaterial der Litzen zumindestens einen Additiv zum Erleichtern des Stoffschlusses aufweist
und/oder
dass der Aussenmantel in ersten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise mit dem Matrixmaterial der Litzen verschmolzen ist
und/oder
dass der Zwischenmantel in vierten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise mit dem Matrixmaterial der Litzen verschmolzen ist. - Treibfähiges Trag- bzw. Zugmittel gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Einfachseil oder ein Zwillingsseil oder ein Flachriemen oder ein Zahnriemen oder ein Poly-V-Riemen ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines treibfähigen Trag- bzw. Zugmittels mit mindestens einer Lage von Litzen aus synthetischem Fasermaterial und einem Aussenmantel der die Litzen umhüllt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schmiermittel einem Imprägniermittel der Litzen beigemischt wird
und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel einem Material des Aussenmantels beigemischt wird
und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel auf mindestens eine Aussenfläche der Litzen aufgebracht wird und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel einem Material eines Zwischenmantels beigemischt wird und/oder
dass ein Schmiermittel auf einen Zwischenmantel aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Trocken-Schmiermittel wie Talkum und/oder Graphitpulver und/oder Molybdändisulfid und/oder Polytetrafluorethylen und/oder Blei und/oder Gold und/oder Silber und/oder Bortrioxid und/oder Bleioxid und/oder Zinkoxid und/oder Kupferoxid und/oder Molybdäntrioxid und/oder Titandioxid verwendet wird,
und/oder
dass ein Nass-Schmiermittel wie tierisches Öl und/oder pflanzliches Öl und/oder petrochemisches Öl und/oder synthetisches Öl bzw. Fett undoder Glyzerin und/oder Polybuten und/oder Polymerester und/oder Polyolefine und/oder Polyglykole und/oder Silikon und/oder Seife und/oder natürliche Wachse, Harze bzw. Teere und/oder künstliche Wachse, Harze bzw. Teere - Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Nass-Schmiermittel mit Zusätzen von organischen und/oder anorganischen Verdickungsstoffen wie organische Polymere und/oder Polyharnstoff und/oder Metallseife und/oder Silikate und/oder Metalloxide und/oder Kieselsäure und/oder organophile Bentonite verwendet wird.
- Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussenmantel und die Litzen in ersten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise miteinander verschmolzen werden
und/oder
dass im Matrixmaterial der Litzen zumindestens einen Additiv zum Erleichtern des Stoffschlusses verwendet wird
und/oder
dass der Aussenmantel in ersten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise mit dem Matrixmaterial der Litzen verschmolzen wird
und/oder
dass der Zwischenmantel und die Litzen in vierten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise miteinander verschmolzen werden
und/oder
dass der Zwischenmantel in vierten Kontaktbereichen zumindestens bereichsweise mit dem Matrixmaterial der Litzen verschmolzen wird.
