Claims (4)
- Dispositif de limiteur de dépression pour moteur à combustion interne, notamment d'un véhicule automobile agencé sur un couvercle (1) de culasse et comportant une membrane (4) déformable mobile sous l'action de la dépression régnant dans le carter du moteur afin d'empêcher la ré-aspiration d'huile à l'admission en cas de forte dépression, le couvercle (1) étant en outre muni d'une ouverture (2) permettant l'introduction de l'huile dans le carter du moteur qui est destinée à être obstruée par un bouchon (3) généralement désigné « bouchon de remplissage d'huile », caractérisé en ce que la membrane (4) déformable mobile du limiteur de dépression est fixée au bouchon amovible (3) de remplissage de l'huile et coopère lorsque le bouchon (3) est agencé sur le couvercle (1) avec une pièce mobile (5) qui est agencée dans ledit couvercle (1) de la culasse et apte à obstruer un canal (7, 8, 9) d'évacuation des gaz réalisé sur le couvercle (1) en fonction des déplacements de la membrane souple déformable (4).
- Dispositif de limiteur de dépression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal (7, 8, 9) d'évacuation des gaz est réalisé de fonderie avec le couvercle (1) de la culasse.
- Dispositif de limiteur de dépression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal (7, 8, 9) d'évacuation est saillant au droit de l'orifice (2) de la culasse et est constitué d'un premier (7) et d'un second (8) conduit parallèles l'un à l'autre mis en communication par l'intermédiaire d'un perçage (9) perpendiculaire auxdits conduits (7, 8) assurant en outre le logement de la pièce mobile (5) qui présente la forme générale d'un U dont les extrémités libres des branches sont rabattues afin d'assurer une butée de ladite pièce (5) lorsque le bouchon (3) est enlevé du couvercle (1) et en ce que cette pièce (5) mobile est munie sur ses branches, d'orifices (10) agencés de manière à permettre en fonction de son déplacement soit la mise en communication des deux conduits (7 et 8) soit l'obturation du premier conduit (7).
- Dispositif de limiteur de dépression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce mobile (5) est munie également d'un ressort de rappel (6) agencé à l'intérieur de celle-ci qui prend appui par l'une de ses extrémités sur le fond de la pièce et par son extrémité opposée sur la face d'un bouchon (11) de fermeture du perçage (9).
