Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rückkopplungskompensator (1, 39, 65, 71) in einem akustischen Verstärkungssystem mit einem adaptiven Rückkopplungskompensationsfilter (15), der ausgehend vom verstärkten Ausgangssignal (11) ein Kompensationssignal (8) erzeugt, mit einem oder mehreren Filtern (13, 21, 23), die den Frequenzbereich begrenzen, in dem das Kompensationssignal (8) erzeugt wird, wobei diese Filter in ihrer Filterfunktion während des Betriebs des Rückkopplungskompensators (1, 39, 65, 71) adaptierbar sind. Die Adaption erfolgt mit einer Analyseund Steuereinheit (25), die den von Rückkopplung betroffenen Frequenzbereich überprüft und die Filterfunktionen der Filter (13, 21, 23) daran anpasst. Die Überprüfung erfolgt beispielsweise durch einen Vergleich der Filterfunktion des Rückkopplungskompensationsfilters (15) mit den Filterfunktionen der Filter (13, 21, 23) zur Begrenzung des Frequenzbereichs oder mithilfe eines Oszillationsdetektors (67).
