Claims (7)
- Anordnung zum lösbaren Verbinden einer Pressscheibe (10; 10') mit einem Pressstempel (12; 12') einer Strangpresse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:ein erstes Verbindungselement (20; 21'), durch einen axial vorstehenden Hinterabschnitt der Pressscheibe (10; 10') gebildet, und ein zweites Verbindungselement (21; 20'), durch einen axial vorstehenden Vorderabschnitt einer Haltevorrichtung (11) für die Pressscheibe (10; 10') gebildet, auf dem Pressstempel (12; 12') montierbar oder mit ihm starr verbunden, worin einer der zwei Verbindungselemente aus einem axial vorstehenden Bolzen (20; 20') besteht, während das andere Verbindungselement aus einer axial vorstehenden Hülse (21; 21') besteht, die auf den Bolzen (20; 20') aufgesteckt werden kann, und worin die Anordnung auch einen Sperrbolzen (24; 24') umfasst, der, wenn die Hülse (21; 21') auf dem Bolzen (20; 20') aufgesteckt ist, in querlaufende durchgehende Bohrungen (22, 23; 22', 23') in den zwei Verbindungselementen (20, 21; 20', 21') eingesetzt werden kann, um die zwei Elemente (20, 21; 20', 21') lösbar miteinander zu verbinden.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bolzen (20; 20') eine äussere Oberfläche aufweist, die einen generell kreisförmigen Querschnitt hat, und jene Hülse (21; 21') eine innere Oberfläche aufweist, die einen generell kreisförmigen Querschnitt hat.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 öder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrbolzen (24; 24') angeordnet ist, um lösbar in den Bohrungen (22, 23; 22' 23') in den zwei Verbindungselementen (20, 21; 20', 21') eingesetzt durch eine Schnappvorrichtung (25; 25') gehalten zu werden, die zwischen dem Sperrbolzen (24; 24') und einem Verbindungselement (21; 21') wirkt.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (11; 11') eingerichtet ist, um nur axiale Ziehkräfte zu der Pressscheibe (10; 10') über den Sperrbolzen (24; 24') zu übertragen, während sie eingerichtet ist, die axialen Stosskräfte zu der Pressscheibe (10; 10') über spezielle zusammenwirkende der Übertragung solcher Kräfte dienende Kontaktoberflächen (28, 29; 29', 28') der Haltevorrichtung (11; 11') und der Pressscheibe (10; 10') zu übertragen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktoberflächen durch eine ringförmige Endoberfläche (28; 28') der Hülse (21; 21'), die an dem freien Ende der Hülse vorgesehen ist, und durch eine zusammenwirkende ringförmige Oberfläche (29; 29'), die sich in einer annähernd radialen Aussenrichtung vom Bolzen (20; 20') am inneren Ende des Bolzens erstreckt, ausgebildet sind.
- Anordnung nach Ansprüch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei ringförmigen Oberflächen aus teilkugeligen Oberflächen (28, 29; 28', 29') bestehen, die einen grossen Krümmungsradius aufweisen, und jener Bolzen (20; 20') angeordnet ist, um mit einem kleinen radialen Spiel in der Hülse (21; 21') aufgenommen zu sein.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin die Pressscheibe (10) aus einem generell hülsenförmigen Körper (14) und einem Blockkern (15) besteht, der durch ein getrenntes Element gebildet ist und einen generell kegelförmigen Vorderabschnitt (16) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, in einer zentralen konischen Öffnung (18) in dem Körper (14) am vorderen Ende des Körpers aufgenommen zu werden, und ein hinterer Schaft (17), der dazu dient, den Blockkern (15) an dem Körper (14) zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (17) des Blockkerns (15) einen Abschnitt umfasst, der in einer axialen Passage (30) in dem Bolzen einsetzbar und mit sich quer erstreckenden durchgehenden Bohrungen (31), in die der Sperrbolzen (24) eingesetzt werden kann, vorgesehen ist.
