Claims (9)
- Elément de sécurité (2) avec un motif de surface (3) réfléchissant à variabilité optique enrobé dans une combinaison de couches en matière synthétique et pouvant être distingué visuellement à partir de directions d'observation prédéfinies, formé par une mosaïque d'éléments de surface (13) à efficacité optique, caractérisé en ce que dans la mosaïque du motif de surface (3), au moins deux des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) du motif de surface (3) sont disposées essentiellement de manière adjacente et sont garnies de structures en relief (4) diffractant la lumière d'une finesse microscopique et présentant des vecteurs de réseau essentiellement parallèles, en ce que les fréquences spatiales (f) des structures en relief (4) présentent des valeurs dans des plages de fréquences spatiales prédéfinies de manière à ce qu'en cas de faisceaux d'éclairage (19) incidents en biais par rapport à une normale (32) sur le plan de la combinaison de couches, les structures en relief (4) des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) dévient une lumière visible monochromatique parallèlement à la normale (32), en ce qu'au moins une des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacente entoure en tant que surface d'arrière-plan (12) une ou plusieurs des autres surfaces à mosaïque (surfaces partielles 11) de manière à ce que les surfaces partielles (11) soient disposées sur la surface d'arrière-plan (12) de manière à ce que les surfaces partielles (11) forment une information pouvant être reconnue à l'oeil nu, et que les structures en relief (4) des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) formant la surface d'arrière-plan et les surfaces partielles se différencient de par leur fréquence spatiale f d'une façon telle, que pour un observateur, la/les surface(s) d'arrière-plan (12) et les surfaces partielles (11) se différencient grâce à un contraste des couleurs, alors que dans une copie en couleurs, la/les surface(s) d'arrière-plan (12) adjacentes et les surfaces partielles (11) sont reproduites dans une même couleur et/ou une teinte grise.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la différence entre les fréquences spatiales (f) des structures en relief (4) pour les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes est de 40 raies/mm au maximum.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fréquence spatiale (f) des structures en relief (4) d'au moins une des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) est modulée avec une période de 0,5 mm à 10 mm et une amplitude de 3 raies à 20 raies.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la modulation de la fréquence spatiale (fH) de la structure en relief (4) dans l'une des surfaces à mosaïque (11) est déplacée selon un angle de phase dans la plage de 60° à 180° par rapport à la modulation de la fréquence spatiale (fT) de la structure en relief (4) dans l'autre surface à mosaïque (12).
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les fréquences spatiales (f) des structures en relief (4) dans les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes se situent dans la plage des 350 raies/mm à 550 raies/mm et/ou de 725 raies/mm à 1025 raies/mm.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les fréquences spatiales (f) des structures en relief (4) dans les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes se situent dans la plage des 800 raies/mm à 820 raies/mm et/ou de 860 raies/mm à 890 raies/mm.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes, des surfaces partielles (11) présentent la forme de mots ou de caractères alphanumériques ou d'une représentation graphique.
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes sont partagées en morceaux de surface (36) avec une dimension maximale (h) de 0,3 mm, et en ce que les morceaux de surface (36) des surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes présentent des réseaux de diffraction (37) ou des réseaux en treillis (38) circulaires ou des réseaux de diffraction hexagonaux (39) en guise de structures en relief (4).
- Elément de sécurité (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces à mosaïque (11, 12) adjacentes présentent des réseaux de diffraction linéaires (40) en guise de structures en relief (4).
