Compared to usual hydraulic lines, leading to the piston rod side 34 of hydraulic cylinders is the diameter the hydraulic line, not shown on the piston rod side 34 but nevertheless formed according to the invention significantly larger.
- the piston rod side 34th the hydraulic cylinder 19 can be supplied with a relatively large hydraulic oil flow.
- the hydraulic pump 33 is particularly designed according to the invention. It is about in the hydraulic pump 33 to one whose hydraulic oil flow continuously is changeable. Preferably, the hydraulic pump 33 is adjustable so that its performance remains constant. As a result, with unloaded ram the flow, so the Amount of hydraulic oil flow delivered by the hydraulic pump 33 per unit time, increase and thereby the press ram 18 with the stamp plate 21 up and up faster left. With increasing load on the piston press 10, namely, when the Stamp plate 21 acts on the laundry to be dehydrated 11 is characterized by the constant Regulated power of the hydraulic pump 33 at constant pressure, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil per unit time (flow rate) reduced. This allows the to effective dewatering required pressing force from the stamp plate 21 with the underneath attached cushion body 22 are exerted on the laundry 11 by the Dewatering the laundry 11 of the ram 18 is moved slower down.
- the preferably also designed as a hydraulic cylinder pressure cylinder 24th for moving up and down of the press basket 23 are preferably also of Hydraulic pump 33 supplied with hydraulic oil. It is also conceivable, this one to use separate hydraulic pump, which is in particular also a Hydraulic pump 33 with continuously variable flow and one the performance constant control is. Also, not shown on the hydraulic connections the piston side and on the piston rod side of the formed as a hydraulic cylinder Pressure medium cylinder 24 are larger in diameter than conventional hydraulic lines, whereby as well as the hydraulic cylinder 19 and the pressure medium cylinder 24th for raising and lowering the press basket 23 relatively quickly on and are extendable.
- the hydraulic oil for supplying the hydraulic cylinder 19 and possibly also the Pressure medium cylinder 24 is according to another proposal of the invention with a Temperature control provided. This will ensure that the hydraulic oil coming from the hydraulic pump 33 is promoted, always has a minimum temperature, so not colder than expected.
- the regulation of the hydraulic oil temperature is preferably carried out through a thermostatic valve. So that a certain minimum temperature does not fall below is, regulates the thermostatic valve, if necessary becoming heating of the Hydraulic oil. It is also conceivable to regulate the maximum temperature of the To provide hydraulic oil, so that the overheating of the hydraulic oil can be avoided.
- Thermostat valve then serves, alternatively, a heating or cooling of the Hydraulic oil to cause when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is a maximum value exceeds (cooling) or falls below a minimum value (heating up).
- the base 12 of the piston press 10 is formed. Is to the base 12 designed as a frame tank 35, in which at least one storage container 36 is integrated.
- the frame tank 35 shown schematically in FIG Area between the columns 15 on a cavity which forms the storage container 36.
- the cavity is between the top wall 13 and a spaced therefrom Bottom wall 37 of the base 12 is arranged.

- the Supporting profiles 38 are located between the top wall 13 and the bottom wall 37 and support both frame-like against each other.
- Transverse through holes 39 in the support profiles 38 make this liquid permeable, so that despite the Support profiles 38 a contiguous storage tank 36 under the drainage hole 14 in the top wall 13 is located. If necessary, it is conceivable some support profiles 38 form water-impermeable, so that several small Storage tank 36 arise, which can be filled and emptied as needed.
- the individual storage container 36 can through piping and / or valves so be connected to each other, if necessary, a fluid exchange between the individual storage containers 36 can take place.
- piston press 10 Another special feature of the piston press 10 according to the invention is that the instantaneous position of the press ram 18, in particular the stamp plate 21, is continuously determined by an analog distance measuring device.
- the analog distance measuring device has an acoustic Sensor organ, which in the embodiment shown as an ultrasonic sensor 40th is trained. This is fixedly mounted under the press yoke 16, in such a way that an acoustic measurement signal, namely emitted by the ultrasonic sensor 40 Sound waves to hit an upper surface of the punch plate 21. The sound waves will be reflected here and received by the ultrasonic sensor 40 again.
- a Duration measurement of the sound waves is continuously the distance of the top of the Stamp plate 21 to the ultrasonic sensor 40 on the underside of the press yoke 16th determined.
- This can be due to the known structural dimensions of Piston press 10, the distance of the underside of the die plate 21 and the underneath attached padded body 22 to the press basket 23, in particular the top wall 13 of the Base 12, whereupon the press basket 23 rests, determine.
- the ram 18 can then targeted and at high speed up to the Laundry 11 are driven.
- At least one further ultrasonic sensor or another acoustic distance measuring device is mounted at the bottom of the press yoke 16 to the position of the Press basket 23 to determine.
- This ultrasonic sensor is under the press yoke 16 mounted, that its signal, namely its sound waves, either on the support arm 27 am Press basket 23 or a separate relative to the press basket 23 outwardly projecting Reflecting agents meet.
- the Distance of the support arm 27 or the separate reflector on the press cage 23 to Ultrasonic sensor can be determined on the underside of the press yoke 16. Through this Ultrasonic sensor can be determined so that the press basket 23 on the top wall 13 of the base 12 is and a filling to be drained laundry 11 done can.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to piston presses according to the preambles of claims 1, 3, 8 and / or 11.
Piston presses of the type mentioned here serve to liquids from moist or to remove wet pressed material. Preferably find such piston presses in Laundries use to drain all types of laundry. This is from a Washing machine coming laundry in the reciprocating press of much of it still bound liquid, the so-called bound fleet, freed. The Liquid is released from the wash by the piston press under high pressure squeezed out and then freed the Largest part of the bound fleet Laundry dried.
The piston press has a press frame on which a press ram is attached. Of the Press punch has a hydraulic cylinder and one of the hydraulic cylinder aufund Removable stamp plate. The stamp plate is at the free end of a one and retractable piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder attached.
After being drained by shutting down the stamp plate the laundry is, the stamp plate of the ram is unloaded in an idle stroke. It must be located on the piston side of the hydraulic cylinder Hydraulic fluid flowing back into a hydraulic tank. This requires known piston presses the idle stroke for raising the stamp plate much time, whereby the cycle time of the dewatering process is unnecessarily prolonged.
The shutdown of the stamp plate is partially without contact of the Stamp plate with the laundry, so essentially free of load. At the time of the no-load Shutting down the stamp plate is known in piston presses known to use hydraulic pumps with two different flow rates. When load-free shutdown of the stamp plate, the hydraulic cylinder with a operated larger flow. In time before reaching the laundry will be the Hydraulic pump switched to a lower flow rate, causing the Stamping plate until the completion of drainage with a comparatively small Speed is lowered. The resulting two-stage Absenkgeschwindigkeit the stamp plate still leads to quite high cycle times every drainage process.
Based on the above, the invention has the object, a reliable working piston press to create, which compared to known piston presses has reduced cycle times.
A piston press to solve this problem has the features of claim 1. By using a hydraulic pump with infinitely variable flow rate The stamp plate of the press ram can always open at maximum speed be driven off. The traversing speed of the stamp plate is so at each adaptable to prevailing conditions. This allows the shortest possible Realize cycle times. In particular, the stamp plate can idle strokes to boot and for unloaded lowering on the laundry with the highest possible speed To run.
Preferably, such a hydraulic pump is used, the flow rate in Depending on the load is variable. In particular, the hydraulic pump regulated so that their power is approximately constant, which at lesser Loading the press ram the hydraulic pump generates a larger flow and thereby faster moving the stamp plate up and down with less load becomes.
Another piston press to solve the aforementioned problem, wherein it is also act to advantageous development of the piston press described above can, has the features of claim 3. These are at least the piston side, preferably also the piston rod side, the hydraulic cylinder leading hydraulic lines including the connections with a relatively large cross-section Mistake. It is such a cross section, which is larger than that usual, standardized cross section of the connections and the associated hydraulic lines to the respective hydraulic cylinder. This will be relatively large Flow paths for the hydraulic fluid flowing to the hydraulic cylinders and also created the outflowing hydraulic fluid. In particular, the hydraulic cylinder To start up and shut down the stamp plate can so in the unloaded or slightly loaded condition with large volume flows of hydraulic fluid be supplied. Especially the flow cross sections of the hydraulic lines and Connections for draining hydraulic fluid are relatively large. This allows a large amount of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic cylinder flow away. An equally large amount of hydraulic fluid may be on the other side supplied to the hydraulic cylinder, whereby the stamp plate from the hydraulic cylinder can be moved up and down at a high speed. Above all, it can be done that way the idle stroke for lifting the stamp plate to the initial position of the reciprocating press shorten significantly. But also the lowering of the stamp plate can be up to the load done very quickly. This is especially true if with a Hydraulic pump is working, the flow rate is infinitely adjustable. The Speed when lowering the stamp plate increases, especially when using a Hydraulic pump with infinitely variable flow rate constant power continuously in proportion to the increase in pressing force.
It is further provided to regulate the temperature of the hydraulic fluid, preferably to keep constant. This will increase the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid through connections and hydraulic lines not by an increasing Viscosity is impaired if the hydraulic fluid is too cold. The regulation of the temperature the hydraulic fluid is preferably carried out by a thermostatic valve. This ensures by heating the hydraulic fluid, if necessary, for this constant has a certain minimum temperature. If necessary, the Hydraulic fluid can be cooled if it does not reach a certain temperature should exceed.
Another piston press to solve the aforementioned problems, wherein it is also act to preferred development of the previously described piston presses can, has the features of claim 8. By doing that, the socket at least a storage container for the costs incurred in pressing the laundry liquid has, the space of the base, in particular under the base, can be used. The piston press of the invention is characterized compact. Separate storage tanks can be omitted. Above all, offers the space of the base or under the base enough space to hold enough fluid.
Preferably, the takes Storage tank in the base of the Kolbepresse twice the amount of liquid, the when dewatering a Wäschepostens accumulates. This allows the liquid in the Storage tanks are cached if necessary, until they in particular for Loading a washing machine, namely to flood the person to be washed Laundry, is needed. Due to the relatively large storage capacity of the Storage tank in the base of the piston press, the operation of the washing machine from Operation of the piston press are largely decoupled. Preferably, according to a development of the piston press of the storage container according to the invention Frame tank formed the base. Then practically the entire framework of the Socket of the piston press for the storage container for storing accumulating liquid to disposal
It is further provided that the frame tank at least in such Area of the top wall of the base of the piston press extends, the through holes for deriving the liquid arising during dewatering of the laundry, especially water. The water can then be taken directly from the press basket, in the the laundry to be drained is located in the frame tank Store the storage tank in the base of the piston press. Any piping to Removal of the resulting liquid can be omitted.
Another piston press to solve the aforementioned problem, in which it is
can also be a development of the piston presses described above, points

Preferably, the respective distance measuring device is a press yoke of Assigned to press frame. This is a reliable, fixed reference point for created analog distance measuring device. From this fixed point of reference determines the analog distance measuring device the distance of the stamp plate or the Press basket to Stempeljoch. The stamp plate itself or an am Press basket arranged flag-like projection as a reflector for the signals of the analog distance measuring device. The distance measuring device itself serves at the same time as transmitter and receiver.
Preferably, the analog distance measuring device is an acoustic distance measuring device educated. This is preferably at least one Ultrasonic sensor. This determined according to the principle of a "sonar" by ultrasonic waves the distance of the sensor from a location where the ultrasonic waves hit. This point acts as a reflector and is a defined position of the stamp plate or assigned to the press basket. From the determined distance, the distance of the Determine the stamp plate for the cover plate of the socket. It is also possible to determine whether the press cage is supported with its underside on the cover plate of the base or Not.

The upper region of the press basket
32 entspricht.According to the invention, the
The inner diameter of the
The
Preferably, the diameter of the
Also, the
Due to the special design of the
konstant haltenden Regelung handelt.
The preferably also designed as a hydraulic cylinder pressure cylinder 24th
for moving up and down of the
The hydraulic oil for supplying the
In a special way, the
Another special feature of the
At least one further ultrasonic sensor or another acoustic distance measuring device
