Claims (8)
- Dispositif visant à produire ou à maintenir une différence de niveau sur un liquide, dans un rapport déterminé par avance et/ou subséquemment, entre un premier état, auquel est associée une première différence de niveau de liquide, et un second état, auquel est associée une seconde différence de niveau de liquide, ledit dispositif comprenant:- un bâti (6) dans lequel est pratiquée au moins une ouverture;- un moyen de clapet agencé dans l'ouverture en vue de la fermeture au moins partielle de celle-ci;- un moyen de régulation couplé au moyen de clapet et destiné à réguler le rapport, déterminé par avance et/ou subséquemment, de la différence de niveau de liquide,caractérisé en ce que le moyen de régulation comprend:- un ou plusieurs éléments flotteurs (8), dont la force de poussée est réglable; et- un ou plusieurs tubes creux (14, 16) qui sont reliés aux un ou plusieurs éléments flotteurs (8) pour modifier une quantité d'eau qu'ils renferment de manière à réguler leur force de poussée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'emplacement (66) auquel le moyen de régulation est couplé au moyen de clapet est déplaçable de sorte à faire varier la force de poussée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de régulation est couplé au moyen de clapet à l'aide d'une ou plusieurs charnières.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de clapet est composé de plastique, de métal ou de bois.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément flotteur (8) est composé de plastique, de métal ou de bois.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une largeur du moyen de clapet est comprise dans la plage allant de 0,1 à 30 m.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un élément flotteur est agencé de manière pivotante sous le bâti.
- Procédé visant à produire ou à maintenir une différence sur la hauteur ou le niveau d'eau au moyen d'un dispositif tel que défini dans l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
