- the present invention relates to a centering member of a tool plan, preferably used in a packaging production machine such as a platen press shaping sheets of paper, cardboard or plastic material in order to obtain blanks of boxes.
- Such a machine usually first comprises a station introduction, in which the sheets are apprehended one by one from the above a stack to be sent to a margin table where they are positioned at regular intervals in the axis of the machine. Each sheet can then be gripped at its front edge by a clamp bar mounted at its ends on a chain train and taken to the stations following treatment. The sheet is thus transported to a cutting, including a platen press fitted with knives, then in an ejection station where the waste is removed from the rest of the sheet by nipping between a plurality of ejectors. Once cut and cleared its waste, the sheet is finally taken to a receiving station where it is released by the clamp bar to fall square to the above an output stack.

Claims (10)
- Organe (1 ) de centrage d'un outil plan (40), pour une machine de production d'emballages, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (20, 21, 22) permettant sa fixation à demeure dans au moins une ouverture (42) ménagée dans l'une des faces de l'outil plan (40) sans l'adjonction d'aucune pièce mécanique de fixation et sans l'adjonction d'aucune substance ou élément adhésif.
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un bossage (20) composé d'un tronc (21) surmonté d'une tête (22) constituant à la fois une partie proéminente et un moyen de préhension interagissant directement avec l'outil plan (40).
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une saignée (26) est située à la jointure du tronc (21) et de la tête (22), conférant à cette dernière une élasticité mécanique par rapport au reste du bossage (20).
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la tête (22), insérée dans l'ouverture (42), possède une hauteur telle qu'elle est noyée dans l'épaisseur de l'outil plan (40) ou n'émerge que partiellement hors de l'une des faces de cet outil.
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (22) comprend au moins une saillie (23) exerçant une force de friction dirigée vers l'extérieur de l'outil plan (40), dans le plan de ce dernier.
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la tête (22), insérée dans l'ouverture (42), possède une hauteur telle qu'elle émerge totalement hors de l'une des faces de l'outil plan.
- Organe (1 ) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (22) comprend au moins une saillie (23) terminée par une arête (25) prenant appuis contre l'une des faces de l'outil plan (40).
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le tronc (21) du bossage (20) est tel qu'il s'insère sans jeu dans l'ouverture (42).
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit bossage (20) est percé d'un trou (30) horizontal.
- Organe (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tronc (21) est un parallélépipède droit et la tête (22) présente une forme trapézoïdale.
