Description
- une étape de découpe des formes et de perçage dans une plaque de dimension suffisante pour sortir par la découpe chaque jambe formée d'au moins un cadre monobloc et constituant la moitié du tréteau en formant à chaque angle du cadre de la découpe un arrondi ou un pan coupé ;

Claims (16)
- Procédé de fabrication de tréteau dans la masse d'une plaque de matériau incorporant de la matière ligneuse comporteune étape de découpe des formes et de perçage dans une plaque de dimension suffisante pour sortir par la découpe chaque jambe (1, 2) formée d'au moins un cadre monobloc et constituant la moitié du tréteau en formant à chaque angle du cadre de la découpe un arrondi ou un pan coupé ;une étape de perçage des points de fixation des charnières (31, 32, 33) et une étape de défonçage des points d'insertion des compas (41, 42) ;une étape de montage de l'articulation des compas (41, 42).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape de récupération des déchets et de retraitement de ceux-ci pour reformer une plaque de matière ligneuse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape d'immersion de chaque jambe (1, 2) dans un traitement anti-humidité.
- Tréteau taillé dans la masse d'une plaque de matériau incorporant de la matière ligneuse, le tréteau étant constitué de deux jambes (1, 2) articulées entre elles par au moins une charnière (31, 32, 33) et un dispositif à compas (41, 42) pour limiter l'angle d'ouverture des jambes (1, 2), ladite charnière (31, 32, 33) étant fixée aux deux jambes (1, 2), caractérisé en ce que chaque jambe est constituée d'au moins un cadre d'une seule pièce se prolongeant sur les côtés latéraux perpendiculaires aux côtés articulés par des pieds (111, 211, 131, 231).
- Tréteau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre incorpore une ou plusieurs traverses (14, 24) formées d'une seule pièce avec le cadre.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les angles formés par les côtés du cadre et les traverses de renfort sont arrondis.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rayon des arrondis minimum est de 10 mm.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rayon des arrondis est au maximum de 100 mm.
- Tréteau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est d'une épaisseur comprise entre 16 et 22 mm.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des montants du cadre, des traverses et les arrondis sont déterminés en fonction de la résistance souhaitée.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4, 5, 6 et 10, caractérisé en ce que les montants du cadre ont une largeur de 60 mm, les arrondis un rayon de 100 mm pour obtenir une résistance d'au moins 500 kilos avec des plaques d'une épaisseur de 22 mm.
- Tréteau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque jambe est formée de plusieurs cadres adjacents ayant chacun un côté confondu avec le cadre adjacent.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de maintien ligneuse est du medium obtenu à partir de fibres de bois mélangées avec un liant et comprimées.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de maintien ligneuse est en OSB obtenue à partir de gros copeaux de bois mélangés avec un liant et compressés.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de matière ligneuse est en aggloméré obtenu à partir de copeaux broyés fins mélangés à un liant et compressés.
- Tréteau selon les revendications 4 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de matière ligneuse est en contreplaqué constitué de feuilles de bois déroulées, croisées et collées entre elles.
