Abstract
Description
Durch die Integration einer Feder oder eines Federpakets, zum Beispiel in Form von hintereinander angeordneten Tellerfedern, in den Zylinder des Hydrauliksystems, wobei die Feder mit dem Kolben in Verbindung steht, ist somit nun die Möglichkeit geschaffen einem Druckabfall, zum Beispiel im Falle einer Leckage, entgegen zu wirken. Dabei wird während des Druckaufbaus im Hydrauliksystem auf die Feder eine Vorspannung aufgebracht, so dass die Feder in der Lage ist einen Druckabfall zu kompensieren.

Claims (5)
- Bogenstanz- und prägemaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zum Stanzen von Nutzen aus Bögen, mit einem Rahmen (15) zur Aufnahme einer mit Stanz- und Rillenmessern bestückten Tragplatte (16), die in dem Rahmen (15) mittels hydraulisch betätigter Spannelemente (17, 18) einspannbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hydraulische Druck zum Spannen im Hydrauliksystem (23, 24) über einen Kolben (30) aufgebaut wird, der von einer mechanischen Feder (31) abgestützt ist.
- Bogenstanz- und prägemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (16) über mindestens zwei unabhängig voneinander arbeitende Hydrauliksysteme (23, 24) einspannbar ist.
- Bogenstanz- und prägemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Hydrauliksystem (23) die Tragplatte (16) in Laufrichtung (19) und das zweite Hydrauliksystem (24) die Tragplatte (16) quer zur Laufrichtung (19) im Rahmen (15) positioniert und fixiert.
- Bogenstanz- und prägemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionieren und Fixieren der Tragplatte (16) quer zur Laufrichtung (19) beidseitig über mindestens je zwei Spannelemente (17) und in Laufrichtung (19) einseitig und über mindestens ein Spannelement (18) erfolgt.
- Bogenstanz- und prägemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hydrauliksysteme (23, 24) in den Rahmen (15) integriert sind.
