Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenwärmeübertrager, bestehend aus Anschlussstutzen (1), Grundplatte (2), Deckplatte (3) und aus Wärmeübertragerplatten (4) mit mindestens vier vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Durchbrüchen (5) für zwei Medien, wobei zwischen Grundplatte (2) und Deckplatte (3) die Wärmeübertragerplatten (4) so ineinander oder aufeinander gestapelt sind, dass die Durchbrüche (5) durch den Stapel von Wärmeübertragerplatten (4) hindurchgehende Sammel - oder Verteilerkanäle (6, 7, 8, 9) bilden, wobei von den Sammel - oder Verteilerkanälen (6, 7, 8, 9) Zu - bzw. Ausgänge zu Strömungskanälen (10, 11) zwischen den Wärmeübertragerplatten (4) vorhanden sind, in denen die Wärmeübertragung stattfindet, sowie mit in einem Verteiler - und im zugehörigen Sammelraum (8, 9) etwa koaxial angeordnetem Körper (12).
Der Plattenwärmeübertrager ist zum Wärmeaustausch zwischen unter hohem Druck stehende Medien geeignet, wenn er erfindungsgemäß eine aus Blechscheiben aufgebaute Lötkonstruktion ist und wenn sich der Körper (12) im wesentlichen durch den gesamten Verteiler - bzw. Sammelkanal (6, 7) hindurch erstreckt, wobei er an einem Ende (13) mit der Grundplatte (2) und am anderen Ende (14) mit der Deckplatte (3) metallisch verbunden ist, so dass der Körper (12) dem Innendruck im Plattenwärmeübertrager entgegenwirken kann.
