Im Übergabebereich 30 liegt an der aufnehmenden Fördertrommel 20 an der Saugbohrung der Mulde ein Vakuum an, so daß die Zigarette 15 aus der Aufnahmemulde der Fördertrommel 10 in die Aufnahmemulde der Fördertrommel 20 hineingezogen wird. Im Übergabebereich 30 werden neben der Zigarette 15 auch herumfliegende Staubpartikel und Tabakkrümel 35 von dem am Kanal 27 der Fördertrommel 20 anliegenden Vakuum ebenfalls angesaugt. Darüber hinaus gelangen Tabakkrümel 35 auch in Kanäle und Zuführungen, wie im Kanal 17 der Fördertrommel 10 dargestellt. Die Tabakkrümel 35 führen zu einer kontinuierlichen Verminderung des Wirkungsgrades in Abhängigkeit von der Produktionszeit. Um den Wirkungsgradverlust auszugleichen, wird ein höherer Unterdruck erzeugt und im Kanal 27 angelegt. Dies führt insgesamt zu einer Erhöhung des Luftdurchsatzes. Claims (6)

  1.
