Claims (7)
- Waschmaschinentrommel, die im Inneren eines Laugenbehälters um eine wenigstens annähernd horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert ist und einen hohlzylindrischen Mantel (1.1) und zwei Deckflächen besitzt, wobei im Mantel (1.1) oder einer der Deckflächen eine Öffnung (6) zur Aufnahme von Wäsche angeordnet ist, mit an der Innenseite des Trommelmantels angeordneten Schöpfrippen (3), welche einstückige Bestandteile des Trommelmantels (1.1) sind und sich wenigstens annähernd parallel zur Trommelachse erstrecken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schöpfrippen (3) bis auf vorhandene Auslassöffnungen eine allseitig geschlossene wannenförmige Oberflächenkontur besitzen. - Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Richtung der Trommelachse gemessene Breite der Schöpfrippen (3) vom Trommelmantel (1.1) zur Trommelmitte hin abnimmt, wodurch die Seitenflächen (3.1) der Schöpfrippen (3) in bezug auf die Deckflächen schräg verlaufen, und dass die Deckflächen an Teilen ihres Randbereichs trommeleinwärts gerichtete Prägungen (9) aufweisen, welche mindestens teilweise mit den Seitenflächen der Schöpfrippen verbunden sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmaschinentrommel, die im Inneren eines Laugenbehälters um eine wenigstens annähernd horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert ist und einen hohlzylindrischen Mantel (1.1) und zwei Deckflächen besitzt, wobei im Mantel (1.1) oder einer der Deckflächen eine Öffnung (6) zur Aufnahme von Wäsche angeordnet ist, mit an der Innenseite des Trommelmantels (1.1) angeordneten Schöpfrippen (3), welche einstückige Bestandteile des Trommelmantels (1.1) sind und sich wenigstens annähernd parallel zur Trommelachse erstrecken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schöpfrippen (3) in den Trommelmantel bzw. in eine Blechplatine (1), welche nach dem Runden und Verbinden ihrer Ränder den Trommelmantel (1.1) bildet, durch eine mehrstufige Ziehoperation geprägt und dabei mit einer allseitig geschlossenen, wannenförmigen Oberflächenkontur versehen werden, welche vor dem Rand des Trommelmantels (1.1) bzw. der Blechplatine (1) endet. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmaschinentrommel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand des Trommelmantels (1.1) bzw. der Blechplatine (1) vor der Durchführung des Ziehprozesses im Bereich der Schöpfrippen (3) abgekantet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmaschinentrommel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trommelmantel (1.1) in dem Bereich (1.2) außerhalb der Schöpfrippen (3) durch Expandieren geweitet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmaschinentrommel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Ziehprozess die Schöpfrippen (3) derart geformt werden, dass ihre in Richtung der Trommelachse gemessene Breite vom Trommelmantel zur Trommelmitte hin abnimmt, wodurch ihre Seitenflächen (3.1) in bezug auf die Deckflächen schräg verlaufen, und dass die Deckflächen an Teilen ihres Randbereichs mit trommeleinwärts gerichteten Prägungen (9) versehen werden, welche derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie nach Verbindung der Deckflächen mit dem Mantel mit ebenen Flächen (9.1) an den Seitenflächen (3.1) der Schöpfrippen (3) anliegen. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmaschinentrommel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckflächen im Bereich der Prägungen (9) und die Schöpfrippen (3) im Bereich der Seitenflächen (3.1) verbunden werden.
