Claims (10)
- Moteur à combustion interne (5), comprenant un bloc-moteur (6) muni d'au moins un cylindre (7), une chemise (8) adaptée dans ledit cylindre (7), une culasse (12) montée sur ledit bloc-moteur (6) et des moyens d'étanchéité (16) interposés entre ledit bloc-moteur (6) et ladite culasse (12) de sorte à fournir une connexion étanche aux gaz autour dudit cylindre (7), lesdits moyens d'étanchéité comprenant un élément élastique annulaire (16) faisant partie de ladite chemise (8) et adapté de sorte à coopérer de manière étanche aux fluides avec ladite culasse (12), la chemise (8) comprenant une paroi latérale cylindrique (9) et un collier (10) s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis une extrémité supérieure de la paroi latérale (9) et logé dans un siège annulaire (17) du bloc-moteur (6), ledit élément élastique annulaire étant formé par au moins une partie dudit collier (10), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément élastique (16) est délimité vers le haut par une surface libre qui fait saillie par rapport à une surface supérieure du bloc-moteur (6) lorsque ledit élément élastique (16) n'est pas déformé, et qui est adaptée pour coopérer en ajustement serré avec ladite culasse suite au montage de ladite culasse (12) sur ledit bloc-moteur.
- Moteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier (10) présente une rainure annulaire périphérique qui définit une partie supérieure élastiquement déformable dudit collier formant ledit élément élastique annulaire, et une partie inférieure agencée de sorte à buter contre un épaulement inférieur dudit siège.
- Moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface libre (22) présente une fraisure (α) avec un profil qui s'évase de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur de manière à faire saillie par rapport à la surface supérieure (14) dudit bloc moteur (6) le long d'un bord externe de celui-ci.
- Moteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite fraisure (α) est de 1° à 3°.
- Moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface libre (22) fait saillie par rapport à la surface supérieure (14) dudit bloc-moteur dans une mesure de 0,01 à 0,1 mm.
- Chemise (8) pour un cylindre (7) d'un moteur à combustion interne (5) muni d'un bloc-moteur (6) définissant ledit cylindre (7) et avec une culasse (12), ladite chemise comprenant un élément élastique annulaire (16) adapté pour coopérer de manière étanche aux fluides avec ladite culasse (12) dudit moteur(5), caractérisée en ce que ledit élément élastique (16) est délimité vers le haut par une surface libre (22) adaptée pour coopérer en ajustement serré avec ladite culasse (12) suite au montage de ladite culasse (12) sur ledit bloc-moteur (6).
- Chemise selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une paroi latérale cylindrique (9) et un collier (10) s'étendant extérieurement depuis une extrémité supérieure de la paroi latérale (9), ledit élément élastique (16) annulaire étant formé par au moins une partie dudit collier (10).
- Chemise selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit collier (10) présente une rainure annulaire périphérique (25) qui définit une partie supérieure élastiquement déformable dudit collier (10), formant ledit élément élastique annulaire (16), et une partie inférieure (24) adaptée pour être disposée en butée contre un épaulement inférieur d'un siège (17) dudit bloc-moteur (6).
- Chemise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface libre (22) présente une fraisure (α) avec un profil qui s'évase de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur.
- Chemise selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite fraisure (α) est de 1° à 3°.
