Claims (12)

  1. Apparatus for conveying a rope of the tobacco-processing industry,
    having a belt (20) for moving the rope,
    having at least one belt guide bead for guiding the belt (20),
    having at least one channel side wall for guiding the rope,
    characterized in that the belt guide bead and the channel side wall are designed as an integral component (8, 10).
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1,
    having at least one ceramic tile (16, 18) for at least partially lining a surface of the component (8, 10 facing the rope and/or the belt (20).
  3. Apparatus according to claim 2,
    wherein the component (8, 10) has a groove (12, 14) for receiving the ceramic tile (16, 18).
  4. Apparatus according to one of claims 2 or 3,
    wherein the ceramic tile (16, 18) has a projection (17, 19), which for the connection of ceramic tile (16, 18) and component (8, 10) is clampable in the groove (12, 14).
  5. Apparatus according to one of claims 2-4,
    having adhesive, which for the connection of ceramic tile (16, 18) and component (8, 10) is inserted between the ceramic tile (16, 18) and at least part of a surface of the component (8, 10) facing the ceramic tile (16, 18).
  6. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, having at least one roller preferably at least partially made of ceramic material for supporting the belt (20), wherein the roller is carried by a pin (26) that is mounted in the component (8, 10).
  7. Apparatus according to claim 6,
    wherein the pin (26) is mounted in a bush (29).
  8. Apparatus according to claim 7 and according to one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the component (8, 10) is used as a first component to guide one edge of the belt (20), and
    wherein a second component (10) of a substantially mirror-symmetrically identical construction is provided, which is used to guide another edge of the belt (20).
  9. Apparatus according to claims 7 and 8,
    wherein the distance between the first (8) and the second component (10) is adjustable by means of the length of the bush (29).
  10. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the component (8, 10) is at least partially made of steel or aluminium.
  11. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, having a belt (20) for moving the rope,
    having at least one first ceramic element (34, 36) for guiding the belt (20),
    and having at least one second ceramic element (16, 18) for guiding the rope,
    characterized in that the first (34, 36) and the second ceramic element (16, 18) are designed as an integral element (16, 18).
  12. Apparatus according to claim 11 and according to one of claims 1-10,
    wherein the element (16, 18) forms the ceramic tile (16, 18).
